스마트 학습공간 발전을 위한 대학생들의 요구 분석 (Analysis of University Students' Needs for Developing Smart Learning Spaces)

  • From the perspective of smart learning space, this study aims to take a look at the learning space of college students who do online remote learning in the COVID-19 era, and analyze their demands on what smart learning space they want. Furthermore, this study intends to provide valuable implications for the technology-enhanced learning environments by deriving design elements that make up the university's smart learning space. To achieve these goals, we conducted a review of prior studies, interviews with experts, and case analysis on smart learning spaces of major Korean and foreign universities, which are considered as innovative cases. Additionally, in order to confirm the difference between the importance level recognized by the college students and the current performance level for nine components of technology and for ten components of spaces and facilities, a paired t-test and an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) were carried out. According to the result of IPA analysis, Internet of Things from the technological aspects, a desk that can supply power and a flexible learning space from the aspects of spaces and facilities were found to have much lower performance than the importance. This result is meaningful in suggesting key design components for smart campus development in the post-COVID-19 world.

예비교사 테크놀로지 활용 역량의 중요도와 실행도 분석 (Importance and Performance Analysis of Pre-service Teachers' Competencies related to the Use of Technology)

  • 본 연구는 TPCK 모델을 활용하여 초등 예비교사들의 테크놀로지 활용과 관련한 역량 실태를 분석하고, 중요도-실행도 분석을 통하여 테크놀로지 활용 교육에서 개선해야 할 사항들을 우선순위를 분류하여 제안하였다. C대학교 4학년에 재학중인 예비교사 165명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문도구를 사용하여 테크놀로지 지식(TK), 테크놀로지 교수지식(TPK), 테크놀로지 내용지식(TCK), 테크놀로지 교수 내용지식(TPCK)과 관련한 중요도와 실행도에 대하여 예비교사의 인식을 알아보았다. 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석하고자 t검정을 실시한 결과, TK, TPK, TCK와 TPCK 각 역량 뿐 아니라 모든 17개의 세부 역량들에 대해 중요도와 실행도 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 중요도-실행도 분석을 실시한 결과, 우선적으로 집중하여 개선해야 할 세부 역량 5가지, 좋은 성과를 보이기에 유지해야 할 세부 역량 4가지, 저순위를 두어야 할 세부 역량 5가지 그리고 과잉 노력을 지양해야 할 세부 역량 3가지를 제안하였다.

IP분석을 이용한 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술에 관한 연구 (A Study for Eco-Friendly Container Terminal Operations and Technology by using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 현재 우리나라 컨테이너터미널에 적용가능한 친환경 운영기술 요인들을 도출하고, 관련 실무자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통하여 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술들에 대한 항목별 중요도와 만족도의 차이를 Importance-Performance Analysis로 검증함으로써 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술에 대한 향후 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술 평가항목들 중 '빈이동 최소화'가 가장 중요한 요소로, '전기식 TC'가 가장 만족한 항목으로 분석되었다. 20개의 친환경 컨테이너터미널 운영기술 항목들은 '터미널 안벽시스템', '터미널 야드시스템', '터미널 접안지원 시스템'의 3개 요인으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과들은 향후 우리나라 친환경 컨테이너터미널에 관련한 운영 정책수립 및 관리지침에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

IPA분석을 통한 미취학 아동 급식의 급식서비스 품질특성 및 급식운영 평가 - 한국·중국·일본의 미취학 아동을 자녀로 둔 부모를 대상으로 - (An Evaluation of the Foodservice Quality and Management of Preschool Foodservice Establishments by IPA - Focusing on Parents of Preschoolers in Metropolitan Area of Korea, China and Japan -)

  • This study was targeted on the Korean, Chinese, and Japanese parents of preschoolers to investigate the importance and satisfaction of foodservice quality and the importance and performance of foodservice management of the preschool foodservice establishments. The present study conducted a survey on 390 randomly chosen parents of preschoolers (130 Korean, 130 Chinese, and 130 Japanese). Respondents' importance-satisfaction of foodservice quality characteristics and their importance-performance of foodservice management were measured. In order to test for differences between the groups, paired t-test, one way ANOVA, and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) were performed. The results were as follows. The importance of foodservice quality was significantly higher than the satisfaction on all items, according to the parents of Korea, China, and Japan. The importance of foodservice quality was higher in Korean parents than in Chinese and Japanese parents. According to ISA results with foodservice quality characteristics, the characteristics with relatively low satisfaction but high importance (II quadrant) was 'Diversity of menu' in both Korean and Chinese parents, and 'Sanitation of tables and chairs' in both Korean and Japanese parents. The importance of foodservice management was significantly higher than performance on all items in Korean, Chinese and Japanese parents. The performance of foodservice management was higher in Chinese than in Japanese and Korean parents. According to IPA results with foodservice management, the management with relatively low performance but high importance (II quadrant) was 'Preparation' in Korean parents, and 'Facility and equipment' in Japanese parents. Therefore, the items with relatively low satisfaction (performance) and high importance should be well-managed.

농업부문 기후변화 대응정책의 IPA분석 (IPA Analysis of Agricultural Climate Adaptation Policies)

  • This paper aims to examine the farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of climate change awareness and adaptive measures in agriculture, utilizing paired sample t-tests and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Significant differences were found in farmers' views on the importance and urgency of climate change issues, with specific factors standing out. The IPA analysis identified key issues requiring sustained attention, including climate change magnitude, extreme weather events, livestock damage scale, pest fluctuations, and variability in flowering periods. Additionally, the study revealed significant disparities in farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of adaptive measures, except for specific items related to heat indices.

