The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelation of influential factors in organizational conflict and organizational commitment. The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey with a structured Questionnaire to 1,167 subjects from several nursing staff members, administration staff members and medical technicians of six hospitals. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, hierarchical multiple regression and structural equation model were used. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Factors which influence organizational conflict were analyzed. The type of occupation and the year of service were socio-demographic variables which influenced organizational conflict positively. Adjusted R square was 0.03. Perceptions on organizational structure and organizational culture were analyzed with two- level variables that were added. The findings were as follows. Adjusted R square increased to 0.25. The year of service, internal process culture and rational goal culture were positive variables. The design of organizational structure, human relations culture and open system culture were negative variables. 2. Variables which influence organizational commitment were analyzed. Age and the year of service were positive variables, while academic background based on high school education was a negative variable. Adjusted R square was 0.16. Perceptions on organizational structure and organizational culture were analyzed with two-level variables that were added. The findings were as follows. The characteristics of organizational structure, human relations culture and organizational culture were positive variables. Adjusted R square increased to 0.55. The variables of organizational conflict were added in 3 steps. Findings were as follows. The variables of hierarchical conflict showed negative influence and were included in two-level influential variables. Adjusted R square increased to 0.56. 3. Structural equation model was analyzed in order to examine the relation between organizational structure and the variables of organizational culture, organizational conflict and organizational commitment. Thirteen path coefficients out of seventeen path coefficients were significant. Age had negative influence on organizational conflict and positive influence on organizational commitment. The year of service had positive influence on organizational conflict and organizational commitment. The design of organizational structure, human relations culture and open system culture had negative influence on organizational. conflict. They had positive influence on organizational commitment. Internal process culture and rational goal culture had positive influence on organizational conflict. Organizational conflict had negative influence on organizational commitment. The squared multiple correlation of this model was 25.1% in organizational conflict and 52.7% in organizational commitment. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Factors in organizational structure and organizational culture, rather than socio-demographic factors, had a stronger influence on the organizational conflict and organizational commitment of hospitals. In order to decrease organizational conflict, to increase organizational commitment and to maximize the effectiveness of hospital management, it is necessary to understand the overall relation between organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational conflict and organizational commitment, with the effort of improving personalized factors and individual factors of organization management.
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the structural relationships of work-family culture, work-family balance and organizational commitment among Korean hotel employees. In order to achieve the study goal, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis were undertaken using SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0). The results showed that 'managerial support' had a significantly positive effect on work-family balance, and 'fewer negative career consequences' had a significantly positive effect on affective organizational commitment. In addition, work-family balance had a significantly positive effect on affective organizational commitment, Hence, in order to enhance employees' affective organizational commitment, the atmosphere in which employees can take advantage of family-friendly policies without any worry about the future disadvantages should be built. Also, management has to consider employees' work-family balance to be important and needs to develop various policies to keep employees' work and family stability.

The purpose of this study was to explore various factors that affect the organizational commitment of health teachers' behavioral characteristics and explain the causal relationship between each factor. As an exploratory study, the subjects were about 500 people working as health teachers. A survey was conducted, and 190 responses were collected. Descriptive statistics were analyzed using SPSS, and the measurement model and hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, the behavioral characteristics of health teachers were found to have a positive effect on their self-efficacy, and the behavioral characteristics and self-efficacy were found to have a positive effect on emotional commitment. In addition, health teachers' self-efficacy has a positive effect on emotional commitment, which means that rather than their behavioral characteristics having a direct effect on emotional commitment, their behavioral characteristics indirectly affect emotional commitment through a mediator called self-efficacy. It shows that it has an impact. In particular, it was confirmed that the school nurse's level of awareness of the importance of the task affected self-efficacy and emotional commitment. The implication of this study is that it explained the phenomenon of transfer of their behavioral characteristics to organizational commitment by empirically revealing that the competency, or behavioral characteristics, of health teachers are a factor affecting organizational commitment through self-efficacy. The goal is to empirically demonstrate that awareness of task importance, a job characteristic, affects self-efficacy and organizational commitment. The results of the study are expected to be able to suggest directions for capacity building and operation of health teachers.
Objectives : This study was to investigate the level of organizational culture and self-leadership on organizational effectiveness and the significant factors influencing organizational effectiveness in oral health professional. Methods : Data were obtained from a cross-sectional survey of 297 oral health professional(mean age=$29.95{\pm}8.10$). Participants in the study were recruited when they attended the dental health form in Gwangju. Organizational culture was classified into four factors: relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, hierarchy-oriented, task-oriented culture. Self-readership consisted of five factors: rehearsal/self-observation, self-goal establishment, self-esteem, self-criticism, self-reward. Organizational effectiveness included organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The data was analysed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression. Results : The dominant organizational culture was rank-oriented culture. The mean score of self-readership score was 3.51 out of a maximum 5 points. Organizational commitment was positively correlated with age, relation-oriented culture, self-goal establishment, self-reward explained 41.9% and job satisfaction was positively correlated with relation-oriented culture and self-esteem explained 48.6%. Conclusions : Based on the findings, the organizational culture and self-readership was correlated with organizational effectiveness. These results suggest that further development should be continued to develop the effective self-readership and organizational culture to improve the organizational effectiveness of oral healthcare professional.

