  • In this paper, we survey various notions and results related to statistical convergence of a sequence of fuzzy numbers, in which statistical convergence for fuzzy numbers was first introduced by Nuray and Savas in 1995. We will go over boundedness, convergence of sequences of fuzzy numbers, statistically convergence and statistically Cauchy sequences of fuzzy numbers, statistical limit and cluster point for sequences of fuzzy numbers, statistical mono-tonicity and boundedness of a sequence of fuzzy numbers and finally statistical limit inferior and limit inferior for the statistically bounded sequences of fuzzy numbers.

  • Liu[Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, 2(2003), 87-100] proved that convergence in credibility does not imply convergence a.s. and convergence in mean does not imply convergence a.s. by giving counter-examples. But these examples are not true. In this note, we prove that convergence in credibility implies convergence a.s. and convergence in mean implies convergence a.s.

  • The purpose of this paper is to give convergence theorems both for closed convex set valued and relative fuzzy valued martingales, and sub- and super- martingales. These kinds of martingales, sub- and super-martingales are the extension of classical real valued martingales, sub- and super-martingales. Here we compare two kinds of convergences, in the Hausdorff metric and in the Kuratowski-Mosco sense. We also introduce a new convergence for the fuzzy valued case in the graph sense and obtain convergence theorems.

  • In this note, we consider several types of convergence theorems for the expected value of fuzzy variables defined by Liu and Liu [IEEE Trans. Fuzzy Systems, 10(2002), 445-450].

  • The main objective of this paper is to introduce the gradation of neigh-bourhoodness in L-fuzzy topology and to introduce the fuzziness in the concept of convergence of L-fuzzy nets.
