전문병원의 서비스특성이 서비스관계품질을 매개로 서비스성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service's Characteristics on Service Performance by Mediating Service Relationship Quality in Specialty Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study explains how service characteristics such as service competence, service customization, interpersonal communication and image affect service trust and affective commitments and how service trust, affective commitment play a role in affecting risk-taking and service loyalty in specialty hospital. and then confirm the mediating role of relationship quality components such as service trust and affective commitment in the above path relation. For this purpose, the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis(SEM) using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. The results of the study are as follows. First, interpersonal communication influenced service trust, image influenced affective commitment, service ability influenced service trust and emotional commitment, while service customization did not affect any factor. Second, service trust and affective commitment did not effect each other. Third, service trust and affective commitment were more powerful in risk-taking than the influence on service loyalty. Fourth, Risk takings affected service loyalty. Therefore, marketers of special hospitals not only medical services by providing medical service with superior service ability, but also by always strengthening interpersonal communication at the time of providing services. This will enable consumers to overcome the avoidance in the service decision process and implement a specific service marketing strategy that can continuously use the hospital service.

수부손상 환자의 일상생활 수행능력, 대인관계, 우울 및 건강 관련 삶의 질 (Activity of Daily Living, Interpersonal Relationship, Depression and Health-related Quality of Life in Patients with Hand Microsurgery)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore status of activity of daily living, interpersonal relationship, depression and health-related quality of life in patients with traumatic hand injury and identify factors that influence health-related quality of life. Methods: The participants were 104 outpatients with impending hand microsurgery from D city. The data were analyed using Pearson's correlation, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical regression with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: There were statistically significant differences in HRQoL to gender, age, marital state, and level of pain. HRQoL had significant correlations with ADL, IADL, relationship change, and depression. In regression analysis, depression, marital state, ADL, and level of pain explained 48% of the HRQoL. Conclusion: Findings of this study allow a comprehensive understanding of patients with traumatic hand injury. It is necessary to develop nursing intervention program for improving the health-related quality of life in patients with traumatic hand injury by considering psychological care for depression as well as physical care.

청소년의 자기애가 대인관계에 미치는 영향: 자기개념 명확성의 매개효과 (The Influence of Adolescent Narcissism on Interpersonal Relationships: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-concept Clarity)

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 외현적 자기애와 내현적 자기애가 자기개념 명료성을 통해 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일반계 중학생을 대상으로 하여 2019년 11월 4일부터 11월 22일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 470부가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 외현적·내현적 자기애는 자기개념 명료성에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 자기개념 명료성은 대인관계에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 외현적·내현적 자기애는 대인관계에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년의 외현적·내현적 자기애와 대인관계의 관계에서 자기개념 명료성은 모두 유의한 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 청소년들의 외현적 및 내현적 자기애적 특성으로 구분하여 자기개념 명확성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 밝혀냄으로써 대인관계로 어려움을 겪는 청소년들에게 보다 폭넓은 이해를 제공하고, 자기애 성향자의 특성에 따라 상담 및 교육의 커리큘럼에 대한 전문성을 넓히는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

물리치료학과 학생들의 임상실습 중 대인관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Interpersonal Relations on Clinical Practice of Physical Therapist Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information for making positive interpersonal relations by understanding the degree of difficulties of interpersonal relations that physical therapist students may have on clinical practice. The survey results of 175 students who completed clinical practice for the first term of 2003. The survey was conducted through mail or e-mail between July 20 and August 20, 2003. The data were analyzed frequency, percentage, t-test, and one-way ANOVA using the SPSS/PC Ver. 10.0 (${\alpha}=0.05$). The results were as follows; 1. The mean score for the level of points interpersonal relations was 41.06 points in full 80 points. Therefore most students had a little problem on interpersonal relations. 2. More difficulties of interpersonal relations were felt by students in the following order; clinical instructors, patients, other students, and other department staffs in the hospital. 3. Between students and clinical physical therapist in the hospital, most students were satisfied with a instructor's attitude toward there (61.1%). 4. Between students and other department staffs in the hospital, most students were felt convenient when faced with other staffs(61.8%). 5. Between students and patients in the hospital, most students didn't uncomfortable when they made a rapport(69.2%). 6. Between students and other college students, most students were didn't inconvenient when they were practicing together(69.8%). 7. The students with higher marks in major felt more difficulties for forming personal relations with other department staffs in hospital, patient, and other students(p<0.05). 8. The students showed more felt inconveniences over 8 weeks practicing than below 7 weeks itperiods of clinical practice(p<0.05). 9. The number of practice place were significantly difference according to relation of patients, other college students(p<0.05). More less practice place were made difficult of interpersonal relations. The further studies would be made in viewpoints to clinical instructors, patients, students, others department staffs in the hospital so that we could compare our results with theirs.

