As the semiconductor industry develops, the difficulty of newly required process technology becomes difficult, and the importance of production yield and product reliability increases. As an effort to minimize yield loss in the manufacturing process, interests in the process defect process for facility diagnosis and defect identification are continuously increasing. This research observed the plasma condition changes in the multi oxide/nitride layer deposition (MOLD) process, which is one of the 3D-NAND manufacturing processes through optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and monitored the result of whether the change in plasma characteristics generated in repeated deposition of oxide film and nitride film could directly affect the film. Based on these results, it was confirmed that if a change over a certain period occurs, a change in the plasma characteristics was detected. The change may affect the quality of oxide film, such as the film thickness as well as the interfacial surface roughness when the oxide and nitride thin film deposited by plasma enhenced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method.

We propose new approaches to thin film transistor fabrication that use carbon nanotubes and semiconductor nanowires as active elements. These nanomaterials which are essentially studied in the context of the post CMOS era will certainly impact the active matrix display industry in the near future.

Rapidity and flexibility are very important in the electronic components industry. The laser process provides the industry with more rapidity and flexibility. For this reason, the laser process is considered as an acceptable method in terms of rapidity and flexibility. In this study, a wide range of experiments have been carried out on the gold wire-to-nickel thin film joining using the continuous wave fiber laser. In particular, changes in the shape of joint depending on the changes of a target point have been observed.

Natural lacquer was cured at room temperature at a relative humidity of 60% at $27^{\circ}C$ to obtain a lacquer film. Photolysis of lacquer was investigated by irradiating 1~75 kGy of gamma ray to this lacquer film. No significant changes were observed in the range of 1~10 kGy radiation. As the radiation doses were increased, the white spots were increased in the scanning electron microscope photographs. The increase of the white dots of the lacquer surface shows that the lacquer is degradation by radiation. As a result of IR spectral analysis of the lacquer surface with increasing irradiation dose, there was no significant change in $3,445cm^{-1}$ hydroxide group, $2,900cm^{-1}$ hydrocarbon group, and $993cm^{-1}$ triene group. However, the $1,745cm^{-1}$ carbonyl group was found to increase, and the $1,715cm^{-1}$ unsaturated hydrocarbon group and the $1,463cm^{-1}$ methylene group showed a tendency to decrease.

Based on the capabilities of smartphone cameras which have developed rapidly in recent decades, coupled with and the global market penetration rate, it will study the possibility of various international exchanges through smartphone filmmaking. This aims to achieve a civilian-oriented cultural exchange, instead of simply providing capital-oriented exchanges and film production education. The Smartphone Film Workshop was held as an auxiliary event of the Korea-Vietnam Film Festival, which ran from November 17 to 22, 2017. The three-day workshop, which took place within the festival period, drew attention for its international collaboration project between Korean film directors and Vietnamese film students. The researcher conducted practical-based research while participating as a mentor at this workshop. A step-by-step approach to the entire process of production and post-production was administered, including workshop team composition, scenario, and pre-production in Korea such as shooting equipment, schedule, completion of local works, and screening. Through an analysis of exchange cases at international workshops, we will use trial and error as ways to improve and consider the results of cultural exchanges and the effects of future expectations. Taking this empirical case study into account, we anticipate more active international exchanges through the smartphone workshops.

This study aims to develop Korean film music by using Korean traditional music with proper technique. As of 2019, current Korean film music is mostly modeled after Western music. The usage of traditional music instruments is significantly lower than the usage of western instruments and is merely used in Korean historical movies as embedded music. This supports the many views that Korean traditional music seems too difficult to appeal to the general audience in these modern times. Furthermore, there aren't any such cases to apply traditional music techniques to western instruments whereas there have been many occasions where traditional music instruments imitate western instruments with its tones. The suspected reason for this is due to the lack of proper understanding and techniques of traditional music that Korean film composers have utilized, and its limited exposure in popular music. However, traditions are special and unique way to represent the history, culture, lifestyle and characteristic of countries. Therefore, it is our duty to protect our own traditions. As both a Korean, and as a musician, new film music is needed which uses traditional music instruments and its techniques. When film composers create music with better understanding of Korean traditional music, this unique music will be able to transcend borders and spread throughout the world.

The film "Parasite" portrays Korea's history and its present in a space that clearly represents the real world's hierarchy as a vertical structure. It demonstrates the problems of an insurmountable reality and the elements of various conflicts occurring below the surface of Korean society through a complex mix of human emotions and relationships. The most realistic yet unrealistic characters cross boundaries between being victims and perpetrators, defamiliarizing ordinary scenes from everyday life through their small mistakes, strange obsessions, bizarre behavior, anxious psychology, and desperate struggles. This study analyzes the expression of the film "Parasite" through its characters with the belief that the film expresses director Bong Joon-ho's consistent cinematic philosophy of taking reality beyond the traditional rules of film genres. By doing so, Bong creates a feature of the expression that shifts genres as the characters' personalities amplify related behaviors, conflicts and questions, and that this is the core of the unique nuance and distinct humor of this film. In addition, the personalities of the characters interact with all the film's elements (cinematic techniques, space, props, etc.), evoking effects of various meanings, which are transmitted through the actors'images and acting. In this respect, the study analyzes how the actors were cast in order to realistically reproduce the characters of the actors, how their acting was harmonized with the film's elements, and its features as well as how they were expressed.

In general, film acting refers to American method or Hollywood method. Hollywood method is a term to denominate collectively actors from Group Theatre of Lee Strasberg which accepted Russian Stanislavski's system as American acting. We can find out the origins of Korean acting in the attitude of actors who imitate Hollywood. Hollywood method, which seem to be more systematic and rational in the previous Sin-pa, has begun to be accepted in the fields of actors, directors, critics, and educators. The perception of Hollywood method in Korea is part of the search for the identity of Korean film acting. This article approaches from the perspective of four fields. First, it is Korean actors' perceptions about Hollywood methods. Second, I examine the attitude of the direction of staff and technical aesthetics regarding Hollywood method. Third, it is evaluation aspect in criticism area. Fourth, it is an aspect of education.

This study focuses on the recent turnover of film crews in Korean film industry. Determinants that could have a significant impact on the turnover of film crews are identified through empirical research, in order to seek measures to prevent the loss of experienced film crews. In order for respondents to verify research questions regarding turnover of the film crews, ordered logistic and marginal effects analysis using SPSS and STATA are conducted with the data obtained by surveying 402 film crews in various areas. Data analysis revealed that the variables that have a significant effect on the turnover of film crews are artists' identity, job rank, career barrier and job satisfaction. The characteristics of risk groups with high turnover can be concluded that they are low in job rank and have many career problems, poor job satisfaction and strong identity as a labourer rather than artist's identity. Based on the main findings, practical implications are discussed.
