여성결혼이민자의 사회적 지지와 관련 변인 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of the Variables Related with Social Support for Female Marriage Immigrants)

  • This research aims to integrate study results through a meta-analysis of previous studies on the variables related with social support for female marriage immigrants. Based on the results, this study established the foundation of an integrated social support system for female marriage immigrants which considers both the functional perspective and structural perspective of social support, and suggested plans for an efficient support system. All social support was positively associated with female marriage immigrants marriage life, child-rearing behavior and attitude, reduction of stress and depression and psychological stability. In relation to the effect size of each variable related with all social support, the marriage variable had the biggest relationship with it, followed by the parenting variable, the psychological variable and the stress variable in that order. With reference to the relationship with related variables according to the sub-domain of social support, from the structural perspective, spousale support showed a high relationship with the marriage variable and the stress variable. It was also especially, very highly related with the marriage variable. In addition, a married woman's family support and expert support had an intermediate relationship with the marriage variable, and the husband's family support and friend support had a low relationship with it. From the functional perspective, material support had a very high relationship with the marriage variable, whereas it had a low relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable. Emotional support was also highly related with marriage variable, but showed an intermediate or low relationship with the psychological variable and the stress variable. On the other hand, informational support displayed an intermediate relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable, and a high relationship with the marriage variable. Lastly, evaluative support had a high relationship with the marriage variable and the psychological variable. Based on these results, this study proposed plans for an integrated social support system as follows. First, education ought to be provided for the spouses, and support for marital adjustment should be offered. Second, there plans should be made for continuous bonding with the family of origin, and support should be given to address changes in awareness of the relationship with the husband's parents. Third, it is required to revitalize the local community and self-help groups, and provide the female marriage immigrants with opportunities to participate in social activities.

고등학교 청소년의 건강증진행위 설명모형:생태학적 접근 (An explanatory model for Health Promoting Behaviors in Korean High School Students: An ecological approach)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 건강증진행위를 설명하기 위한 가설적 모형을 구축하고 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 경기도 소재의 고등학교에 재학중인 1~3학년 학생 395명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2017년 12월01일부터 12월22일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 외생변수는 가족기능, 친구지지, 학교생활환경, 지역사회 사회자본이고 내생변수는 자기효능감, 자기조절능력과 건강증진행위이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 최종 수정모형은 권장수준을 만족하여 가설적 모형에 비해 적합도와 간명도가 향상된 것으로 나타났다: χ2/df=1.96, GFI=.90, AGFI=.88, CFI=.94, TLI=.93, RMSEA=.05, SRMR=.06. 가설적 모형에서 설정한 13개의 경로중 4개는 기각되었고 9개의 경로는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이들 경로에 포함된 변수는 가족기능(β=.57), 자기효능감(β=.29), 자기조절능력(β=.14), 지역사회 사회자본(β=.14), 친구지지(β=.13)로 설명력은 86%이었다. 따라서 역기능적 가정과 해당 가정의 청소년의 건강증진행위를 위한 사회적지지 체계를 구축하고 학교를 포함한 지역사회 환경조성을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

다문화가정 아동의 학교생활적응 과정에서 교사지지의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Control Effect of Teacher's Support in the Course of School Adaptation for Children from Multi-cultural Families)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 이중문화스트레스 요인이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에 대해 교사지지가 보호요인으로서 조절효과가 어떻게 나타내는지 검증해 보았다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 다문화가정 아동 중 초등학교 3학년이상 6학년 대상으로 표본을 추출하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 다문화가정 아동의 차별경험과, 언어갈등은 학교생활적응의 학습활동에 영향을 미치며, 교사지지는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 언어갈등이 학교생활적응의 교우관계에 미치는 영향은 교사지지는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가족 아동의 학교생활적응을 고취시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

