의사소통 인식과 의사소통능력 및 자기효능감에 대한 융합연구 -S대학 융복합 수강생을 중심으로- (Convergence Study about Awareness toward communication, Communication ability and Self-efficacy : Centered on the 'S' University college students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융복합 수강생의 의사소통 인식과 의사소통능력, 의사소통 자기효능감의 관계를 확인하기 위한 융합연구이다. 2017년 3월13일부터 24일까지 S대학 융복합 수강생을 대상으로 자발적으로 동의한 학생에게 연구목적과 방법을 설명하고 128부의 설문지를 수집하였다. 분석은 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Spearman correlation coefficient를 이용하였고 도구는 Likert 5점 척도이다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 의사소통 인식 5점 만점 평균 $3.50{\pm}.41$, 의사소통 능력 $3.32{\pm}.38$, 의사소통 자기효능감 $3.00{\pm}.40$으로 나타났다. 연구대상자의 의사소통 인식과 의사소통 능력(r=.633, p<0.01), 의사소통 인식도와 자기효능감(r=.336, p<0.01), 의사소통 능력과 자기효능감(r=.480, p<0.01) 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 따라서 융복합수강생의 자기효능감 수준을 향상시키는 프로그램이 적용된다면 의사소통 능력을 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

어머니와 청소년자녀가 지각하는 의사소통유형과 가족 응집성 및 적응성 (Communications and Family Cohesion & Adaptability Between Mother and Adolescent)

  • The purposes of this study were to find out general trends of mother-adolescent communication patterns and to analyze communication variables which influence on family cohesion and adaptability. The subjects were 386 high school students and their mothers living in Kwang-ju. PACI and FACESIII were used to measure mother-adolescent communication patterns and family cohesion and adaptability. The results are as follows : Mothers highly perceived open communication pattern with adolescents, but adolescents perceived close communication more. Communication patterns, family cohesion and adaptability showed significant differences in according to communication variables as communication time and satisfaction. Family cohesion and adaptability were significantly different in according to communication patterns. Especially, open communication pattern between mothers and adolescents was the most important in order to increase family cohesion and adaptability.

The Effect of Type of Communication by Physical Therapists on Patient Satisfaction and Revisit Intention

  • Purpose: This study sought to identify the effect of various types of communication by physical therapists on patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Methods: A total of 212 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province were surveyed on patient satisfaction and revisit intentions depending on the types of communication by physical therapists. Frequency and correlation analyses were conducted to process the data using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the AMOS 18.0 statistical package was used for confirmatory factor analysis. A structural equation modeling analysis was also performed to verify the model and the hypothesis that was set up in the present paper. Results: The survey showed that patient satisfaction correlates positively and significantly with patient-centric communication, physical factors, and spatial behavior. A significant negative correlation was also found between patient satisfaction and therapist-centered communication. Patient satisfaction positively correlated with revisit intentions. Conclusion: These results showed that there was a positive correlation between the communication of the physical therapist and the satisfaction recognized by a patient. This implies that the patient satisfaction with a physical therapist increases as the communication skills of a physical therapist improve. These findings suggest that a physical therapist must adopt patient-centric communication styles, physical factors, and spatial behavior. This study was important as it generated basic data for the formation of a therapeutic relationship through efficient and promotional communication skills. It recognizes the importance of communication between a physical therapist and a patient as the indispensable factor for interaction.

16-QAM Periodic Complementary Sequence Mates Based on Interleaving Technique and Quadriphase Periodic Complementary Sequence Mates

  • Based on an interleaving technique and quadriphase periodic complementary sequence (CS) mates, this paper presents a method for constructing a family of 16-quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) periodic CS mates. The resulting mates arise from the conversion of quadriphase periodic CS mates, and the period of the former is twice as long as that of the latter. In addition, based on the existing binary periodic CS mates, a table on the existence of the proposed 16-QAM periodic CS mates is given. Furthermore, the proposed method can also transform a mutually orthogonal (MO) quadriphase CS set into an MO 16-QAM CS set. Finally, three examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.

간호사의 자원동원성, 의사소통유형이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Resourcefulness and Communication Style on Nursing Performance in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the impact of resourcefulness and communication style on nursing performance in nurses working in hospitals. Method: Though a convenience sampling method 312 nurses were recruited between from July 4 and 17, 2011. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which included items on work related characteristics, resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) There were significant relationships between nursing performance and resourcefulness ($p$<.001), informative communication style ($p$<.001), affiliativeness communication style ($p$<.001), and dominance communication style ($p$<.001). 2) The nursing performance was significantly associated with career in current department, resourcefulness, informative communication style, affiliativeness communication style, and dominance communication style in capability which explained 45.6% of variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate a relationship between resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance in hospital nurses indicating the need to use the study results to plan programs to prompt nurses in their use of resourcefulness and communication style in nursing care.