임상간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 대인관계 능력이 간호 역량에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Clinical Nurses' Professional Self Concept and Interpersonal Relations on Nursing Competence)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of professional self-concept and interpersonal relations on nursing competence of clinical nurses. This study was conducted as a descriptive cross sectional survey with 182 nurses who work at a tertiary hospital which has over 1,000 beds, located in Gyeounggi - do. The data was collected from October 11th, 2016 to October 28th, 2016. The main findings of this study were as follows. The mean score for professional self-concept was $2.65{\pm}0.29$ points in the range of 1 point to 4 points. And interpersonal relations was an average of $3.55{\pm}0.35$ points in the range of 1 point to 5 points. Nursing competence was an average of $2.65{\pm}0.39$ points in the range of 1 point to 4 points. Professional self-concept and interpersonal relations were positively correlated with nursing competence. Nursing competence was differed from clinical career(F=10.518, p<.001), working unit(F=4.139, p=.018), educational background(F=6.542, p=.002), and satisfaction on nursing(F=6.326, p<.001). The regression model with clinical career, working unit, educational background, satisfaction on nursing, 3 sub domain of professional self-concept(professional practice, satisfaction, communication), and interpersonal relation was statistically significant (F=31.94, p<.001). And this model could explain 51.5% of nursing competency(Adj R2=.515). Especially, professional practice(${\beta}=.532$, p<.001) of professional self-concept, interpersonal relations(${\beta}=.223$, p<.001), clinical career(${\beta}=.169$, p<.001), working unit: ICU (${\beta}=.169$, p<.05) were identified the factors influencing on nursing competence. Therefore, improving clinical nurses' nursing competence can be achieved with broad approach that includes improvements in professional self-concept and interpersonal relations. And also, working unit, and clinical career should be considered to develop the actual program for nursing competence, too.

간호사의 상대적 권력과 대인갈등 (A Study on the Relationship between Nurses Relative Power and Interpersonal Conflicts)

  • This study aims at empirically clarifying the relationship between power and the interpersonal conflict, including nurses' understanding of their relative power, the causes of interpersonal conflicts with the nurses, and strategies to resolve conflicts, in order to understand how nurses' relative power affect their conflicts. For the empirical survey, the population was defined as all the nurses working at a medical organization in Seoul, Korea. 1083 nurses were selected as the sample for the questionnaire survey and statistical analyses. For the sampling, 32 medical organizations were selected by a stratified random method and sub-samples were arbitrarily drawn from each organization to obtain the final sample of 1083 nurses who responded to the questionnaire designed by the reseacher. According to the result of the study, most nurses experience conflict more than once a month, and 70.4% of the respondents answered that interpersonal conflicts were directly or indirectly caused by power relations. which indicates that they perceive power relations as the main cause of interpersonal conflicts. Nurses experienced the most conflicts with interns and residents(29.7%), then patients and their families(24.3%), higher-positioned nurses(12.3%), nurse colleagues(7.7%), lower-positioned nurses(6.5%), and staff doctors(5.1%). If we classify these into three groups. the frequency of the conflicts, from most frequent to least. is in the order of doctors. nurses, and patients. In terms of relative power, nurses perceive that they have greater power than patients and their families, lower-positioned nurses, and nurse colleagues. In contrast, nurses perceive that they have less power than interns and residents, higher-positioned nurses. and staff doctors. Among these groups. nurses perceive that they have the most power over patients and the least over staff doctors. These results indicate that nurses tend to experience more conflicts with members of groups that are stronger than themselves in terms of relative power, Nurses use positive strategies such as the compromise strategy(32.3%) or the collaboration strategy (20.3%) to manage conflicts, more than other strategies. However, they use avoidance or competition strategy more at the earlier stage, compromise strategy more in the mid stage, and collaboration strategy more at the later stage of the interpersonal conflict. In relation to power, nurses use the collaboration strategy or the compromise strategy more when their perceived power is greater than or equal to their counterpart's, and they use the avoidance strategy or the accommodation strategy if their power is less. In terms of source of power, nurses' perceived relative power is greater in the order of referent power. expert power, reward power, legitimate power. and coercive power. where referent power is perceived as having the greatest power and coercive power is least. Most nurses(69.3%) used their power to resolve a conflict. with positive outcomes. Expert power was used most frequently. Overall. this study strongly indicates that the enhancement of power of nurses to have equal power relations with doctors would heighten the success of conflict resolution, since power is the main cause of conflicts. Specifcally. nurses experience most conflicts with doctors against whom they perceive the greatest gap in power. and the choice of a conflict management strategy depend upon their power relations.

