In this paper we researched the development methods and design of the Ubiquitous Integrated Information System (u-IIS) that makes efficiently access the experts and various kinds of intellectual and material information of the universities. And u-IIS supports various communication and cooperation tools such as VoIP, Email, Unified Messaging, Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Audio/Video Communication etc. We gave our focus to the methods and design that makes it possible to effectively implement the u-IIS with the least costs based on the available databases and infrastructures.

e-Navigation requires shipboard integrated information system to manage several kinds of data on shipboard. IEC 61162-450 may be adopted for the development of such system. Based on IEC 61162-450, this paper proposes an architecture of shipboard integrated information system, and describes a developed system. The system is composed of NMEA 2000 gateway, wireless sensor gateway, database, monitoring applications. This paper also shows the feasibility of the system through some tests.

This study presents a multilingual integrated ontological approach that enables linking classification systems. thesauri. and terminology databases in science and technology for more effective indexing and information retrieval online. In this integrated system, we designed a thesaurus model with concept as a unit and designated essential data elements for a terminology database on the basis of ISO 12620 standard. The classification system for science and technology adopted in this study provides subject access channels from other existing classification systems through its mapping table. A prototype system was implemented with the field of nuclear energy as an application area.

The Aircraft Development Department operated a Technical Document Management System that was effectively managed using a database management system for the management of the technical information created by a research and development phase of an aircraft and managed a technical information of a research and development varied by the project on a lot of the aircraft development program. While managing the user management and technical information project, it caused some problems on the workflow of the Work Memo and a search of some technical information, etc. As result, we developed the web-based Integrated Technical Information System(ITIS) which be able to totally manage the Technical Document Management System varied by program. According to the construction and operation of this system, we can access by program using user account and privilege and dramatically increased the productivity of a research and development because of performing the workflow of the Work Memo and some search of technical information by the integrated screen of the ITIS.

The paper describes the integrated design system using MDO and approximation technique. In MDO related research, final target is an integrated and automated MDO framework systems. However, in order to construct the integrated design system, the prerequisite condition is how much save computational cost because of iterative process in optimization design and lots of data information in CAD/CAE integration. Therefore, this paper presents that an efficient approximation method, Adaptive Approximation, is a competent strategy via MDO framework systems.

It was few to the integrated information classification system In domestic construction. Furthermore, it became considerable obstacles to hamper the increase of national competitiveness as well the hoarding of information and overlapped investment. The standardization of information classification is also necessary prior to the Computer-Integrated Construction, CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support/Electronic Commerce) in construction, EVMS(Earned Value Management System) and the various projects which manipulate construction information. Therefore, this report suggests the development direction and application proposal of Integrated Construction Information Classification.

Application log files contain error messages; operational data and usage information that can help manage applications and servers. Log analysis system is software that read and parse log files, extract and aggregate information in order to generate reports on the application. In currently, the importance of log files of firewalls is growing bigger and bigger for the forensics of cyber crimes and the establishment of security policy. In this paper, we designed and implemented the SILAS(SysLog-based Integrated Log mAanagement System) in distribute network environments. It help to generate reports on the the log fires of firewalls - IP and users, and statistics of application usage.

Smaller enterprises begin on practical use to form integrated informational system on the inside of company according to development of internet and information techniques. The past days, it was managed mainly information system for the inside of enterprise, but in the present time, e-business between enterprise and enterprise, enterprise and customer, country and enterprise, ERP system, etc are activated. To construct the integrated informationalized system, smaller enterprices use the informational process strategy methods to analyze and evaluate the level of enterprise, construct the information infra and informationalized system. In this paper, 1 introduce the informationalized process strategy method about implimentation of the integrated informationalized system for smaller enterprice, do the modelling for one smaller enterprice by proposed method.

In this study, the problems in the domestic disaster management system were identified through the examination of the system, relevant implications were drawn through the present status of domestic integrated disaster management system, and the consciousness survey for the integrated disaster management system targeting fire-fighting officers in the front line of the disaster was carried out to identify the measures to improve the system. Based on the findings, the measures to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system was presented, and the contents of the measures are as follows. In order to establish and revitalize the integrated disaster management system, the following measures should be prepared for each item. In the organizational aspect, the coordination system between government agencies should be established properly and the relevant information should he shared and delivered smoothly. In the legal and institutional aspect, the improvement is required to prevent any miscommunications in the coordination and joint operation plan through the collaboration between government agencies should be established in consideration of characteristics of each government agency. Also, in the aspect of system, the equipment should be maintained and updated continuously in order to respond to rapidly changing disasters and the organization, laws, institutions and system should be improved systematically and harmoniously. And, the detailed measures appropriate for the characteristics of domestic disasters should be prepared through the examination of advantages and disadvantages of integrated disaster management system in advanced countries in details and the detailed plans for the establishment of integrated situation management system in relevant organizations and the unification of situation room through the establishment of efficient integrated management system should be established.

Along with the rapid emergence of the Internet and e-commerce, online auctions are hitting the spotlights. The inconveniences found in off-line auctions, such as time and place restriction and limited number of items, are solved in the online auction. However, not so many auction sites have integrated auction information systems, which monitor the present status of auctions, resulting in greater inconvenience for the online auction users. Moreover, there is no auction site that suggests the appropriate starting or closing price that is useful for users when they make, their bids, What the online auction users need is an auction system that can solve such problems. This study is purported for solving the problems by designing and implementing a real time auction system that applies the comparison search functions and the agent functions. In other words, an integrated database system using a bidder-oriented agent for providing information is built so that the users can search and compare the information on the item they are interested in and make a faster and more accurate purchase. Also the appropriate starting and closing prices are offered to the sellers and bidders through the integrated system for a closer and more accurate comparison and analysis of the prices. For future work, the product recommendation service, which accurately reflects the bidding patterns, and the methods for studying the multi bidding pattern will be applied to the suggested system to realize a real time auction information system that supports CRM(Customer Relationship Management) .
