Safety management is becoming one of the most hot research issues in Korea. We collected the researcher information in two safety related journals of the journal of the Korea safety management & science and the journal of Korean society of safety. Social network analysis was used to analyse the research relationship among the authors in each journal. The degree centrality, the betweenness centrality, the closeness centrality and the proximity prestige centrality on each researcher were calculated to find out most influenced researcher. Biggest research groups in each journal were introduced by clustering technique.

This study examined the effective system, which manages LPG Gas Cylinder by inserting an electronic tag or module to store a production year, material specification, charging data, management data, and warehousing data. Therefore, the user can effectively monitor the checking date, reexamining the gas cylinder (or not), and manufacture and expiration date. Moreover, through this study, the user can simply monitor a production date, warehousing data, and charging frequency by connecting a mobile app and a gas cylinder in which has an electronic tag or module at any time.

In this study safety distance was investigated for small-scale LNG storage facilities in order to provide basic data for safety. The results are as follows; (1) For explosion pressure criteria, current criteria are reasonable, but water spray system should be recommended to LNG storage tank to ensure safety. (2) For criteria based on the results of the quantitative risk assessment, criteria applied to people are $5kW/m^2$ for radiation, LFL for dispersion, and 7kPa for explosion pressure. And criteria applied to facility are $37.5kW/m^2$ for radiation and 20 kPa for explosion pressure.

Hydrogen energy is expanding in range for civil use together with development of pollution-free power sources recently, and it is judged that the use of hydrogen will increase more as a part of carbon dioxide reduction measures according to the Climatic Change Convention. Especially, it is thought that the securement of safety of the used dispenser will be the biggest obstacle in the use of high-pressure hydrogen because the hydrogen station is operated in a high pressure. This study found risks in the process and problems on operation by making use of HAZOP(6 kinds), a qualitative safety evaluation technique, and FMEA(5 kinds), a fault mode effect analysis, for the hydrogen charging system at a hydrogen gas station, derived 6 risk factors from HAZOP and 5 risk factors from FMEA, and prepared measures for it.

Firefighters receive extreme stress and suffer from PTSD in disaster. But we have not been paid attention to them. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of previous PTSD education programs in fire academy and to present the practical educational programs for firefighters to use in the disaster field. In the empirical analysis of this practical educational programs(EFT program), this program is more effective than existing theory-focused education training program.

The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.

For the purpose of finding out the acoustical characteristics of exterior materials in bridge, analytical studies are performed with boundary elements method by using the commercial program SYSNOISE. Before analysis, to figure out material property, it was conducted experiments of absorption coefficient for absorptive material. And prediction of pressure were conducted I GIRDER type (before & after installation of absorption panel ) and BOX GIRDER type (before & after installation of absorption panel) The results show that when the absorption panel is installed, environment around bridge can help reduce traffic noise. It was proved to be the effective noise reduction counter-plan for a traffic noise in the bridges.

Due to the severe market conditions, pre-entrepreneur seeks to start their business through franchise company. This paper, using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, examines efficiency of a group of franchise company in order to provide efficiency information with pre-entrepreneur. Output-oriented DEA model is applied in the investigation of efficiency, and the overall efficiency score is decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The input variables selected to evaluate the efficiency are franchise deposit, franchise contribution cost and the output variables are sales and number of franchises, and length of business. The results of this paper show franchise industry have the low level of overall efficiency and the main sources of inefficiency is found technical rather than scale. As a result, this paper provides not only the current status of efficiency information of a franchise with pre-entrepreneur but also give warning when they sign-up with franchise business.
