  • Let ${{\xi}_k,k{\in}{\mathbb{Z}}}$ be an associated H-valued random variables with $E{\xi}_k$ = 0, $E{\parallel}{\xi}_k{\parallel}$ < ${\infty}$ and $E{\parallel}{\xi}_k{\parallel}^2$ < ${\infty}$ and {$a_k,k{\in}{\mathbb{Z}}$} a sequence of bounded linear operators such that ${\sum}^{\infty}_{j=0}j{\parallel}a_j{\parallel}_{L(H)}$ < ${\infty}$. We define the sationary Hilbert space process $X_k={\sum}^{\infty}_{j=0}a_j{\xi}_{k-j}$ and prove that $n^{-1}{\sum}^n_{k=1}X_k$ converges to zero.

  • We show that if $f \in L^{\infty}(D^n)$ satisfies Sf = rf for some r in the unit circle, where S is any convex combination of the iterations of Berezin operator, then f is n-harmonic. And we give some remarks and a conjecture on the space $M_2={f \in L^2(D^2, m \times m)\midBf = f$.

  • In the study of a manifold M, the exterior algebra $\Lambda^* M$ plays an important role. In fact, the de Rham cohomology theory gives many informations of a manifold. Another important object in the study of a manifold is its Clifford algebra (Cl(M), generated by the tangent space.

  • Let $H$ and $K$ be separable, complex Hilbert spaces and $L(H, K)$ denote the space of all linear, bounded operators from $H$ to $K$. If $H = K$, we write $L(H)$ in place of $L(H, K)$. An operator $T$ in $L(H)$ is called hyponormal if $TT^* \leq T^*T$, or equivalently, if $\left\$\mid$ T^*h \right\$\mid$ \leq \left\$\mid$ Th \right\$\mid$$ for each h in $H$. In [Pu], M. Putinar constructed a universal functional model for hyponormal operators.

  • Let H be a Hilbert space, X be a real Banach space, A : H \longrightarrow X be an operator with D(A) dense in H, G: H \longrightarrow H be positive definite, $\chi$ $\in$ D(A) and b $\in$ H. Consider the quadratic programming problem: QP: Minimize $\frac{1}{2}$〈p, $\chi$〉 + 〈$\chi$, G$\chi$〉 subject to A$\chi$= b In this paper, we obtain an explicit solution to the above problem using generalized inverses.

  • A Hilbert space operator A ∈ B(H) is a generalised n-projection, denoted A ∈ (G-n-P), if A*n = A. (G-n-P)-operators A are normal operators with finitely countable spectra σ(A), subsets of the set $\{0\}\,{\cup}\,\{\sqrt[n+1]{1}\}.$ The Aluthge transform à of A ∈ B(H) may be (G - n - P) without A being (G - n - P). For doubly commuting operators A, B ∈ B(H) such that σ(AB) = σ(A)σ(B) and ${\parallel}A{\parallel}\,{\parallel}B{\parallel}\;{\leq}\;{\parallel}{\tilde{AB}}{\parallel},$ ${\tilde{AB}}\;{\in}\;(G\,-\,n\,-\,P)$ if and only if $A\;=\;{\parallel}{\tilde{A}}{\parallel}\,(A_{00}\,{\oplus}\,(A_0\,{\oplus}\,A_u))$ and $B\;=\;{\parallel}{\tilde{B}}{\parallel}\,(B_0\,{\oplus}\,B_u),$ where A00 and B0, and A0 ⊕ Au and Bu, doubly commute, A00B0 and A0 are 2 nilpotent, Au and Bu are unitaries, A*nu = Au and B*nu = Bu. Furthermore, a necessary and sufficient condition for the operators αA, βB, αà and ${\beta}{\tilde{B}},\;{\alpha}\,=\,\frac{1}{{\parallel}{\tilde{A}}{\parallel}}$ and ${\beta}\,=\,\frac{1}{{\parallel}{\tilde{B}}{\parallel}},$ to be (G - n - P) is that A and B are spectrally normaloid at 0.

  • For a bounded linear operator T on a separable complex infinite dimensional Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, we say that T is a quasi-class (A, k) operator if $T^{*k}|T^2|T^k\;{\geq}\;T^{*k}|T|^2T^k$. In this paper we prove that if T is a quasi-class (A, k) operator and f is an analytic function on an open neighborhood of the spectrum of T, then f(T) satisfies Weyl's theorem. Also, we consider the tensor product for quasi-class (A, k) operators.

  • Let $H$ be a separable, infinite dimensional, complex Hilbert space and let $L(H)$ be the algebra of all bounded linear operators on $H$. A dual algebra is a subalgebra of $L(H)$ that contains the identity operator $I_H$ and is closed in the ultraweak operator topology on $L(H)$. Note that the ultraweak operator topology coincides with the weak topology on $L(H) (cf. [6]). Several functional analysists have studied the problem of solving systems of simultaneous equations in the predual of a dual algebra (cf. [3]). This theory is applied to the study of invariant subspaces and dilation theory, which are deeply related to the classes $A_{m,n}$ (that will be defined below) (cf. [3]). An abstract geometric criterion for dual algebras with property $(A_{\aleph_0}, {\aleph_0})$ was first given in [1].

  • Given operators $X_i$ and $Y_i$ (i = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n) acting on a Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A acting on $\mathcal{H}$ such that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for i= 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n. In this article, if the range of $X_k$ is dense in H for a certain k in {1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n), then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a self-adjoint operator A in $\mathcal{B}(\mathcal{H})$ stich that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for I = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n. (2) $sup\{{\frac{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}Y_if_i{\parallel}}{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}X_if_i{\parallel}}:f_i{\in}H}\}$ < ${\infty}$ and < $X_kf,Y_kg$ >=< $Y_kf,X_kg$> for all f, g in $\mathcal{H}$.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a pair new class of primal and dual problem associated with an operator. We prove the sufficient optimality theorem, weak duality theorem and strong duality theorem for these problems. The equivalence between the generalized optimization problems and the generalized variational inequality problems is studied in ordered topological vector space modeled in Hilbert spaces. We introduce the concept of partial differential associated (PDA)-operator, PDA-vector function and PDA-antisymmetric function to show the existence of a new class of function called, ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions. We discuss first and second kind of ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions and establish their existence theorems in ordered topological vector spaces.