신소설을 통해 본 개화기의 인간 커뮤니케이션 양태 (A Study on the Modes of Human Communication Reflected in the New-style Novels of the Korean Enlightenment Era)

  • 이 연구는 소설이 허구의 세계이지만 당시의 사회상을 반영한다는 전제에서 9편의 신소설을 통하여 개화기 일반 백성들의 다양한 인간 커뮤니케이션 양태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 개화기 인간 커뮤니케이션의 가장 큰 특징은 신문과 서적, 우편, 전보, 전화, 사진 등 새로운 매체의 출현으로 커뮤니케이션 환경이 다양화되었다는 점이다. 새로운 매체들이 출현하기는 했지만 아직도 구두 커뮤니케이션에 의존하는 전통적 방식이 중심이 된 것으로 볼 수 있겠다. 구두 커뮤니케이션에서 신분과 연령이 가장 큰 변수가 된 점은 조선 후기와 같았지만 격식과 예법은 많이 완화되었다. 또한 문자 문화의 기반이 대폭 확대되었다. 새로 등장한 매체들도 대부분 문자를 기반으로 하는 것들이며 여성이나 천민 계층에서 한글 사용이 늘어났다. 개항으로 외국과의 교류가 가능해짐으로써 그 시대 사람들의 생활 세계가 확대되며 문화 간 커뮤니케이션도 이루어져 필담이나 통역 등의 형태도 등장하게 되었다. 결론적으로 개화기의 인간 커뮤니케이션 양태는 여전히 구두 커뮤니케이션에 주로 의존하면서도 새로운 미디어에 대한 의존이 점차 높아지기 시작하여 원거리 커뮤니케이션도 신속하게 가능해졌으며 문호 개방에 따라 커뮤니케이션의 영역과 범위도 확대되며 그 방법도 다양해졌다고 평가할 수 있겠다.

병원간호사의 의사소통 만족 수준이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Relationship Between Organizational Communication Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to analyze the relationship between organizational communication satisfaction and organizational commitment among hospital nurses. Method: A survey was conducted with 647 nurses who were working in 24 hospitals in Korea. Data were collected during August 2010. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression. Results: The mean level of organizational communication satisfaction was 3.15 (min 1.88 -max 4.88) and the mean level of organizational commitment was 3.21 (min 1.33 - max 4.83). There was a statistically significant correlation between organizational communication satisfaction and organizational commitment (r=. 655). According to analysis of the impact of the subconstructions of organizational communication satisfaction on organizational commitment, the following factors had significant influence on organizational communication satisfaction: vertical communication, communication media, and organizational climate. Conclusion: These findings showed that communication satisfaction was the most important factor for nurses' organizational commitment. Therefore, there is a need to develop communication strategies and skills for hospital nurses to increase the level of communication satisfaction.

의사소통 훈련 집단프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인 의사소통과 인간관계에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Communication Training Program on Communication and Interpersonal Relationships of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The present study was to examine the effects of a communication training program on nursing students' interpersonal communication and relationships. Methods: This study was quasi-experimental research using a non-equivalent pre-post design. The subjects were 40 sophomore nursing students who were divided into an experimental group of 20 members and a control group of 20 members. The communication training program consisted of 8 sessions of small group training and each session lasted 120 minutes. A pretest, posttest and follow-up test (6 months after the program was terminated) were conducted to measure Inter-personal Communication Inventory and Relationships Scale. Data was analyzed by $X^2$-test, independent t-test, paired t-test and Friedman test with SPSS. Results: The communication training program was very effective in enhancing the nursing students' communication and interpersonal abilities. Nursing students' communication ability in the experimental group, however, decreases after 6 months while there is no change in the control group. Nursing students' interpersonal relationships in the experimental group was maintained at the follow-up test. Conclusions: This study supports that a communication training program has a positive effect on improving the nursing students' communication skill and interpersonal relationships.

해상 데이터통신 시스템의 설계 및 구현 : GMDSS를 중심으로 (A Design and Implementation of Maritime Data Communication System : Focused on the GMDSS)

  • 본 논문은 다변화하고 있는 GMDSS 본연의 임무인 조난 및 긴급 안전과 병행하여 요구되고 있는 해상의 데이터통신 서비스를 위한 선박통신장비인 MF/HF, VHF, Inmarsat 위성통신 등 기존 탑재 장비들의 기능적 한계와 서비스 가능성을 확인하기 위한 데이터 통신 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였으며, 통신 매체별 통신비용, 처리율, 통신 속도, 처리 가능한 서비스, 통신 가능 범위 등에 대한 성능 분석 및 평가를 실시하여 미래 해상 통신 환경에서의 GMDSS의 역할과 방향을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: This study was done to Identify the effects of a communication training program on communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Method: A communication training program was provided to student nurses who were selected as participants during a course of clinical practice. Of the students 23 were assigned to experimental group and 22 to the control group. The experimental part of the study was done with the experimental group during 6 week program course. The control group received only a communication theory course. Results: Communication and interpersonal relations scores on the post-test in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion: This program allowed nursing students to advance their communication skills during their clinical trials. These are skills which are necessary for nursing practice. The study demonstrated that a group training program that can provide students with practical support by improving the personal relationship.