다문화가정 아동의 이중문화특성 및 사회적 자본이 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Bicultural Characteristics and Social Capital on Psycological Adaptation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 아동의 이중문화특성 및 사회적 자본이 우울 및 자존감의 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 있다. 조사대상자는 서울 등 7개의 대도시지역의 어머니가 결혼이주여성인 초등학교 3~6학년, 중1~3학년 아동 305명, 그의 어머니 295명이다. 회귀분석 결과, 다문화가정 아동의 우울감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면, 친구 지지가 낮을수록, 이용한 프로그램 수가 많을수록, 주관적 경제수준이 낮다고 생각할수록 우울감이 더 높게 나타났고, 이 중 친구 지지가 가장 강력한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자존감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보면 친구지지가 가장 강력한 영향요인으로 나타났고 다음으로 어머니의 한국어 수준, 교사지지, 이용한 프로그램 수 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화가족 아동의 심리적응을 높이기 위한 개입 시 이중문화특성과 사회적 자본 특성을 고려해야 하며 특히 친구지지나 교사지지와 같은 사회적 자본 특성을 반영한 개입이 필요함을 보여준다.

사회적지지가 청소년 운동선수들의 스트레스 및 일탈행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Social Support on Youth Student-Athletes' Stress and Deviant Behavior)

  • 이 연구는 친구, 선후배 및 코치의 사회적지지가 청소년 운동선수들의 운동스트레스 및 일탈행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자는 비확률 표본추출법중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여, D시와 G시에 소재한 2개의 체육고등학교에 재학 중인 고등학교 체육특기생 350명을 표집 하였다. 최종 회수된 217부의 설문지 중 질문문항의 일괄적인 처리 혹은 무응답과 오기입 등 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되어지는 35부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 182부를 분석에 사용하였다. AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식모형을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 사회적지지는 청소년 운동선수의 운동스트레스에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동스트레스는 일탈행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적지지는 운동스트레스를 매개로 하여 일탈행동에 유의한 간접영향(-)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

노인장기요양기관 입소노인의 가족관계가 시설적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Family Relationship on Facility Adaptation of Long-Term Care Facility Residents)

  • 본 연구에서는 노인장기요양기관 입소노인의 가족관계가 시설적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 장기요양기관을 평가등급과 지역에 따른 할당표본을 통한 표집틀을 구성하여, 2018년 1월과 2월에 한 기관 당 입소노인 5~6명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 최종적으로 381명의 데이터를 분석에 사용하였다. 주된 연구결과는 첫째, 노인의 시설적응수준은 높은 편이었다. '집단행동부적응'과 '이동쇼크'와 같이 부적응차원은 2점대로 낮고, '새로운 거주지 인정'과 '친구 만들기'와 같은 적응차원은 중간수준 이상을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 노인의 시설적응에는 노인의 사회인구학적 특성이나 시설관련변수의 영향력보다는 가족관계변수의 영향력이 더 컸다. 그 중에서 가족과의 친밀감 변화 변수의 영향력이 가장 컸다. 따라서 노인이 시설에 입소하기 전부터 입소 후까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 가족과의 친밀감이 유지되도록 적극적인 지원과 노력이 필요하다는 점을 제안한다.

청소년의 건강증진 행위 (Health promoting behavior of adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the revised Health Promotion Model of Pender and to determine the factors to promote health behavior for adolescents' smoking behavior. The subjects of the study was 783 boys of 4 high school students. among 39. schools locating in Daejeon metropolitan city. The data was collected from July 1st to 15th. 1997 by school health nurse The research tool were HPLP of Walker. Pender. General self-efficacy scale of Sherer. control scale was measured by subconcept of hardiness scale of Pollock. and perceived barrier. perceived benefit. activity-related-affect tool were made by researcher via literature review The data were analyzed by SAS program using frequency. t-test. ANOVA. Schefee test. regression. The results were as follows 1. The mean of total health promoting behavior was $2.27\pm.35$. Among sub domain of health promoting behavior, the highest score was interpersonal support$(2.72\pm.60)$. and the lowest was health responsibility $(1.58\pm.44)$. 2. There were statistically significant difference in total health promoting behavior according to religion. parenting style. school performance. girl friend. father's smoking of individual characteristics. 3. The socioeconomic status. smoking, parent pattern. family structure of individual characteristics and experience domain associated with perceived benefit. perceived barrier. activity-related affect. interpersonal influence of behavior-specific cognition and affect domain. The perceived barrier. self-efficacy. girl friend and father's smoking of interpersonal influence. and control explained $25.8\%$ of variance of health promoting behavior. From above results school health nurse has to emphasize on health responsibility for health promotion of adolescent. But they couldn't intervene for parent pattern. socioeconomic status. family structure of individual characteristics and experience domain. it could be possible for school health nurse to promote health of adolescents through improving perceived barrier. also develop program to increase self-efficacy and through parent health class for fathers. Above results point to the importance of including parents in smoking prevention effort targeting adolescents. Because increasing control also promotes health of adolescents. it should be studied further about the specific measure. To verify the variables for increasing the fitness of health promoting model. it needs further replication of the research.

