점군 절단 알고리즘 (Slicing a Point Cloud)

  • Presented in the paper is an algorithm to generate a section curve by slicing a point cloud which may include tens of thousands of points. Although there are couple of previous results, they are very sensitive on the density variations and local noising points. In the paper, three technological requirements are identified; 1) dominant point sampling, 2) avoiding local vibration, and 3) robustness on the density changes. To satisfy these requirements, we propose a new slicing algorithm which is based on a node-circle diagram. The algorithm has been implemented and tested with various examples.

  • Because of the environmental matters the importance of the city railroad is as time goes by increasing. The case of obstacle of the power equipment which supplies electric power to city railroad will occur social and economical enormous loss. Thus, I studied on the preventing method in advance which makes it possible for us to maintain facilities efficiently. The main check points of the power facilities are voltage, current, humidity, partial discharge, move current. These points are gathered by sensor and transmitting to data acquisition device. These data are used to check equipment status in real time. In this paper I described in brief test process and results of the detection system.

  • We discuss the critical points of the functional $F_{\lambda,\mu}(J,g)=\int_M(\lambda\tau+\mu\tau^*)d\upsilon_g$ on the spaces of all almost Hermitian structures AH(M) with $(\lambda,\mu){\in}R^2-(0,0)$, where $\tau$ and $\tau^*$ being the scalar curvature and the *-scalar curvature of (J, g), respectively. We shall give several characterizations of Kahler structure for some special classes of almost Hermitian manifolds, in terms of the critical points of the functionals $F_{\lambda,\mu}(J,g)$ on AH(M). Further, we provide the almost Hermitian analogy of the Hilbert's result.

  • ln this paper, the optimum design of electrical apparatus using design variable parametrization is presented. For analysis and design, the finite element method and the design sensitivity method is used, respectively. By applying the parametrization of the design variables, the obtained designed shape is continuous and smooth. For the parametrization the Bezier spline is used. The designed shape with parametrization is characterized by the control points. By delivering control points to the commercial CAD packages or NC machines, the exact designed shape can be realized in the manufacturing the electrical apparatus. The designed results with and without parametrization are compared and the validity of the parametrization is verified.

레이저 스캐너를 사용한 이동로봇의 복도 자율 주행 시스템 (Autonomous Navigation System of Mobile Robot Using Laser Scanner for Corridor Environment)

  • This paper proposes an autonomous navigation system of mobile robots for indoor corridor environment. The system uses a laser scanner but does not use reflectors. The laser scanner measures the distance between robot and structures such as wall, pillar, and fixtures. Adaptive breakpoint detector and modified IEPF (iterative endpoint fit) are developed to find mark points from the distance data. The robot path for corridor is then generated using the angle histogram of the mark points. The experimental results are finally presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 2008년 9월 15일 Lehman Brothers의 파산이후 국제금융시장의 불확실성은 급격히 증대되었다. 각국의 금융시장 안정화 조치에도 불구하고 세계의 주식시장은 급락과 급등의 불안한 모습을 보였으며, 미국 금융시장의 불황으로 달러화에 대한 신뢰도가 급격히 하락하여 달러화는 주요 통화대비 약세로 전환되었다. 이와 관련 본 연구는 리먼사태 이후 발생한 글로벌 금융위기 발생이후 정책당국이 대응한 정책들에 대해 보도자료 등을 통해 분석을 하였으며 여러가지 시사점을 제공하였다. 하지만 이러한 의의에도 불구하고 본 연구는 여러가지 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 한계점을 언급하고 이와 관련하여 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper deals with the critical role when adjustments of the regression model parameters play in forecasting. It attempts to formulate a methodology or systematic procedure for (1) detecting the points of adjustments and (2) finding the adjusted regression model parameters. The paper shows how the information of past experience in forecasting can be used future forecasting.

  • We present regularity conditions for suitable weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations with slip boundary data near the curved boundary. To be more precise, we prove that suitable weak solutions become regular in a neighborhood boundary points, provided the scaled mixed norm $L^{p,q}_{x,t}$ with 3/p + 2/q = 2, $1{\leq}q$ < ${\infty}$ is sufficiently small in the neighborhood.

Ego-resilience, Disaster-Experience and Core competencies of Disaster response between Paramedic Students' and Nursing Students'

  • This study was attempted to provide fundamental data in a disaster response education program by comparing the differences between students of the paramedic and nursing in ego-resilience, disaster-experience and core competencies of disaster response. The data is collected from March 2 to April 2, 2019, on a total of 358 students (196 paramedic students and 162 nursing students) based in Jeolla Province. The structured questionnaire were used as research tools and the collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS program as frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The average score of total ego-resilience among the subjects was 86.97 out of 125 points. The number of paramedic students who experienced or witnessed the disaster situation in person was 11.2%, and the number of nursing students was 11.7%. The core competence of disaster response was 3.21% in paramedic students and 3.16% in nursing students. The ego-resilience of the paramedic and nursing students according to their general characteristics is statistically significant differences (t=2.797, p<.005) and the paramedic students has an average score of 3.52 points, which is higher than the nursing students (3.42 points). General characteristics and experience in disasters are statistically significant differences (t=2.797, p<.005), paramedic students had more disaster experiences (3.11 points) than nursing students (2.67 points). It indicated the static correlation relationship between ego-resilience, disaster experience and core competences of disaster response (p<.000). Through this study, the paramedic students were found to be more ego-resilience, more disaster experience and more critical capacity for disaster treatment than nursing students.