간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 대인관계능력, 인지적 정서조절전략이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Ego Resilience, Interpersonal Relation, and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies on college life adaptation of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 대인관계능력, 인지적 정서조절 전략이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B, Y시의 간호대학생 304명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 5월 8일부터 5월 13일까지 였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 대학생활적응은 평균 $3.21{\pm}0.53$점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 대학생활적응은 자아탄력성(r=.443, p<.001), 대인관계능력(r=.400, p<.001), 인지적 정서조절 전략(r=.465, p<.001)과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년(${\beta}=-.202$, p<.001), 전공만족(${\beta}=.285$, p<.001), 자아탄력성(${\beta}=.191$, p<.001), 인지적 정서조절 전략(${\beta}=.251$, p<.001)으로 나타났고, 설명력은 46.2%였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 확인하기 하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하고, 대학생활적응을 높일 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

경호학과 학생들의 전공수업만족도가 진로 결정 효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Class Satisfaction among Students in the Department of Security Services on Career Decision Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 경호학을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 전공수업만족도가 진로 결정 효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 있으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인, 진로요인, 진로 결정 효능감의 하위변인 중 미래계획, 목표해결, 직업정보, 문제해결에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소속 학교와 학년에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업 만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공수업만족이 미래계획에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인, 진로요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공수업만족이 목표해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인이 목표해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공수업만족이 직업정보에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 적성요인, 진로요인이 직업정보에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 전공수업만족이 문제해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 진로요인이 문제해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

부모-자녀관계가 아동의 대인관계 및 정신건강을 매개로 학교생활 행복에 미치는 영향 -한부모와 양부모의 다집단 분석- (The Effect of Parent-Child Relationships on School Life Happiness, mediated by Children Interpersonal relations and Mental Health -Multi-Group Analysis on single-parent and two-parent famillies-)

  • 본 연구는 부모-자녀관계와 학교생활 행복의 관계에서 자녀의 대인관계와 정신건강이 매개역할을 하는지, 이러한 구조모형 속에서 한부모 자녀와 양부모 자녀는 차이가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단연구 2013 자료(2차년)를 사용하였다. 분석 대상은 초등학교 6학년 6,643명(한부모 756명, 양부모 5,887명)이다. 연구방법은 AMOS 18.0을 이용한 구조방정식 분석을 통한 다집단 분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과를 분석하기 위하여 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한부모 자녀는 양부모 자녀보다 대인관계, 정신건강, 학교생활 행복 모두에서 유의하게 낮은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모-자녀관계와 학교생활 행복의 관계에서 대인관계와 정신건강은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 총효과를 통해 아동의 학교생활 행복에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변수를 살펴본 결과 대인관계인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한부모 여부에 따른 다집단 분석결과 연구모형에서 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

유아의 도덕적 정서가 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향 : 공감과 동정심을 중심으로 (The Effect of Children's Moral Emotions on Social Competence : Focusing on Empathy, and Sympathy)

  • 본 연구는 유아의 도덕적 정서가 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향을 공감과 동정심을 중심으로 파악하여, 유아기 도덕교육 및 정서교육 프로그램의 기초 데이터를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 개인 및 부모변인에 따른 유아의 도덕적 정서(공감, 동정심)는 유아의 연령과 아버지의 학력에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아의 공감과 동정심은 사회적 유능성의 긍정적 상호작용, 유능성, 대인 행동과 정적 상관이 나타났다. 유아의 동정심은 사회적 유능성의 지도성과 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 공감은 사회적 유능성의 긍정적 상호작용, 유능성, 대인 행동, 활동 참여에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 유아의 동정심은 지도성에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 만4, 5세 유아의 도덕적 정서(공감, 동정심)를 강화하는 것은 부분적으로 사회적 유능성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사 받을 수 있다.
