The purposes of this study are to analyze the merits and limits of flipped learning by suggesting the ALP model for efficient application and to test the effects of the new ALP model. The process of new model and program development is based on ADDIE in this study. This study consists of two steps. First through literature research on the difficulties of the flipped learning, the elements are extracted to develop new model. Second, these elements were placed according to the teaching and learning flow, which resulted in the procedures. As a result, the ALP model was developed. The ALP model is a new model for applying teaching and learning methods for efficient application of the flipped learning. This model was applied to elementary science classes to test its effects in scientific communication skill. Interviews and cognitive survey were also conducted to collect additional information. The results of this study are as follows: There were various difficulties in flipped learning. Based on literature research results, the ALP model and the science programs for elementary students have been developed. The experimental group showed statistically meaningful improvement in scientific communication skill. The scientific communication skill has two subcategories: the forms and the types. According to the form analysis results, the experimental group showed a statistically meaningful improvement in the form of Table and Picture, but not in the form of Writing and Number. With the same reason given previously, this study confirmed that the application of ALP model improves the students' visual form communication skills such as Table and Picture better than reading form communication skills such as Writing and Number. According to the type analysis results, the experimental group showed a statistically meaningful improvement in "the scientific insistence" type, and "the justification" which is the sub element of "the scientific insistence" type. With this reason, this study suggests that the class applied ALP model gives students more time and opportunities to learn. Though the survey and interviews about the student's awareness of the class with applied the ALP model, this study showed that students actively exchanged their opinions in the class with applied ALP model.

This study aims to investigate how flipped learning-based socioscientific issue instruction (FL-SSI instruction) affected middle school students' key competencies and character development. Traditional classrooms are constrained in terms of time and resources for exploring the issues and making decision on SSI. To address these concerns, we designed and implemented an SSI instruction adopting flipped learning. Seventy-three 8th graders participated in an SSI program on four topics for over 12 class periods. Two questionnaires were used as a main data source to measure students' key competencies and character development before and after the SSI instruction. In addition, student responses and shared experience from focus group interviews after the instruction were collected and analyzed. The results indicate that the students significantly improved their key competencies and experienced character development after the SSI instruction. The students presented statistically significant improvement in the key competencies (i.e., collaboration, information and technology, critical thinking and problem-solving, and communication skills) and in two out of three factors in character and values as global citizens (social and moral compassion, and socio-scientific accountability). Interview data supports the quantitative results indicating that SSI instruction with a flipped learning strategy provided students in-depth and rich learning opportunities. The students responded that watching web-based videos prior to class enabled them to deeply understand the issue and actively engage in discussion and debate once class began. Furthermore, the resulting gains in available class time deriving from a flipped learning approach allowed the students to examine the issue from diverse perspectives.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between techno-stress perceived by elementary school teachers and related variables in a flipped learning environment. To achieve the purpose, the following research question have been established: First, what is the difference between techno-stress perceived by elementary school teachers? Second, what is the difference between techno-stress related variables perceived by elementary school teachers? Third, how do the TPACK, teacher effectiveness, and school environment support, perceived by elementary school teachers, affect technostress? 207 teachers at elementary school responded on a questionnaire to measure their perceived techno-stress, TPACK, teacher efficacy, and school environment support. Data were analyzed with using independent two-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: First, the elementary school teachers working on a leading school perceived higher techno-overload and techno-complexity more than those in ordinary school. Second, the elementary school teachers showed differences in the perception of TPACK, teacher efficacy, and school environment support according to the teacher's career, and leading school. Third, the elementary schools teachers perceived in TK, TCK, TPACK, educational support, and technology have a positive affect with techno-stress. The results are significant in that they provided data for reducing techno-stress of elementary school teachers in a flipped learning environment.

