The Survey of Job Rotation Implementation at Medium- and Small-Industries

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the job rotation implementation at medium- or small-industries and to identify the viewpoint on job rotation as preventive activity of work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs). Background: Job rotation has been implemented in many industrial areas in order to prevent the WMSDs as one part of ergonomic program. Generally, the cases of implementation of ergonomic program or successful cases of job rotation were reported on the side of major or large company. Therefore, this study tried to inspect the current state of job rotation implementation at medium- or small-industries. Method: Survey was carried out for randomly contacted forty seven mangers responsible for safety. Survey contained the questionnaires on the general state of company, shift-work and job rotation. Results: The ratio of work-shift in medium- and small-industry was 34.0% and the ratio of job rotation was 19.1%. For manufacturing industry, the ratio was 37.9% and 17.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The implementation ratio of job rotation was relatively low considering the results of previous studies. Many managers appealed the quality decreasing of goods and the injuries of workers due to job rotation, though agreed to train the multi-functional worker and to prevent the WMSDs. Application: The results can be used for the fundamental data how the job rotation will be properly implemented in medium- and small-industry as an administrative control for MSDs.

한방병원 간호사의 스트레스와 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stress and Job Satisfaction among Oriental Hospital Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of stress and job satisfaction and the relationship of stress and job satisfaction of oriental hospital nurses. The subjects were 255 nurses of 9 oriental hospital in Taegu and Pusan cities and data were collected from 20 March to 10 May 1998. The instruments used for this study were a survey of genernal characteristics(7 items). stress(6 items) and job satisfaction(20 items). Analysis of data was done by use of mean, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and pearson correlation with SPSS program. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The average item score for stress was 3.08. Religion, duration of nurse expectancy and work motivation among sociodemographic characteristics were significantly different with the degree of stress. 2) The average item score for job satisfaction was 2.84. Education, religion, marital state, carrier history, duration of nurse expectancy and work motivation among sociodemographic characteristics were significantly different with the degree of job satisfaction. 3) There were significant negative correlation among the variables : working volume and group conflict factors · role implementation fators${\cdot}$personal socialization fators/nursing skill and role implementation fatal's· personal socialization fators/rolesharing with peers and role implementation fators/relationship with co-workers and group conflict factors${\cdot}$role implementation fators${\cdot}$personal socialization fators/relationship with patients and role implementation fators/relationship with supervisors and role implementation fators. And there was a significant positive correlation between role-sharing with peers and decision-making fators.

신임소방공무원의 교육훈련이 현업적용도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Effects of Educational Training of New Fire Officers on Job Implementation)

  • 신임소방공무원의 교육훈련의 효과가 현업에서 얼마나 효과적으로 적용되는지에 대한 검증작업은 극히 미미한 상태이며, 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등 다양한 측면에서 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 주장되는 직무만족에 따른 현업적용의 실증적 검증에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 힘든 실정이다. 신임소방공무원을 대상으로 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등이 재난현장과 소방행정 집행의 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 신임소방공무원의 교육훈련이 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 결과는 학습자특성과 학습성과가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족과 교육프로그램, 학습성과와 학습자특성이 현업적용도에 유의미한 영향(P < 0.05)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

원장의 코칭 리더십이 교사의 놀이실행역량에 미치는 영향: 교사의 반성적 사고와 창의적 역할수행의 매개효과 (The Effects of Director's Coaching Leadership on Teacher's Play Implementation Competencies: Mediation Effects of Teacher's Reflective Thinking and Creative Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of directors' coaching leadership on teachers' play implementation competencies and the mediation effects of teachers' reflective thinking and creative job performance by conducting a structural relationship analysis. Methods: The subjects of this study were child care teachers who were purposefully sampled from the metropolitan area which includes Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province. A total of 267 questionnaires were analyzed after excluding poor or incomplete questionnaires by use of SPSS Statistics 25.0 and the AMOS 21.0. Results: Directors' coaching leadership was positively correlated with teachers' reflective thinking, creative job performance, and their play implementation competencies. Directors' coaching leaderships directly and indirectly influenced teachers' play implementation competencies, which was mediated by teachers' reflective thinking and their creative job performance. Conclusion/Implications: Directors' coaching leadership has a significant implication for teachers' play implementation competencies which became more important after the national curriculum standards had been revised.