학교를 기반으로 한 청소년 우울증 인식개선교육 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of school-based depression awareness education program for adolescent)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of a School-based Depression Awareness Education Program on depression knowledge and help-seeking orientation for adolescent. Methods: The students of two high schools were allocated to the intervention (n=221) or control group (n=223) in this cluster-randomized trial. The school-based depression awareness education was a 3-hour program. The intervention group received pre, post and follow up tests while the control group received pre and follow up tests after two months. Depression knowledge, attitude to friends'depression, and help-seeking for professional assistance was evaluated at each test. Differences in the two month change between the intervention and control groups were analyzed by t-test or chi-square test. Results: There were positive changes in depression knowledge, response to friend's depression, and attitude to professional help-seeking in the post test compared to the pretest among intervention group. Improvement of depression knowledge was greater in the intervention group than in the control group (P=0.011), but there were no significant differences in response to friend's depression (P=0.268) or help-seeking orientation (P=0.263) after two months. Conclusions: School-based Depression Awareness Education resulted in significant positive changes in depression knowledge in high school students, but made no attitudes difference to professional help-seeking.

노인장기요양보험 재가서비스 이용량 결정요인 (Determinants of Amount of Service Use in Community-Based Long-term Care for Elders)

  • Purpose: This study was done to explore factors related to amount of service use for elders with long-term care needs. Methods: A descriptive-correlation design was used. The sample included 259 elders and their primary caregivers who had cared for the elders for at least 6 months. Data on long-term care need assessment, service use and interviews with primary caregivers were analyzed. Results: There was no significant relationship between the sociodemographic characteristics and the amount of services use. Amount of service use differed significantly by Long-term care classification. The mean scores for class 1, 2 and 3 were 22.68, 21.47 and 17.87 days respectively. Primary caregiver relationship with the elders and the number of family-friend helpers were also significant. Multivariate regression analysis showed that gender, marital status, activities of daily living, cognitive impairment, and secondary caregiver support explained 17% of the total variance of service use among these elders (F=3.50, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that critical factors including secondary caregiver support and individual background, and other functional dependencies except for physical function should be considered in accurately predicting the amount of service use for community dwelling elders with long-term care needs.

학교 건강증진 사업을 위한 사회생태학적 모형의 이론적 접근 (A Theoretical Approach of Social Ecological Model for School Health Promotion Program)

  • Objectives: This study is to draw the design of the program which is improve school health promotion participation by applying the Social Ecological Model based on the literature review on the health promotion. Methods: Literature review was carried out based on 5 factors of social ecological model using computer search engines of Google, ProQuest, and Riss4U. Results; Social Ecological Model is consist of individual, interpersonal, institutional/organizational, community, and policy. Individual sphere is drawn from Health Belief Model, interpersonal sphere is Social Support Theory, institutional/ organizational sphere is institutional resources theory, community sphere is community model, and policy sphere is Social Marketing Theory. The literature review show that the important variables affecting health promotion exist in each sphere. Individual sphere has social economic status, age, sex, sensitivity and specificity of illness, self-efficacy. Interpersonal sphere has support and use of family, friend and neighbor. Institutional/Organizational sphere has environment service reliability and utility. Conclusions: Community sphere has distance, neighborhood safety, interrelationship among institutions. Policy sphere has cost, legislation advertisement, lobby and concern and leadership of Institution.