Software integration becomes very important in these days. Since the 4th industrial revolution has begun and influences its heavy effects on our daily life, software education has been introduced in the 2015 national revised curriculum. The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of a mobile web application for the elementary algorithm class based on STEAM on the problem solving process of elementary school students. To do so, in this study we constructed an algorithm learning contents based on STEAM for new software education and developed a mobile web application for flipped learning to improve their problem solving ability. Further, an experimental group and a controlled group are selected respectively from the 5th grade elementary school students. Then, a new flipped learning class using our mobile materials was applied to the experimental group while a traditional lecture class using the activity papers was applied to the controlled group. Finally the paired samples t-tests were carried out. As a result, we found that there was a statistically significant difference in problem solving process between the two groups. Based on our experimental research and the results of statistical analysis, the mobile web application class based on STEAM turned out to be effective in improving the problem solving ability of elementary school students.
This study was conducted to analyze the subjective perception types of college students majoring in cooking by applying flip-learning teaching and learning methods to the subject of cooking practice to improve the educational efficiency of cooking-related classes. Also, in order to study subjective perception of small students, we tried to grasp the common structure in subjective attitude and perception using Q methodology, and the analysis resulted in four types. Type 1 (N=5): Problem solving ability effect, Type 2 (N=6): Self-directed learning effect, Type 3 (N=3): Mutual cooperation practice effect, Type 4 (N=6) ): Theory learning effect was analyzed for each unique feature type. Flip-learning is applied to cooking practice classes, which is a learner-centered education that leaves the traditional teaching method. Interest was found to have a very positive effect on learners' opinion sharing and learning outcomes. However, it was revealed that all students need to find additional solutions to problems such as the operation plan for flipped learning and the free ride evaluation method in group learning.
Recently, new teaching methods for communicating with teachers and students have been emerged according to the trends of decreasing the school-age population and the development of the mass media. We have applied teaching-learning model based on the flip learning to the college students in this work. As a result of the test for the customized flipped learning teaching-learning model in pre-class, the attendance rate of the major subject was 92.3% whereas that in liberal arts courses other than majors revealed 87.6%. This result for attendance rate shows that first year students in the radiology department have been actively participated in pre-class of the major subject than that of the liberal arts curriculum. From comparing the differences between the study group that was applied flipped learning in class and the non-applied group, the research group showed higher scores in knowledge, skills, and attitudes than the comparative group. In addition, more than 90% of the learners improved their responsibility, problem solving ability, creative thinking, cooperative ability, and communication ability through this learning program. From the test for the difference in the role of radiologists in the post class, the mean score was 4.40 for the group applied the teaching-learning model while that for non-applied group was 2.10. Hence, from such results, we see that this teaching-learning model is appropriate and needs to be extended to cultivate basic skills in radiology and relevant vocational education.
This study applied Flipped Learning teaching and learning method to Basics Cooking Practice Subject using YouTube. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the curriculum is properly progressing by grasping the effects of before and after learning and analyzing learners' subjectivity through the learning process. The investigation period was conducted from August 01, 2020 to September 10, 2020. According to the research design of Q Methodology, it was divided into five stages: Q sample selection, P sample selection, Q sorting, coding and recruiting, conclusion and discussion. As a result of the analysis, the first type (N=5): Prior Learning effect, the second type (N=7): Simulation practice effect, and the third type (N=3): self-efficacy effect. As a result, by applying the flipped learning teaching method of the Basics Cooking Practice Subject using YouTube, positive effects such as inducing interest in the class and increasing confidence were found in active learners, but some learners lacked understanding of the system of the class operation method. However, the lack of number of training sessions compared to other subjects is considered to be a solution to be solved later.

Our society is undergoing rapid changes due to COVID-19, and in particular, online learning using digital technology is being tried in various forms in the educational field. A change has occurred. However, the limitations of distance learning, such as reduced learning immersion in non-face-to-face educational situations, lack of interaction between teachers and learners, and lower basic academic ability, are constantly being raised, and an appropriate educational strategy is needed to solve these problems. This study focused on the concept of 'Metaverse' based on the interaction between the virtual world and the real world, and tried to verify the effectiveness of educational activities based on it. In detail, we propose an educational framework for realizing flipped learning in the Metaverse Virtual Classroom, and a frame developed by measuring the learning immersion of a single group with a teaching/learning program developed based on this. The effectiveness of the work was verified. When the metaverse platform-based flip learning framework and education program proposed in this study were applied, it was confirmed that learners' immersion in learning was improved.

A new internally compensated low drop-out voltage regulator based on the cascoded flipped voltage follower is presented in this paper. Adaptive biasing current and fast charging/discharging paths have been added to rapidly charge and discharge the parasitic capacitance of the pass transistor gate, thus improving the transient response. The proposed regulator was designed with standard 65-nm CMOS technology. Measurements show load and line regulations of $433.80{\mu}V/mA$ and 5.61 mV/V, respectively. Furthermore, the output voltage spikes are kept under 76 mV for 0.1 mA to 100 mA load variations and 0.9 V to 1.2 V line variations with rise and fall times of $1{\mu}s$. The total current consumption is $17.88{\mu}V/mA$ (for a 0.9 V supply voltage).
