  • Evaluation of the work of art with intention of the artist different is not a possibility of free oneself from the limit which estimates an evaluation at value of appreciator. We tried new interpreting about the work of art in this paper. The work of art respects the intention of the artist to make it and interprets intention until now. After critics distinguish by a period, an area that they set to philosophical thought which is the time and interpreted. We set to each one subjectivity and interpreted between artist to make the work of art and appreciator. But in this paper, we tied various criteria which appreciates the work of art. We tried so that we presented the intimacy each other newly. Otherwise we tied with the subjectivity of the individual and are the try to be an objectification low through statistical technique. We looked into the culture and art in the introduction and explain the discussion about the work of art interpreting which the main subject. We set the category 6 area, and explain an each criteria explanation and assessment method. We tried to propose new interpreting as the intimacy to be multivariate data analysis result of the assessment analysis. Stopping from the thing which sees the work of art knows, it will be able to give meaning thing from this research prerequisite.

An Effect of Technostress After-Work Hours on Turnover Intention

  • 본 연구는 테크노스트레스(Technostress) 이론을 바탕으로 근무시간 중이나 퇴근이후의 카카오톡과 같은 소셜 미디어 사용으로 인해 발생되는 테크노스트레스가 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고자 한다. 본 연구는 341명의 중국 내 위챗(WeChat) 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 구조모형 분석결과에 의하면, 근무 중에 발생하는 역할 과부하, 역할 충돌, 작업 침해는 근무시간 테크노스트레스에 영향을 미치며, 퇴근 후에 발생하는 사회적 상호작용, 개인 생활 침해, 고립공포감(Fear of Missing Out)도 마찬가지로 퇴근 후 테크노스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 근무 중에 발생하는 테크노스트레스는 이직 의도에 영향이 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났지만, 퇴근 후에 발생하는 테크노스트레스는 이직 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 조직 내에서의 올바른 소셜 미디어 사용에 대한 기초적인 자료로 사용되길 기대한다.

기혼여성간호사의 성차별의식, 직장-가정 갈등과 지원 및 이직의도와의 관계 (The relationship of Gender Discrimination Consciousness, Work-Family Conflict and Facilitation and Turnover Intention of Married Female Hospital Nurses.)

  • 본 연구는 기혼여성간호사의 성차별의식, 직장-가정 갈등과 지원 및 이직의도와의 관계를 확인하고자 시도되었다. S시 병원에 근무하는 기혼여성간호사 101명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자인 기혼여성간호사의 성차별의식은 모두 높은 수준으로, 온정적 성차별의식이 적대적 성차별의식보다 높았다. 직장-가정 갈등은 40세 미만, 자녀 1명, 근무경력이 5년 이상 10년 미만 일 때가 높았다. 이직의도는 40세 미만(t=3.66, p<.001), 자녀가 없는 경우(F=5.76, p=.004), 일반간호사와 책임간호사(F=5.86, p=.004)가 유의하게 높았다. 적대적 성차별의식은 가정-직장 방향 갈등과 지원과 상관관계가 있었다. 이직의도는 직장-가정 방향 갈등과 가정-직장 방향 갈등 모두 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구 결과로 기혼여성간호사들의 성차별의식, 직장-가정 갈등과 지원의 정도와 이직의도를 이해할 수 있으며, 직장-가정 양립을 위한 전략을 개발하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하다.

치과위생사의 긍정심리자본과 성장마인드셋, 셀프리더십이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of dental hygienists' positive psychological capital, growth mindset, and self-leadership on retention intention)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing the positive psychological capital, growth mindset, and self-leadership of dental hygienists in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions with regard to their retention intention. The findings would serve as basic data for improving the retention intention. Methods: The methods espoused for analysis comprised independent sample t-test and ANOVA for group comparisons, Pearson's correlation analysis for examining the correlation between variables, and multiple regression analysis for identifying factors affecting retention intention. Results: Positive psychological capital was higher among those under the age of 27 and employed in dental clinics. Growth mindset was higher among those with less than three years of work experience and those working in clinics. Self-leadership was higher among those aged 28-31, and retention intention was higher among those under the age of 27 and with less than three years of work experience (p<0.05). A correlation was observed between positive psychological capital and self-leadership (r=0.760), self-leadership and retention intention (r=0.514), positive psychological capital and retention intention (r=0.505), positive psychological capital and growth mindset (r=0.337), and growth mindset and self-leadership (r=0.245) (p<0.001). Factors influencing the intention to stay at work were self-leadership (β=0.309) and positive psychological capital (β=0.242) (p<0.05). Conclusions: In order to improve dental hygienists' retention intention, it is necessary to devise strategies for improving positive psychological capital and self-leadership.

Continuance Adoption of Working from Home after the COVID-19 Outbreak: Empirical Evidence from Saudi Arabia

  • The COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world has rendered a large proportion of the workforce unable to commute to work, to mitigate the spread of the virus. This has resulted in both employers and employees seeking alternative work arrangements. Due to the pandemic, most if not all workers experienced work from home Hence work from home has become a policy priority for most governments. Individuals have started to change their behavior to stick to the curfew and rapidly conform to the new way of life. This study is conducted to understand how organizations and people adjust to these developments and challenges. Numerous organizations are changing to the online method of working because of the COVID-19. Because of the continuous adoption of a specific behavior after the COVID-19 pandemic situation ended, employees were expected to continue working from home. To investigate deep into the behavioral consequences of such a pandemic situation, in-depth interviews were conducted in several companies in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted by extending the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the theory of reasoned action (TRA) to explore and assess the various factors that determine the continuous adoption intention of work-from-home by the Saudis. The finding shows that the employees' positive attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy affect the employees' intention to adopt work from home. The continuous adoption of work from home has been affected by employees' relevant intention and controllability.

