독일의 고용유연성 확대와 고용안정 (Increasing Employment Flexibility and Job Stabilization in Germany)

  • 본 연구는 독일의 고용 모델을 바탕으로 고용유연성의 확대가 고용안정성을 침해하지 않고 오히려 근로자와 기업 간 장기적 상생의 목표를 달성할 수 있는 배경과 관련 요인을 탐색하였다. 독일의 고용 및 실업정책의 핵심은 고용유연성의 확대에 있으며, 노사간의 양보와 합의가 주요한 역할을 하는 가운데 정부의 적절한 지원이 이를 성공으로 이끌었다. 특히 효율적인 고용시장정책을 통한 성과 창출과 유지의 이면에는 합리적인 사회적 대화가 자리를 잡고 있다. 독일의 앞선 경험은 우리나라 근로자와 기업의 고용유연성 제고를 위한 모범적인 사례가 될 수 있을 것이다. 제도 활용에 앞서 독일 노사관계의 바탕이 되는 노사간 존중의 관행을 이해하는 것이 필요하며 문화적 배경이 상이한 우리나라에 어떠한 방식으로 적용되는 것이 바람직할 것인지 다각적인 고찰이 선행되어야 한다.

컨설팅 기업 조직원의 성격 특성이 셀프리더쉽과 자기효능감을 통해 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (On the Effect of Character Traits of Employees of Consulting Firms on Job Satisfaction Through Self-leadership and Self-efficacy)

  • The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of character traits of employees of consulting firm on job satisfaction through self-leadership and self-efficacy. The proposed model is based on big5 model of Coasta and McCrae(1992). To validate the proposed model, structural equation model is analyzed with the valid 140 questionnaires collected from Seoul and nearby cities by using Smart PLS 3.0. The results are as follows. First, extraversion has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Second, agreeableness has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Third, conscientiousness has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fourth, emotional stability does not have a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fifth, openness to experience has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Sixth, self-leadership has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Seventh, self-leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Last, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This research proves that, while the character of employees generally forms the meaningful relationship with self-leadership and self-efficacy, in some entries of Big 5 character elements it has still produced the different results with the previous researches, which betrays that the relationship between one's character and self-leadership and self-efficacy can differ according to the characteristic of jobs. It requires further study to prove how each of Big 5 elements differently effects on self-leadership and self-efficacy according to diverse characteristic of jobs.

호텔기업 종사원의 변혁적 리더십이 직무만족과 조직 동일시에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Transformational Leadership on Employees Job Satisfaction & Organizational Identification in Korean Hotel Industry)

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십의 구성요소들이 호텔 종사원의 직무만족과 조직동일시에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 또한 인구통계학적 특성과 호텔이 가지고 있는 특징이 조절변수로서 변혁적 리더십에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 우리나라 호텔산업의 경영자 및 호텔 종사원들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석 결과로는 첫째, 변혁적 리더십부문과 호텔 종사원의 직무만족부문 요인분석결과 변혁적 리더십부문에서는 총 18개의 변수들이 배려형 리더십 요인과 비전형 리더십 요인의 2개의 요인으로 추출되었으며, 호텔 종사원의 직무만족부문에서는 총 31개의 변수들이 '후생복지정책과 근무환경요인'.'능력의 발휘와 직무안정성 요인','동료관계와 직무수행 요인','회사정책적 요인' 등의 4개 요인으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 호텔기업에서 상사의 변혁적 리더십유형은 종사원의 직무만족과 조직동일시에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 단계별 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 변혁적 리더십유형 중 호텔 종사원의 직무만족에 유의한영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은 '비전형 리더십'요인이었고, 조직동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은'비전형 리더십' 요인과 '배려형 리더십'요인 모두인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십유형과 인구통계학적 특성 및 인반적인 특성간 유의적인 차이를 알아보기 위하여 일원분산분석과 t-검증을 실시한 결과 소득수준과 현 직급, 근무년수, 호텔경영형태, 이직경험에서 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이공계 대졸여성의 진로준비행동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Impact on Job Satisfaction of Career Preparation Behavior of Women Graduates in Science and Engineering)