광주광역시 치과위생사의 직무분석에 관한 조사 연구 (A study on the job analysis of dental hygienist in Gwangju)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyzes the job implementation of dental hygienist at dental hospital(university), dental clinic and general hospital in the city of Gwangju. Methods : The subjects in this study were dental hygienists who worked at dental hospital(university), dental clinic and general hospital in the city of Gwangju. A survey was conducted by post from June 10 to August 10. Out of the collected data, 204 answer sheets were analyzed. Results : 1. 'Medical & Dental history taking', 'Extra & Intra oral examination' and 'Dental hygiene care plane' in dental clinic were significantly higher than dental hospital(university) and general hospital(p<0.001). 'Remove of extrinsic stain' and 'Treatment of hypersensitivity tooth' in dental clinic and general hospital were significantly higher than dental hospital(university)(p<0.001). 'Preventive dental caries treatment' and 'Diet control' were shown the low frequency of job implementation. 2. Almost task elements of dental assistance duty shown that dental hygienists under the 24 years old were significantly higher dental hygienists over the 30 years old(p<0.05) and dental clinic and general hospital were significantly higher than dental hospital(university)(p<0.05) in frequency of job implementation. 3. 'Dental staff supervision', 'Patient management' and 'Dental chart arrangement' shown that dental hygienists over the 30 years old were significantly higher than dental hygienists under the 24 years old in frequency of job implementation(p<0.05). 'Infection control' of dental hygienists over 30 years old was significantly lower than dental hygienists under the 24 years old(p<0.001). Conclusions : The results of this study indicate that a scope of dental hygienists' job need to extend also in order to accomplish a job efficiently, is suggested that the effort is necessary to improve a quality of dental hygienist and to change of recognition of the dentist about dental hygienists' job.

4차 산업혁명시대 대비한 진로진학상담교사 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of In-service Training on Career Education & Guidance Teacher's Career Education Training for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era)

  • 이 연구는 중앙교육연수원에서 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 하는 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 3개월 후 시점에서 이수자의 현업적용도 사전-사후 설문조사, 성공사례기법(SCM), 기대회수효과(ROE)를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2018년 7월 중앙교육연수원의 직무연수를 이수한 진로진학상담교사 136명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 136명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 75명, 성공사례기법에 참여한 인원은 4명이다. 중앙교육연수원에서 2018년에 추진한 진로진학상담교사 대상의 직무연수 현업적용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.17점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 성공사례기법은 성공 사례자와 실패 사례자를 인터뷰하여 분석하였다. 직무 적용에 따른 행동 변화는 기획자 역할이 가장 컸고 교수자 역할, 진로교육자 역할, 학습자 역할 순이었다. 또한, 사례 분석은 면담자들이 현업적용에 대한 동기, 역량, 환경적 측면에서 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 기대회수효과 측면에서 긍정적 평가가 85.3%로 매우 높았고, 순 추천 고객지수가 .85로서 참가자들은 다시 연수 참여 의지를 보일 정도로 만족도가 높았다. 이 연구 결과를 기초하여 추후 연구를 제언하면, 새로운 연수 방법과 추가적인 요인분석에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

병원코디네이터의 역할모호성 및 지원상황이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Customer Orientation in the Hospital Coordinator's role ambiguity and support situations)

