국방 연구개발은 사용군의 요구사항을 만족시키는 무기체계를 최단 기간, 최소 비용 및 고품질로 개발하고자 노력하고 있으며, 통합 데이터베이스 전산 환경 하에서 체계공학 및 동시공학을 체계적으로 구현하기 위한 연구개발 프로세스 및 도구들이 개발되고 있다. 항공 무기체계 분야에서 본 논문의 연구개발 과정에서 생성되는 기술 자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 웹기반 체계운영관리시스템을 개발 및 운용하고 있으며, 기존 항공 무기체계 연구개발 사업에 적용하여 그 효율성을 입증 및 검증하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 체계운영관리시스템 기반으로 향후 개발 예정인 보라매 사업, 무인항공기 및 무인전투기에 적용 가능한 통합 연구개발 프레임웍(Framework) 및 통합 무기체계 데이터베이스 발전 방안에 대해서 기술한다. 또한, 연구소에서 운영 예정인 WISEMAN과의 연동 및 통합 방안에 대해서도 기술한다.

본 논문은 국내 은행금응기관의 신용위험관리를 보다 효율적이고 과학적으로 지원하기 위한 통합 위험관리시스템의 프레임웍을 제시한다. 즉, 담보 보증중심의 사전관리 위주의 대출관리에서 신용중심의 사후관리 위주의 대출관리로 전환되어야 함에 따라 신용평가시스템, 대출의사결정시스템, 사후관리시스템, 그리고 통합 신용위험관리시스템에 이르기까지 각 단위 시스템이 전체적으로 하나의 시스템으로 통합되어야 한다. 특히, 통합 위험관리시스템은 신용위험을 은행전체의 신용 포트폴리오의 관점에서 측정하고 분석함을 의미한다. 통합 위험관리시스템은 개별 대출기업 혹은 개별 대출에 대한 신용위험을 분석함과 동시에 이를 기초 데이터로하여 은행 전체 신용 포트폴리오의 신용위험 노출정도를 파악한다. 또한, 개별 대출기업의 신용등급 변화로 인한 은행전체 신용위험의 변화를 자동적으로 파악하고 조기 경보함으로써 은행의 총체적인 통합 신용위험관리가 가능하도록 한다.

본 논문은 지난 2012년 이후 떠오른 개념인 '빅 데이터'의 등장으로 정보보안 환경이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지, 빅 데이터와 관련된 분석 기술을 바탕으로 보안위협으로부터 어떤 통합보안시스템을 구축해야 하는지 제안하고자 한다. 빅 데이터 분야에 대해서는 최근 활용 분야에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이며 APT(Advanced Persistent Threats)와 같은 보안 위협으로부터 보호하기 위해 빅 데이터 기반 통합보안관리시스템에서는 어떤 요구사항이 필요한 지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 기존 통합보안관리시스템과 현재 빅 데이터 기반 통합보안관리시스템을 비교 분석하며 한계점은 무엇이며 보완되어야 할 점을 제안하여 개선된 통합보안관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 기존의 통합 가스안전관리 시스템에 힌트를 얻어 가스 및 에너지$\cdot$환경 공정에 있어서 웹을 기반으로 하여 안전, 보건, 환경 분야의 통합 시스템(WISHE; Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment Management System)을 구축하는 것이다. 지금까지 산업현장에서 각종 규제와 법률에 따라 각각 관리되던 안전, 보건, 환경의 고유 업무 영역을 객체 위주의 정보 흐름도를 이용하여 면밀하게 분석하고, 통합 가능성을 파악한 후 및 장소에 구애를 받지 않는 웹의 장점을 이용하여 통합시스템을 만들었으며, 주위 모듈 및 각종 인증제도와 유기적으로 연계하여 관리인력 및 비용절감을 가능하게 하였다.

본 논문에서는 국내 재난관리체계를 검토하여 문제점을 알아보고 재난현장 일선에 있는 소방공무원을 대상으로 통합재난관리체계에 대한 의식조사를 실시하여 발전방안을 모색하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합재난관리체계 구축 및 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하였으며 결론은 다음과 같다. 통합재난관리체계 구축 및 활성화를 위해서는항목별로 다음과 같은 대책이마련되어야 한다. 조직적인 측면으로는 기관별 협조체계가 잘 이루어져야 하며 이에 따른 정보 공유 및 전달이 원활해야 한다. 법 제도적인 측면으로는 기관별 특성을 고려하되 협조상의 혼선이 없도록 개선이 요구되고 기관별 협업을 통한 공동작전계획 수립이 실시되어야 한다. 또한 시스템적 측면으로는 급변하는 재난에 대응하기 위해 장비의 지속적인 유지관리 및 업데이트를 실시해야 하고 조직, 법 제도, 시스템 등을 체계적이고 균형적으로 유지해야한다. 그리고 선진국 통합재난관리체계 장단점을 세부적으로 파악하여 국내에 특성에 맞게 적용할 수 있도록 세부적인 대책이 마련하고 유관기관의 통합상황관리체계 구축, 효율적인 통합재난관리체계 구축을 통한 상황실 일원화 등 세부적인 대책이 수립되어야 한다.

Web based integrated sewer management system was developed for the analysis of sewer flow and for the optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue in order to construct user-friendly information management system. The developed system was applied to the residential area in Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of the developed system, and the modeling of sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF, EXTRAN, TRANSPORT in SWMM. This system is now in the process of connection to the management system of stormwater, surface and subsurface environment in order to develop an integrated environmental management system. Futhermore, this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer network and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles, it could serve as a tool not only for the optimal management, but also for the decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.

This paper deals with an integration model of three major quality management systems. The well known global standards such as ISO 9001 quality system, Malcolm Baldrige model, and EFQM model are integrated as a prototype quality system. The proposed model is then applied to help a power generation company to select improvement tasks for enhancing quality management. Here, we discuss three quality management systems, an integration process of the three systems, the integrated model, and a real world application case.

Recently, in Korea, if a very large forest fire occurs due to the people's carelessness, it is of great interest because it spreads into a large forest fire. If a wildfire spreads and becomes large, it will inflict great damage (appointment and property), and the damage is irreversible. The best way to extinguish a wildfire is to prevent it before it occurs. If a forest fire occurs due to a failure in prevention, the early firefighting activities to prevent the progress of the forest fire by promptly dispatching it by reporting it and approaching the site as soon as possible should now be managed with a systematic integrated management system. To do so, it is necessary to prepare a preventive system, such as issuing warnings for each weather condition by the Korea Forest Service, consisting of cooperation (support) activities for forest fire prevention by related organizations, etc. In order to minimize the loss of precious lives and forests, measures have been taken to establish a system, to establish a prompt and accurate situation reporting system, and to establish an integrated command system (ICS) for on-site commanders.