  • 본 연구는 이공계 대졸여성의 진로준비행동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공학계열과 자연계열의 전공별로 직무만족에 차이가 있는지를 차이분석을 통하여 알아보고, 진로준비행동과 직무만족도와의 관계를 회귀분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 한국고용정보원의 '2012 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사' 원 자료를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 2011년 8월과 2012년 2월 전문대 및 4년제 대학 이공계전공 여성으로 본 연구에서는 '2012 대졸자 직업이동경로조사' 원 데이터에서 연구대상인 이공계 전공여성 1,569명의 표본(공학계열; 649명, 자연계열;920명)을 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 19.0을 사용해 빈도분석, 독립표본t검정, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 진로준비행동을 고려하지 않고 전공 선택 이유, 대학유형, 대학소재지, 계열만을 통제하였을 때는 4년제 대학이 전문대보다 고용안정성이 좋고 직무만족도가 높았으나 전공 선택이유, 대학유형, 대학소재지, 계열 등의 통제변수와 진로준비행동 변인을 같이 사용하였을 때는 4년제 대학과 전문대학이라는 대학유형간이 고용안정성과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 진로준비행동을 체계적으로 하여 본인 적성에 맞도록 소신 있게 대학을 선택했을 경우 대학유형은 직무만족도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 시사하였다.

한국의 전통문화와 공동도서관에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Retarding the Development of Public Libraries in Korea - With a Special Reference to the Consciousness of Librarians & Users-)

  • This study hypothesizes that the present deadlock situation in public library development in Korea has chiefly been caused by the underdevelopment of the consciousness of the librarians themselves presently employed in various levels of public libraries throughout the country. This study, therefore, aims to define the areas in librarians' consciousness in which elements of backwardness prevail, and thereby to produce a theoretical framework to develop public library services in Korea on an indigenous footing. To do this, the present author set up a relationship between the traditional consciousness of the Korean People and the public library performances, based on existing published materials. In order to prove hisirelatonship, he then sent out questionnaires to public librarians and male high school students and analyzed the answered questionnaires using Pearson's Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results of the analysis are asfollows: 1) Those who place an importance on the show of respectability tend to prefer to work in an indirect services area. 2) Male librarians tend to show a job satisfaction because of chances of promotion reflecting a positive correlation between this-worldiness of librarians and their job satisfaction. 3) Male librarians tend to be satisfied in their job for the conviction for their self-accomplishment, and female librarians tend to be satisfied in their job for the attention and respect they receive from users. 4) Library technicians tend to draw their job satisfaction from their sense of job stability. 5) Male librarians tend to be dissatisfied for the lack of the monetary rewards they receive, while female librarians tend to be dissatisfied for the lack of promotional chances. 6) Most librarians tend to maintain a positive job attitude for the promotional chances, reflecting a positive correlation between this­worldliness in librarians and their service attitude. 7) Power-orientednes in librarians and their job satisfaction correlate negatively in the case of male librarians. This does not apply to female librarians. 8) Power-orientedness and good service attitude correlate negatively in the case of male librarians. This does not apply to female librarians. 9) The fact that male high school students desire to enter good colleges and universities and to obtain a position in his job positively correlate to the fact that public libraries have transformed themselves into a mere reading room. 10) Male library science students show a maladjustment in their major department in earlier years for the professional uncertainty, and as they advance into senior years they show a positive attitude about the library profession.

Security관련 종사자의 무도수련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Practicing Martial Art upon job Performance of Employees Engaged in Security Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine effects of practicing martial arts upon job performance of employees engaged in security industry. For positive investigation, 400 employees were questioned using some questionnaires; as a result, we obtained the following conclusion of the relation between the extent of the practicing martial art and the ability of performing their jobs. First, the more they practice martial art, the better and higher their mental health and psychological stability more than control group. Especially, when crime is reported to them or they arrest a criminal taken in an act of crime, the degree of their anxiety was low and they strongly expose self-confidence, their view of moral achievement and their sense of morality. Second, the more they practice martial art, the higher their ability of arrestment a criminal in an act and self-defense is. Because practicing martial art make their vital power and physical strength promoted. Third, the more they practice martial art, the more sincere the trust and friendship among colleagues are. As well they seem to feel strong solidarity oneanother. But practicing martial art appeared that it doesnt have an effect on coping with complications among generations and the gaps between master sergeant and them. Fourth, employees engaged in security industry practicing martial art is not only used in job performance merely as a technique; it is also effective on the mind that it make their anxiety dissolved and give them self-confidence.