The expansion of information sharing activities using online can increase the threat of information exposure by increasing the diversity of approaches to information within an organization. The purpose of this study is to present conditions for improving the information security compliance intention of insiders to improve the level of information security within the organization. In detail, the study applies the theory of planned behavior that clearly explains the cause of an individual's behavior and proposes a way to increase the compliance intention by integrating the social control theory and goal-setting theory. The study presented research models and hypotheses based on previous studies, collected samples by applying a questionnaire technique, and tested hypotheses through structural equation modeling. As a result, information security attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy had a positive influence on the intention to comply. Also, attachment, commitment, and involvement, which are the factors of social control theory, formed a positive attitude toward information security. Goal difficulty and goal specificity, which are the factors of goal setting theory, formed a positive self-efficacy. The study presents academic and practical implications in terms of suggesting a method of improving the information security compliance intention of employees.
Security officers' intent to leave their job would have devastating effects on national security related industries. That is because excessive turnover would result in wasting the money for recruiting and training for organizations as well as putting the level of national security at risk. Therefore, this study has a goal to investigate the factors influencing the intent of leave job among security staff working for one of public institution, airports(n=198). Specifically, this study has a focus on examining the effect of job satisfaction, job commitment and security staff's level of commitment on national security on their turnover intent. The results of the multivariate ordinary lest square regression analysis reveal that job satisfaction, job commitment, and the level of national security commitment directly influence turnover intent. Also, the job satisfaction and the level of national security commitment has indirect impact on the turnover intent via job commitment. However, the results indicate that gender, age, and educational level are not related with security staff's decision to leave their job. Policy implications and study contribution were discussed in this study.
The goal of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of interpersonal relationships on the effect that job stress has on the organizational commitment of disabled women. For this purpose, a survey was conducted from 2019. 4. 1 to 2019. 6. 30 on 500 disabled women who were employed through disability welfare centers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Multiple-regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program was employed to analyze the collected data and confirm the mediating effect. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, stress factors related to the level of organizational justice and the working environment were revealed to affect the organizational commitment of disabled women. Second, interpersonal relationship was confirmed to have a partial mediating role on job engagement. These conclusions have practical implications for developing various methods to reduce the job stress and increase the level of organizational commitment for disabled women, who face multiple limitations from discriminations against women and the disabled.
This study examines organizational qualities such as vision, mission, teamwork, fairness, and empowerment and their effects on organizational members. As a result of analysis, these qualities are identified to affect member satisfaction, but not to affect job involvement. Member satisfaction affects job satisfaction, and this relationship retains indirect influence through an increase in member satisfaction. Further, improved member satisfaction and job involvement are found to affect organizational commitment. These results are derived from complete enumeration on members of an organization where particular traits such as member position, job classification, and the privity of contract are intermixed. In case where research is conducted on the aforementioned traits separately, different results would be anticipated depending on each trait. The implications of this study are as follows. First, clear-cut organizational vision and mission established by the top management of an organization prevent confusion amongst its members, and thus have the highest level of effect on member satisfaction. Second, teamwork in reference to the. relationship amongst team members of a work group and goal awareness improves member satisfaction. Third, autonomy for job performance and related empowerment improve member satisfaction. Last, fairness in wages and promotion affects member satisfaction. Therefore, internal qualities of an organization perceived by its members have a higher degree of influence over external qualities including compensation and promotion on the members. In addition, these internal qualities indirectly affect job involvement through an increase in member satisfaction, and, in turn, member satisfaction and job involvement affect organizational commitment of the members. In case of member satisfaction, not only does it affect organizational commitment of the members of an organization directly, but also affects organizational commitment indirectly through job involvement. This study is conducted with only one hospital in consideration, and thus its findings may not be generalized for every medical organization. However, this study retains distinct attributes of complete. enumeration, and the precedence of each variable is closely investigated.

The study's goal is to look at the factors that influence people's willingness to whistleblow in the Malaysian public sector by applying two elements from the Moral Intensity Theory: the magnitude of consequences and societal consensus with professional commitment as an additional variable. The cross-sectional study used primary data collection through questionnaires adopted from previous studies. The survey questionnaires were distributed to target respondents from 27 ministries in Malaysian public sectors selected based on their grade positions in the departments ranging from Grade 29 and above. The findings revealed that societal consensus and professional commitments significantly impact the intention to whistleblow. The findings imply that closed people's opinions may have certain persuasive elements that influence the act of whistleblowing as a moral and ethical activity, thereby increasing their whistleblowing intention. The results also suggest that when individuals are more committed to their career and organization, they will act ethically and under the professional norm, hence, they will be inclined to whistleblow. On the other hand, the magnitude of consequences suggested an insignificant relationship with the intention to whistleblow. The results could facilitate the government in curbing the whistleblowing issue by defining its root before the implementation of necessary policies.
This study is about self-leadership, which is leadership that we exercise over ourselves. In this study, I analyzed the effects of self-leadership on students' focusing on their goal commitments and self-efficacy's role as link between self-leadership and students' focusing on their goal commitments. In order to accomplish research purposes, I conducted a survey of 300 University students in Busan and carry out empirical study of 276 University students. As a result of analysis, I draw conclusions as follows. First, Hypothesis1 is adopted because the research results show that self-leadership has positive effects on students' focusing their goal commitments. Second, Hypothesis2 is adopted because the research results show that self-leadership has positive effects on students' self-efficacy. Third, Hypothesis3 is adopted because the research results show that self-efficacy has positive effects on student's focusing on their goal commitments. Forth, I conducted Mediating regression to see if self-efficacy plays a mediator role between self-leadership and student's focusing on their commitments. And the results show that behavior-focused strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies and natural reward strategies have perfect mediating effects. This study shows the importance of building self-leadership for young generations to be effective leaders of themselves.