인플루언서의 패션 제품 사용 영상이 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Influencers' Product-Usage Videos upon Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention)

  • This work tries to empirically validate the effect of influencers' product-usage videos upon brand attitude and purchase intention of consumers. More specifically, we choose 3 attributes of product-usage videos of influencers such as expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness from our literature review. We collect 200 survey questionnaires in 2019 using Google survey forms from subjects who have watched influencers' usage videos of fashion items. Our results suggest that expertise and trustworthiness of influencers' videos positively affect brand attitude of consumers, which in turn positively influence their purchase intention. However, we have not found significant effect of attractiveness of the videos upon brand attitude. We also confirm that brand attitude positively affect purchase intention as proposed in the literature. The practical implications of this work is that firms should focus and strengthen expertise and trustworthiness of videos rather than attractiveness in order to enhance purchase intention of consumers and eventually lead to their purchase behavior.

간호사가 지각하는 근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurses' Perceived Working Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Intent to Stay)

  • 본 연구는 간호사가 인지하는 외적 환경 요인인 간호업무환경과 내적요인인 직무만족도와 사회적 지지의 관계를 확인하고 재직의도에 영향을 주는 요인과 지속적으로 근무할 수 있는 환경 여건을 형성하고, 효율적인 간호인력 관리 방안을 마련하기 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 각 병원의 간호부의 승인을 얻은 후 173명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호근무환경은 평균 2.43점, 직무만족도는 평균 3.04점, 사회적 지지는 평균 3,44점, 재직 의도는 평균 4.3점이며, 재직 의도는 간호근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지와 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 재직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무만족도이며 설명력은 9.3%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무만족을 높여 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 양질의 간호근무환경을 확보하기 위해서 충분한 인력 및 물질적 자원에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 동료들 간에 정서적으로 신뢰감을 높일 수 있는 새롭고 다양한 방법을 모색하여 오랫동안 근무하도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

군장교의 윤리적 성향과 업무환경 지각이 조직의 보안정책준수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Military Officer's Ethical Disposition and Perceived Work Environment on Organizational Security Policy Compliance)

  • 본 연구는 사회통제이론적 틀을 적용하여 조직구성원의 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고, 군 조직구성원의 정보보안 관련 태도와 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색한 것이다. 육군장교 195명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 윤리성향(도덕성, 책임감, 윤리교육의 가치)과 업무환경(상사와의 관계, 업무과다, 임금만족)이 보안정책준수태도 및 의도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 PLS 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 윤리성향 요인은 보안정책준수태도에, 업무환경요인(임금만족 제외)은 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보안정책준수태도는 윤리성향과 보안정책준수의도를, 상사와의 관계와 보안정책준수의도를, 이직의도와 보안정책준수의도를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 윤리성향이 개인의 보안의식수준을 예측할 수 있는 변인이고, 보안정책준수태도가 조직 보안 맥락에서 주요한 변인임을 시사한다.

상급초보 간호사의 감정노동과 극복력이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Labor and the Resilience on Retention Intention among Advanced Beginner-Stage Nurses)

  • Purpose: The present study examined the psycho-emotional factors that affect the retention intention among advanced beginner-stage nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using a convenience sample of 118 nurses with a work experience of at least one to three years of work experience in a university hospital in Suwon, Korea. Structured questionnaires were used to assess retention intention, emotional labor, and resilience. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine factors affecting retention intention. Results: Retention intention had a moderate mean score (4.75 out of 8). Factors influencing participants' retention intention were founded in the order of resilience (β=.29, p<.001) and emotional labor (β=-.20, p=.011) after adjusting nursing satisfaction as a covariate. The multiple regression model accounted for 42% of the variance in retention intention (p<.001). Conclusion: Resilience and emotional labor may be primary factors influencing retention intention of advanced beginner-stage nurses. Therefore, this study finding suggested that psycho-emotional factors such as emotional labor and resilience should be considered while designing programs to increase nurses' retention intention.

간호대학생의 졸업 후 재택간호 취업의도 및 관련 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors related to Intention to Work as Home Visit Nurse among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the present situation and related factors among 3rd and, 4th-grade nursing students on the intention to work as home visit nurse after graduation. Methods: A descriptive quantitative study was conducted using a structured online questionnaire survey from May 26 to July 10, 2023. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and 𝛘2 test analysis. Results: Nursing students who intended to be employed as home visit nurse were 26.8%, and working as a home visit nurse right after graduation and 10 years after graduation showed 0.0%, and 41.9% respectively. Factors influencing the intention of nursing students to work in home visit nursing were high awareness of home visit nursing (𝛘2 =10.75, p=.005), interest in home-visit nursing (𝛘2 =70.56, p=.000), and positive image about home-visit nursing (𝛘2 =12.04, p=.002). Conclusion: It would be necessary to strengthen theoretical courses and practicum of home visit nursing care. Also, it would be necessary to develop an extra curriculum to provide various opportunities to encounter the characteristics of home visit nursing work.