  • To improve the competitiveness of the hospital provides high quality medical services in a hospital coordinator role is emphasized. This study on customer orientation of the role ambiguity in order to identify the impact of degree of customer orientation were analyzed for demographic differences. Dependent variable, customer orientation affects role ambiguity as independent variables, and regression analysis were set. And the control variables are set to support situational factors, customer orientation on the role ambiguity and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Obtained through empirical results are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the hospital coordinator customer orientation, the difference between gender and medical subjects are not shown. Age, education, work experience, job title, and the hospital on the pattern of customer orientation has shown a difference. Second, according to the hospital coordinator role ambiguity about its impact on customer orientation analysis can be a role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication in achieving customer orientation was negatively affected. Third, role ambiguity, and customer orientation factors for the moderating effects of organizational support for the role of customer orientation can role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication was a statistically significant. Fourth, the role ambiguity factors and customer orientation for the administrative support for the moderating effect of customer orientation and role implementation is significant, but job implementation, opinion communication were statistically significant. Fifth, the role ambiguity factors and customer support for customer orientation and customer orientation for the moderating effects of role performance and the opinion communication was not statistically significant. However, job implementation was statistically significant. The limitations of this study are as follows: First, role ambiguity, situational factors and support due to limitations of the variable factors that may affect the customer orientation of a number of factors were excluded. So many exogenous variables in the measurement process can affect. Second, the variables measured as problems of self-assessment by the variable measuring the respondent's bias may occur. Third, This study is difficult to generalize. In other words, several areas of the province conducted by the empirical results of the survey as a limit on the overall generalization can follow.

발명교사교육센터 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of ITEC's In-Service Teacher Training)

  • 이 연구는 발명교사교육센터에서 추진하고 있는 현직교사 대상의 발명교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 1년 후 시점에서 이수자가 인식하는 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 연수 내용의 교육 활용도, 발명교육 능력 향상도를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2013년 동남권 발명교사교육센터의 직무연수를 이수한 현직교원 60명을 대상으로 하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수 후기에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 60명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 30명, 연수 후기 작성에 참여한 인원은 12명이다. 동남권 발명교사교육센터에서 2013년에 추진한 현직교원 대상의 직무연수 현업적 용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.07점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 연수 이수 1년 후 이수자가 인식하는 현업적용도의 하위 항목은 교육능력 향상도 4.39점, 연수 유용도 4.11점, 교육 활용도 3.94점, 학습 파지도 3.82점의 순이다. 현업적용도의 전체 평균 4.07점을 기준으로 보았을 때, 교육능력 향상도와 연수 유용도는 상대적으로 높은 값을 보였고, 교육 활용도와 학습 파지도는 상대적으로 낮은 값으로 확인되었다. 연수 이수자의 현업적용도에 대한 질적 분석 자료로 확보한 12편의 연수 후기에 대한 내용을 분석한 결과, 학습 파지도, 연수 유용도, 교육 활용도, 교육 능력 향상도를 직 간접적으로 설명할 수 있는 의미 있는 사례를 도출하였다.

  • 그리드란 지역적으로 분산되어 있거나 혹은 다양한 조직(organization)에 소속된 여러 자원들을 네트워크로 연동하여 사용자들에게 하나의 자원처럼 이용할 수 있는 인프라스트럭쳐이다. 전통적으로 그리드 상에서 작업관리 서비스는 작업을 제출하고 모니터링 하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 자원 정보 서비스와 데이터 전송 및 관리 서비스와 더불어 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 TIGRIS 상에서 작업 관리 서비스의 설계 및 구현 방법을 제시한다.

생산장비의 Client-Server화 연구 (Client-Server System for Manufacturing Devices)

  • Job efficiency and productivity of a manufacturing system with frequent job schedule changes are affected by performance of information system between job order planners anti manufacturing device operators. This paper describes implementation of concurrent information system which can active identify machine status and dispatch job orders to operators in a machine shop. Client and server environment for various machinery is implemented using OSI based network between shop floor control system and manufacturing devices. Portability and scalability are among many characteristics of the implemented system. The developed client and server system is expected to realize high productivity for manufacturing device.
