At present, the students majoring in tourism apprach theoretically and practically target human resource development which is blanceded between creativity and specialty. And yet, the initial step of on-the-job tranning has not been worked and the area of tourism and experience in this field are know as a beginning stage. This, this study is focusing on the on-the-job tranning in the area of tourism major in technical college. The issues and alternative solutions are as follows First, many student hope sutible training cost require. Second, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regularem ployee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Third, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Forth, many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service, however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university, Since a tourism bussiness is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports and needed as follows First, An active support on tranning provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuos driving force and thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, sutible traninging cost would be required. Forth, In order to achive a objectives and practical and effect ive job tranning, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.

Purpose: The objective of this research was to explore the levels of patient satisfaction and job satisfaction according to the level of nurse manpower, in order to provide effective management for nurses. Methods: The research was conducted from November 1 to December 30, 2006, with a survey of 310 nurses and 240 patients at eight tertiary hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected according to the level of nurse manpower from the first (a nurse vs. patient ratio of below 2.0) to the sixth (a ratio of over 4.0) rank. The survey tools were used Park-Yoon's job satisfaction (1992) and Wandelt and Ager (1974)'s patient satisfaction. The acquired data were analyzed with SPSS $PC^+$ 12.0 program using descriptive methods, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANCOVA, and Scheffe. Results: Overall job satisfaction of nurses showed 3.10 and patient satisfaction of patients showed 4.15. Analysis based on the level of nurse manpower showed that hospitals of first and second rank had higher scores than those of lower rank for nurse's job satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Conclusion: Hospitals with a higher level of nurse manpower showed higher score of nurse's job satisfaction and patient satisfaction.
Purpose - The current study analyzes effects of hotel restaurant cook's emotional labor on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Research design and methodology - In order to achieve the current study's goal, sample was extracted targeting cooks working in 5-stars hotels located in Seoul considering spatial and time limitation. Method of research was direct research method with survey. Survey was conducted from April 1st, 2018 to April 20, 2018 (approximately 20 days). Total of 300 surveys were distributed to cooks working in 5-stars hotels located in Seoul, and among those 250 surveys were returned. Among returned 250 surveys, 246 surveys. Results - First, in order to test H1, effect of hotel restaurant cook's emotional labor on job satisfaction (satisfaction on superior and coworker) was analyzed. Second, in order to test H2, effect on hotel restaurant cook's emotional labor on job satisfaction (satisfaction on compensation and promotion) was analyzed. Third, satisfaction on superior and coworker had statistically significantly positive effect on customer orientation, while satisfaction on compensation and promotion did not have statistically significant effect. Conclusions - First, deep acting had statistically significantly positive effect on job satisfaction (satisfaction on superior and coworker), while surface acting did not have statistically significant effect. Second, both deep and surface acting had statistically significantly positive effect on job satisfaction (satisfaction on compensation and promotion). Third, satisfaction on superior and coworker had statistically significantly positive effect on customer orientation, while satisfaction on compensation and promotion did not have statistically significant effect.
The purpose of this study was to determine the conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea. The concrete purpose of this study as follows : First, To Analyze Conflict factor of job according to the foreign worker conflict. Second, To present rethinking plan of job and efficiency management foreign worker in Korea. Second, Woman foreign worker had higher conflict of job than man foreign worker in wage, working condition, human relation, communication. Third, The foreign worker is short In Job-experience. therefore, efficiency management of job was fall. Fourth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict in communication, human relation. Fifth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict wage-discrimination. Sixth, The more education-level had lower conflict. Seventh, According to cultural characteristic had different.

The survey targeted 270 men and women in their from their 20s-50s who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the vocation of beauty worker on job satisfaction and self-development. The questionnaire was administered from January 5th to March 10th, 2020, and 243 responses were used for statistical analysis. 27 unanswered or unfaithful questionnaires were disregarded. Using SPSS WIN 21.0 was applied for statistical processing. First, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, and reliability verification, For validity verification, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, upon examining the hypothesis that vocation has a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction, a significant positive (+) influence was shown, and it was found that it was determined vocation is an important factor in job satisfaction for beauty industry professionals. Second, upon examining the hypothesis that vocation has a positive (+) effect on self- development, a significant positive (+) correlation was found between the self-development of beauty industry professionals and job satisfaction. Third, upon examining the hypothesis that occupational vocation has a positive (+) effect on self- development, a significant positive (+) correlation was shown between self-development and job satisfaction of beauty industry professionals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job and develops the educational training program of ship-fitter by using the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method. On the first stage, the authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of ship-fitters. To fine what is the most efficient task for ship-fitter, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 10 members, which are one facilitator, eight panel members, one recorder & coordinator to analyze the job of ship-fitter. Following is the result of this study. First, 5 duties and 28 tasks are analyzed. Second, 19 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation containing 'drawing inspecting' are identified. Third, a job model of ship-fitter is constructed by the results of DACUM job analysis. Fourth, training program is developed. This program contains task/curriculum Matrix, task/Course Matrix, training Course Profile, training Road Map.
Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.
This study investigated the effects of job stress, job attitude, and social support on the relationship between client violence and social worker job response. The multi-mediating effect of job stress, job attitude, and social support between client violence and social worker job response was empirically analyzed. 257 social workers in social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS. The following conclusions were drawn. First, there was a significant correlation between client violence, job stress, job attitude, social support, and job response variables. Client violence was affecting variables related to social worker job response. Second, job stress, job attitude, and social support had multiple mediating effects. The parallel mediation effect and the serial mediation effect were verified. Third, job attitude was found to be a variable of multiple mediating effects. Fourth, job stress and social support were found to be double mediating effect variables. In response, programs and manuals suitable for the type of social welfare facilities and the policy basis for preparing countermeasures for social workers were limited, and follow-up studies on various variables were suggested.
Purpose: This is a mixed method study to understand the experience regarding the job satisfaction of Physician Assistant (PA) male nurses. Methods: First, factors influencing job satisfaction were analyzed using quantitative approach and job adaptation processes by qualitative research was done through interviews. Finally both of the collected data were comprehensively compared. Results: The factors which had the greatest influence on job satisfaction in the regression analysis were job stress (${\beta}=-.49$, p<.001) and job identity (${\beta}=.46$, p<.001) and the explanatory power explaining these variables was 58% (Adj. $R^2=.58$). The results of qualitative research were categorized using the same four variables with qualitative research variables. Five themes in job satisfaction, three themes in job identity, five themes in job stress and six themes in job value were identified by content analysis. Conclusion: This finding identified that the job stress and job identity were important variables related to job satisfaction. Therefore, the factors influencing job identity have to be strengthened, and a systematic management and interest to develop them are necessary.
This study aims to investigate the employment duration and the probability of quitting the job at first return-to-work of injured workers. This study collected data with structured questionnaires and finally included 515 injured workers. The Kaplan-Meier method is used for describing the employment duration, and the Cox regression is used to identify significant factors on the probability of quitting the job at first return-to-work. The results show that among the all respondents, the 5.65% quitted the job within 1 month, 14.14% within 3 months, 23.7% within 6 months, and 32.81% within 1 years. The Cox regression results show that the probability of quitting the job at first return-to-work is significantly affected by age, marital status, education, employment period when happened the accident, job retention, income change, and classification of diseases. As a result, some implication and policies are suggested for the return-to-work and employment durability of injured workers.
