This study was focused on tourists visiting the Chujado, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province as island tourism. First, this study collected the selection attributes visiting Chujado from literature review and applied the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis)with the attributes to this research. The results are as follows: First, in the area I, the attributes (climates, exotic atmosphere, tourism information, reservation service, a variety of food, clean food etc.) both with high importance and high performance need to be kept continuously. And, in the area II, the IPA map showed that other attributes (accessibility, a variety of food, accommodation, affordable price etc) with high importance and low performance) need to be improved in the future time. These results can give the implications for establishing an appropriate policy of Chujado tourism development.

The purposes of this study were to examine the needs in foodservice in the view of students and to determine the ways to improve the foodservice quality. A survey was undertaken from 381 high school students by using a self-completed questionnaire regarding the student' satisfaction on the foodservice. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS program for descriptive analysis, t-test, and analysis of variance. The students assessed the importance and performance of the meal service as 4.19 and 2.52 out of 5, respectively, which suggests that the school foodservice needs to be improved. The attributes identified in Quadrant A, which was labelled 'focus here' and supposed to incidate the areas of high importance but in low performance, were the availability of meals that the students like, variety of menu, taste of the food, sanitary quality of the food, sanitized utensil, and response to complanints. The results of Importance-Performance Analusis(lPA) indicated the areas that the attention of management should be given to improve the quality of foodservice.

최근 나노기술의 급격한 발전은 산업 및 바이오의약 등 다양한 분야에 새로운 활용 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 아울러 나노물질과 나노소비재의 연간 생산량이 증가하고 있어서, 의도하지 않은 환경 노출이 야기되고 있다. 또한 이미 많은 연구결과에서 이러한 나노물질이 인체 및 환경 유해성을 유발하는 원인과 결과에 대하여 보고하고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 나노물질 안전관리에 관한 다양한 연구주제들을 발굴하여 연구를 진행하고 있다. 본 논고에서는 다양한 나노물질 안전관리 연구주제들의 중요도와 실행도를 분석하여 향후 연구 진행 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

The overall performance of BISDN depends significantly on the interconnection network or the switch fabric. Hence, it is extremely important to evaluate the performance of the network or the fabric. The well developed performance models also provide insight into the factors that determine design tradeoffs as well as quantitative estimates of their importance. The objective of this paper is to investigate and critically compare all the developed performance analysis models of FPS according to internal switch fabric structure, traffic assumptions, performance measures, methodologies, etc. FPSs are described according to their internal fabric structure. Brief history of FPS performance analysis is mentioned and performance analysis modeling is discussed.

Non-face-to-face lectures have become a necessity rather than an option since COVID-19, and in order to improve the quality of university education, it is necessary to explore the properties of non-face-to-face lectures and make active efforts to improve them. This study, focusing on this, aims to provide basic data necessary for decision-making for non-face-to-face lecture design by analyzing the relative importance and execution satisfaction of non-face-to-face lecture attributes for professors and students. Based on previous research, a questionnaire was constructed by deriving 4 factors from 1st layer and 17 from 2nd layer attributes of non-face-to-face lectures. A total of 180 valid samples were used for analysis, including 60 professors and 120 students. The importance of the non-face-to-face lecture properties was calculated by obtaining the weights for each stratified element through AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) analysis, and performance satisfaction was calculated through statistical analysis based on the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the AHP analysis, both the professor group and the student group had the same priority for the first tier factors, but there was a difference in the priorities between the second tier factors, so it seems necessary to discuss this. As a result of the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, the professor group selected the level of interaction as an area to focus on, and it was confirmed that research and investment in teaching methods for smooth interaction are necessary. The student group was able to confirm that it is urgent to improve and invest in the current situation so that the system can be operated stably by selecting the system stability. This study uses AHP analysis for professors and students groups to derive relative importance and priority, and calculates the IPA matrix using IPA analysis to establish the basis for decision-making on future face-to-face and non-face-to-face lecture design and revision. It is meaningful that it was presented.