집배원 유니폼 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 -2000년도 착용 유니폼을 중심으로- (A Study on the Uniform Design for Postmen)

  • Uniform is the dress of distinctive design or fashion worn by members of a particular group or serving as a means of identification. The postman's uniform of Ministry of Communication should be distinctive or characteristic clothing to provide high functionality and symbolization of job characteristics, cost effectiveness and esthetic. In order to design the postman's new uniform available in 2000, there has been a satisfaction survey to 1,116 postmen. A thorough analysis of survey and informal and face-to-face discussion with postmen give the direction of design concept. One of the most important things in the design concept is to make the uniform high quality & refinement. The style is a refined jumper suit in consideration of form stability, wearing satisfaction, convenience in activity. The basic colors selected are navy and medium gray. The colors of jumper are MOC red ; C.I color Green : a representative color of youth, white : a symbolic color of bright future. All three colors are plaid on a basic nary color. In the selection of the textile, synthetic fiber (Polyester 65%, rayon 35%) equipped with UV cutting as well as water resistance etc. was recommended. In the uniform design process, the effective communication with user (postman) is critical to find the requirements and needs of uniform user (postman). Also. the uniform designer should reflect the above four key factors in design development. Therefore, the uniform should provide the user with high job performance and job pride in wearing the uniform.

일개 간호대학생과 졸업생의 전공 및 진로에 대한 인식 (Recognition of Nursing Students and Graduates on Nursing and Future Career)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop strategies for better education and career adaptation of nursing students by investigating the recognition and intentions of nursing students and graduates on the nursing and a future career. Method: Data was collected from a survey conducted between the 1st of October and 5th of December, 2007. Participants were 113 students and 37 graduates of one nursing college. Result: The majority of participants thought that atmosphere and relationships were important criteria to choose a job. Most of them selected nursing major not because their aptitude but because of its professionalism and job stability. Most wanted to go to graduate school and were interested in a nurse specialist program, especially for critical and emergency care. The preferred nursing role changed from recovery care to health promotion as they advanced in their studies. They thought work overload and fatigue from three shift as barriers for a longer stay as a clinical nurse. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in a way that it suggests some strategies for promoting nursing professionalism and adaptation to working field. In order to generalize the results of this study, replicate studies need to be conducted with nation-wide samples.

국제비교를 통한 우리나라 노동시장의 유연성 및 안정성 평가 (Assessment of Flexibility and Security in Korean Labor Market : An International Comparison)

  • 본고의 주요 목적은 OECD 국가들과의 비교를 통해 우리나라 노동시장의 유연성 및 안정성의 수준을 평가하는 데 있다. OECD 고용보호법제 지수로 평가한 우리나라 노동시장의 유연성은 상용직 해고의 경우 여타 국가들과 대체로 비슷한 수준을 보였으며, 임시직 고용은 임시직의 비중 등 실효적 지표들까지 감안할 때 비교적 유연한 것으로 나타났다. 안정성의 경우에는 직장안정성, 소득안정성 및 결합안정성의 수준 모두 OECD 평균치를 큰 폭으로 하회하였다. 추가적으로 OECD 국가들을 대상으로 패널분석을 수행한 결과, 유연성 측면에서는 상용직 해고 규제가 느슨할수록, 임시직 고용 규제는 엄격할수록 노동생산성이 향상되는 것으로 추정되었다.

노인의 직업활동 활성화 방안 구축을 위한 기초연구 (The Activation of Job Performance of the Elderly in Korea)

  • In modem society, elderly people's continual working is not only effective for realizing elderly welfare but is also an efficient scheme for improving national competitive power with the aging of societies. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain confirmed data on the methods by which people can prepare for elderly people's working and increase the workforce participation rate. The study subjects were 300 male and female elderly people over the age of 60, living and working in Seoul. The method of sampling was purposive sampling in which the subject are extracted and assigned according to their occupations and gender. The results were as follows. Firstly, elderly people have a strong desire for employment stability. Secondly, they lack knowledge on obtaining information about jobs and approaching their desired job field. Thirdly, the subjects suggested that it is necessary to raise the level of social recognition about elderly people's working and to develop an environment that is conducive for increasing the working rate of the elderly.
