A Study on the Improvement of Vocational Training Program in Digital New Technology of Government (정부의 디지털 신기술 분야 직업훈련 개선에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.

Performance Analysis of Korean Digital Key Practical Talent Training Program (한국형 디지털 핵심 실무인재양성훈련 프로그램의 성과 분석)

  • In this paper, the operation of the Korean digital key talent training project (K-Digital Training) supported by the Ministry of Labor in 2022 began in 2021, and through public offering in the second half of 2022, 403 training courses are held to secure 33,000 annual training personnel. Accordingly, because of performance analysis on learning satisfaction in each field of the state-led talent development program to respond quickly to future industrial changes by fostering digital talent, the overall satisfaction with the program was very high at 4.27 on average. However, the initial expectation for employment linkage is decreasing from 4.2 to 3.91 at the end of learning. Therefore, it is expected that the satisfaction level of the program can be continuously improved only when the organizations participating in the program are prepared in advance for employment linkage

The Effects of Digital Sensory Perceptual Training on Hand Function and Visual-Motor Integration in Children with Developmental Disabilities (디지털감각지각훈련프로그램이 발달장애 아동의 손기능과 시각-운동 통합 능력에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose : This study examined the hand function and visual motor integration capabilities in 30 children with developmental disabilities. The children were divided into an experimental group (n=20) that received digital sensory perception training and a control group (n=10) that did not receive this training. Methods : Training was conducted a total of 12 times for six weeks, for 50 minutes a day, twice a week, for the experimental group. The Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test was used to determine the hand function before and after the intervention, and the Beery VMI-6 was performed to identify the visual motor integration capability. Results :After the intervention, the ability to perform hand functions and visual motor interaction increased significantly in the experimental group but not in the control group. Digital sensory training therefore had a positive effect on the hand function and visual motor integration in children with developmental disabilities. Conclusion : A digital sensory perception training program is an arbitration method that can positively improve the hand function and visual motor integration ability in children with developmental disabilities.

  • This study is about in-service training structure combined digital competence and pedagogical knowledge in order to improve digital tools skill of a teacher in the school. Meanwhile domestic teacher training has been revealed low-level of applying into a teaching in the k12 school. Thus this study proposed teacher training system with focus on TPK sub-categories of TPACK. The core contents of TPK is to select appropriate digital tool for its teaching & learning. Additionally it is to select elements of teaching & learning associated with an attribute of digital tool. And this study presented modularize of 3 step such as teaching objective, teaching contents, assessment. Also we proposed that this training system should be operated with problem solving method which trainee itself compose TPK elements. And we committed quality investigation about picking up Strategies of TPK elements and the teacher training frame. The Participants concluded having a validity about TPK strategies, teacher training framework.

Preceding Research on Comparative Analysis of the Validity of Game based Cognitive Training Program for Children with Intellectual Disabilities (지적장애 아동을 위한 게임형 인지훈련 프로그램의 타당도 선행 연구 비교 분석)

  • Recently, many cognitive training programs based on digital contents have been presented, but few digital contents have been produced for children with intellectual disabilities among children with developmental disabilities. Digital contents based training programs are needed to apply remotely untact training programs rather than face-to-face apprenticeship classes for improving the cognition of children with intellectual disabilities. This study was attempted to present the new cognitive training program by analyzing concurrent validity, which was analyzed by the correlation between items by comparing with subtests of K-WISC-IV and items of game based Neuro-World cognitive training program. It was found that there are some validity by analyzing correlation between the subtests of K-WISC-IV and the items of Neuro-World program, which means that it has concurrent validity of some items of Neuro-World program. In terms of reliability, the Cronbach alpha value was 0.794, indicating that game performance of children with intellectual disabilities and the degree of level increase in each game were somewhat reliable. This is considered to be a significant result in future studies for clinical trials of cognitive training tools.

  • 본 논문에서는 SK텔레콤에서 진행하는 디지털 선도기업 아카데미 FLYAI의 교육과정을 설계하고 개발한다. 이 교육과정은 Project Based Learning(272시간)과 Product Based Learning(128시간)으로 구성하여 총 400시간을 교육하도록 설계한다. 특히 Product Based Learning의 AI-Hackathon(80시간)에서는 SK텔레콤 각 부서에서 제안하는 제픔을 기획하고 개발하는 과정으로 SK텔레콤 AI 개발자들이 멘토로 참여함으로써 기업 현장의 경험을 체험할 수 있도록 개발한다.

Exploring New System of China Digital Media Design Related Undergraduate Education

  • In recent years, China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education has developed into great dimensions while producing a lot of problems. Now cause of rapid development, Disciplinary Location, Training Objectives and Curriculum require study. Firstly, the paper points out the scope and general process of Digital Media Design through an analysis of properties of digital media industry. Secondly, the paper studies the current status of Digital Media Design-related undergraduate education from the policy of Chinese Ministry of Education and the practice of representative universities. Through questionnaire survey of Digital Media Designers from Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, the paper points out the problems of China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education. Finally, paper brings forward the right direction of new system of China Digital Media Design related undergraduate education.

  • This study aimed to understand the effectiveness of teachers' backgrounds and digital textbook training experiences on digital competency, understanding of the digital textbook, perception of the digital textbook effectiveness and attitude toward the digital textbook. A total of 101 valid elementary, middle and high school teachers participated in the survey and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. As a result, male teachers showed higher digital competency than female teachers. Also, teachers who experienced with digital textbook training understood more about the digital textbook. It was suggested that a newly structured professional development program for the digital textbook considering teachers' personal backgrounds should be developed.

Analysis of satisfaction with clinical training in dental hygiene students (치위생(학)과 학생의 임상실습 만족도 분석)

  • This study examined satisfaction with clinical training according to school system and school-related characteristics and analyzed the effect of satisfaction by clinical training task on the overall satisfaction with clinical training. Participants were convenience sampled from students of K University in Gangwon-do (n=279) and K University in Gyeonggi-do (n=154) who have undergone clinical training. The overall satisfaction with clinical training in dental hygiene students differed according to the school system, school-related characteristics, satisfaction by clinical training topic, and satisfaction by clinical training task. Satisfaction by clinical training task had an effect on overall satisfaction with clinical training. Thus, substantial effort, such as ensuring appropriate contents and methods of training.

  • This paper proposes e-Learning environments far digital circuit experiment. The e-Learning environments are implemented as a WBT system that includes the circuits monitoring system and the students management system. In the WBT client-server system, the instructor represents the server and students represent clients. The client computers are equipped with a digital circuit training board and connected to the server on the World Wide Web. The training board consists of a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) and measuring instruments. The instructor can reconfigure the PLD with various circuit designs from the server so that students can investigate signals from the training board. The instructor can monitor the progress of the students using Joint Test Action Grouo(JTAG) technology. We implement the WBT system and a courseware fo digital circuits and evaluation the environments.