본 연구는 장애인거주시설 인권의 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도와의 차이를 비교하여 이러한 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 경북, 전남지역 시설장 114명을 대상으로 장애인거주시설 인권의 인식 수준과 실행수준은 어느 정도인지, 중요도 인식과 현재 실행도 간의 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 거주시설 인권이 중요하다는 인식을 공유하고 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거주시설 인권영역의 중요도와 실행도 수준의 차이분석에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 극복할 수 있는 실천전략을 수립하고자 IPA matrix 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 향후 과제를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 고속도로 휴게소 이용의 만족과 중요도 요인을 분석하고 고속도로 휴게소에서 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아내고자 중부고속도로 음성(하남방향, 통영방향) 휴게소 및 영동고속도로 여주(강릉방향)휴게소의 이용객을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 22개의 고속도로 휴게소 환경단서에 대한 요인분석에서 '휴게소의 음식', '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '상품', '넓은 공간', '종업원 및 공중전화', '규모 및 시설' 등 7개 요인이 도출되었으며, 7개의 고속도로 휴게소 평가요인 중에서 '휴게소 문화', '친절 및 위생', '종업원 및 공중전화' 요인이 전반적인 방문객 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 다양한 만족도 요인 중에서 이들 3가지 요인이 상대적으로 전반적인 휴게소 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

This study was prepared to present the research data for the promotion of Korean foods and restaurants in Korea and abroad by an analysis of the recognition and preference of Korean traditional foods and an importance-performance analysis of Korean restaurants by foreign visitors (n=351) and foreign residents (n=365). The most recognized Korean foods among foreigners were Bibimbap>Kimchi>Bulogi>Galbi>Samgyetang;however, the most preferred Korean foods were statistically different; Bibimbap>Kimchi>Bulgogi>Galbi>Rameyeon by foreign visitors and Bulgogi>Bibimbap>Galbi>Samgyetang>Kimchi by foreign residents. Especially, the preferences for Samgyetang and Dakgalbi were increased whereas that for Kimchi was decreased in foreign residents. The Korean foods were described as 'hot and pungent' and 'spicy' by foreign visitors, but 'hot and pungent', 'non-greasy' and 'salty' by foreign residents. In choosing a restaurant, 'quality of food' was most important among foreigners, but 'proper price' was considered more significant than 'sanitation and cleanness' by foreign residents compared with foreign visitors. The satisfaction with Korean restaurants of foreign residents was lower than that of foreign visitors. An analysis of importance and performance of Korean restaurants by foreigners was performed. There were significant differences in the evaluations of Korean restaurants between foreign visitors and foreign residents (p<0.05). The importance of the attributes related with 'foods' and 'sanitation' were rated higher by foreign residents. On the other hand, foreign visitors rated the importance of the attributes related to 'eating environment' and 'employees' more highly. Foreign residents significantly rated the performances of Korean restaurants lower in each attribute except 'additional free side dishes' and 'communications'.

The objective of this study is to provide improved methodology based on the IPA method. One case studies are solved by the proposed method. this study present the method that give value to use SN(Signal-to-Noise) ratio in IPA. A case study of lecture satisfaction are solved by the proposed method and the existing method. Also, the result is compared with the existing method using Mean and the proposed method using SN ratio.

This study aimed to improve the level of satisfaction and service quality of a forest experience education program for vulnerable social groups by administering a survey problems of the program and suggested improvements. 428 participants in the program. Reliability analysis of the survey yielded values of, Cronbach's α value was higher than 0.8 for all items, indicating very high reliability. Importance-performance analysis (IPA), a method of measuring and comparing the degree of satisfaction, found two factors: "first need for correction" which included "diversity of programs" and "professionalism of programs"; and "the need for sustained effort" which included "benefits of programs", "the role of program instructors" and "the interest of programs". Previously, forest experience education focused on programs involving base expansion and promotion, or quantitative expansion education. Therefore, this study is meaningful in providing basic data on forest experience education for vulnerable social groups.