IPA 분석을 통한 창업생태계 개선방안 도출 (Improvement Plans of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 최근 창업생태계 연구는 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 창업생태계는 창업가, 정부, 인프라 등 다양한 요소로 구성되어 있고 이러한 요소는 상호작용하면서 경제발전에 이바지한다. 본 연구의 목적은 IPA(importance-performance analysis) 방법을 활용하여 창업자를 대상으로 중요도 및 성취도 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 창업생태계 구성요소의 중요도와 현재 수준을 파악하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업자들의 중요도 순위는 ①창업지원 프로그램(4.43) ②창업자금조달(4.39) ③시장진입용이성(4.30)순으로 나타났다. 성취도 순위는 ①창업지원프로그램(3.81) ②회사설립의 용이성(3.76) ③창업지원기관지원(3.66), 창업자금 조달(3.66) 순으로 높게 나타났다. 창업생태계의 모든 요소는 중요도가 성취도보다 높게 나타났다. 이는 한국의 창업생태계 구성요소는 중요하게 인식되고 있으나 창업자들에게 성취도 측면에서 크게 작용하지 못하는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 중요도-성취도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선순위가 높은 요인은 「창업 실패 시 안전망」, 「실패수용문화」, 「시장진입 용이성」, 「창업 후 생존 용이성」, 「출구용이성」 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 창업생태계의 발전을 위하여 사회안전망 구축, 창업 실패 문화 인식개선, 성공창업자 매칭, 성장단계별 스케일업 지원 강화, 신사업분야 규제 완화, 투자회수 전략 다양화 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

국립공원 탐방행태 및 이용만족요인 - 경주국립공원을 사례로 - (Visitors' Behavior and Satisfaction Determinants of National Park - in the Case of Gyeongju National Park -)

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for the national park management by analysing visitors' behavior and satisfaction determinants by importance-performance analysis and estimated regression analysis through post-occupancy evaluation questionnaire method to the Gyeongju National Park visitors. It was found that facilities and use management according to place and use group, the diversity of visit program, high quality of guidance and hospitality of staffs and conservation of historic and landscape resources for Gyeongju National Park were necessary as the results of behavior analysis, importance-performance analysis. The historic landscape resources, hospitality of staffs, visit road and safety facilities, commercial facilities were important determinants of users' satisfaction as the results of regression analysis. It suggested the characteristics of Gyeongju National Park and these factors were the most important factors for the improved management.

  • Interest in the commercialization of research results is increasing according to the recent social atmosphere. In the field of construction, new technologies are also being actively commercialized. Pre-analysis of products is an important procedure for future market entry. This study aims to conduct a product-based importance-performance analysis as one of the preliminary analysis methods for the commercialization of technologies developed in the field of construction and to explore their applicability. This study conducts a survey on those involved by setting the categories of product quality, convenience, and usability for the commercialization of previously developed pipeline inspection product. Based on this, we would like to present an analysis that calculates importance and performance of the product and helps to set the development direction through interrelationship analysis.

강원도 남녀 중학생의 학교급식에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 비교 (Comparison of Importance and Performance to the School Lunch Service According of Male and Female Middle School Students in the Gangwon Province)

  • Customer satisfaction concerning foodservice quality characteristics were evaluated by using importance performance analysis(IPA) techniques in middle school foodsevice operations. One hundred students from each of 17 middle schools in Gangwon province were surveyed by self-developed questionnaire. Total of 1,675 questionnaires(female 943 and male 732 respectively) were collected and data were analyzed using SAS program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.The male and female students scored the importance level as 3.99 and 4.03 out of 5 respectively, which means 'important' The performance level of female(2.71) was significantly lower than male(2.86) which means 'between bad and so-so'. it is suggested that the statistical analysis should be conducted respectively according to gender. And there is no performance level over 4(good). 2. Dissatisfied quality attributes identified were convenience of dinning room and the managerial attitude of dissatisfaction in the female and male students. 3. Satisfied quality attributes identified were hygiene of food and dinning room and spoon and cup and drinking water table and distribution process, taste of food, variety of food in the female and male students. 4. The performance scores of lower price(less than 1500 won) lunch group was higher than higher price(more than 1800 won) lunch group in the female and male students.

패밀리레스토랑의 한식메뉴 이용실태 및 이용고객의 만족도 분석 (An Analysis on the degree of Utilization of Korean Menu Items in Family Restaurants - With Special Reference to Consumer Satisfaction -)

  • The aim of this study has been two fold - to analyze the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants; and to evaluate consumer satisfaction with the quality of family restaurant food and food-related service. A self-completed questionnaire survey of 280 consumers having meals in 6 family restaurants in Korea was undertaken and detailed information was collected from each. Consumer satisfaction with the quality of food and food-related service in family restaurants was evaluated by consumer questionnaires. It was measured by assessing 24 variables. Statistical data analysis was using SAS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Importance mean score of customers was 4.07 out of 5, with performance mean score of 3.19. The gap between importance and performance scores was 0.87. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) technique was used for obtaining information of the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants. By the results of the IPA technique, menu items with fair to poor performance and high importance to the customer were cooked meals, noodles, steamed and grilled dishes, Korean salads, kimchi, beverages, single-dish course, suggesting that customer seemed to be dissatisfied with the degree of utilization of Korean menu items in family restaurants.
