IPC 코드 분석에 의한 '사물인터넷(IoT)' 특허의 기술 융복합 분석 (Analysis of Technology Convergence of 'Internet of Things' Patents by IPC Code Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 국제특허분류(IPC) 코드를 활용하여 사물인터넷 특허 163건의 기술 융복합을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, IPC 코드의 대표적인 주분류-부분류 조합은 G06Q 50/24-G06Q 50/22(6건), H04L 29/02-H04L 12/28(4건), G06F 15/16-G06F 3/048(3건), G06F 15/16-G06F 9/44(3건), G06Q 50/22-G06Q 50/24(3건)이다. 또한 사물인터넷 특허 중 '건강관리(G06Q 50/22)'와 '환자기록 관리(G06Q 50/24)'의 기술 융복합에 의해 '헬스 케어' 사업 분야의 특허 출원이 9건으로 가장 많았다. 사물인터넷 특허의 상호 연결망 분석에 의해 사물인터넷 특허의 핵심 IPC 코드는 G06F 15/16, G06Q 50/22, G06Q 50/24, H04L 12/28임을 확인하였다.

  • In this note by considering the notions of F-polygroups, the product of F-polygroups, F-subpolygroups and (weak) normal F-subpolygroups two questions are given. Then by an example it is shown that the answer of one of the questions (posed in the paper [12]) is in general negative. In other words, the product of two normal F-subpolygroups need not be normal.

  • Dioxopiperazine alkaloids, 12R,13S-dihydroxyfumitremorgin C (1), fumitremorgin C (2), and brevianamide F (3), were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Pseudallescheria, and the absolute stereostructures of compounds 1 - 3 were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. Compounds 1 - 3 showed an antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus, and multidrug-resistant S. aureus. The MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) values of compounds 1 - 3 were 125 ${\mu}g/mL$ for all strains.

  • Binary vectors, pBI-ActR1, pBI-ActF1 and pBSH-ActR1, were constructed using pGA642, the replication origin of pTi12 and the rice actin promoter. The sizes of pBI-ActR1, pBI-ActF1 and pBSH-ActR1 were 12.9 kb, 13.2 kb and 11.95 kb, respectively. These vectors containing a rice actin promoter followed by a GUS structural gene could induce stronly the expression of GUS gene in transformed rice cells. Rice explants from 3-4 day old seedlings after germinatin were cocultured with A. tumefaceins harboring pBI-ActR1, pBI-ActF1 or pBSH-ActR1, and then GUS expression in the explants was assayed. Transformation of rice explants by these binary vectors was tissue-specific, such that the meristematic regions of shoot apex, root and hypocotyl were transformed by these binary vectors.

치석에서 Amelogenin Gene 및 Short Tandem Repeat(STR) 유전좌위 LPL, F13B, Triplex(F13A01, FESFPS, vWA)에 대한 분석 (Analysis of Amelogenin Gene and Short Tandem Repeat(STR) loci LPL, F13B, F13A01, FESFPS, vWA from the Dental Calculus)

  • 치석에는 박리상피세포, 백혈구 등이 포함되어 있어 이들의 핵 내에 있는 DNA의 유전자형을 찾아내 개인식별을 할 수 있을 것으로 추정된다. 본 연구에서는 치석만으로 개인식별이 가능한지를 알아보고자 40명으로부터 채취한 치석을 증류수에 세척한 군과 세척하지 않은 군으로 나누어 DNA를 추출하고 중합효소연쇄반응법을 이용하여 증폭절편다형(AMP-FLPs)을 실시한 후 성별검사를 위한 X-Y homologous amelogenin gene과 유전자지문검사를 위한 STR유전좌위 LPL, F13B, Triplex(F13A01, FESFPS, vWA) 등 6개의 유전자를 검색하여 - X-Y homologous amelogenin gene과 LPL, F13B는 각각 증폭하였으며 F13A01, FESFPS, vWA 세 유전자는 동시에 증폭하였음 - 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) X-Y homologous amelogenin gene 검색으로 세척군에서 27개의 검체 중 8개, 비세척군에서 13개 중 11개에서 성별검사가 가능하였다. 2) LPL유전자는 세척군, 비세척군에서 각각 27개 검체중 2개, 13개 검체 중 5개가 검색되었으며 3개의 대립유전자(10, 11, 12)와 4개의 유전자형 (10-10, 10-11, 10-12, 11-12)이 나타났다. 3) F13B유전자는 세척군, 비세척군에서 각각 27개 검체 중 1개, 13개 검체 중 4개가 검색되었으며 2개의 대립유전자(9, 10)와 2개의 유전자형(9-10, 10-10)을 관찰하였다. 4) F13A01유전자는 비세척군에서만 13개 검체 중 3개가 검색되었고 3개의 대립유전자(3.2, 4, 6)와 3개의 유전자형(3.2-3.2, 4-5, 4-6)을 관찰하였고, 세척군에서는 나타나지 않았다. 5) FESFPS유전자는 비세척군에서만 13개 검체 중 1개가 검색되었고 유전자 형은 11-12로 나타났다. 6) vWA유전자는 세척군, 비세척군에서 각각 1개씩 검색되었으며, 3개의 대립유전자형(14, 16, 17)와 2개의 유전자형(14-16, 14-17)을 관찰하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 치석은 X-Y homologous amelogenin gene증폭을 통한 성별검사와 단일 STR유전좌위 증폭을 통한 유전자지문형 검사에는 유용하나 복합 STR유전좌위의 검색에는 부적합한 것으로 나타났으며 법의학적시료로 응용이 가능한 것으로 사료된다.

On the Stability of Orthogonally Cubic Functional Equations

  • Let $f$ denote a mapping from an orthogonality space ($\mathcal{X}$, ${\bot}$) into a real Banach space $\mathcal{Y}$. In this paper, we prove the Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of the orthogonally cubic functional equations $f(2x+y)+f(2x-y)=2f(x+y)+2f(x-y)+12f(x)$ and $f(x+y+2z)+f(x+y-2z)+f(2x)+f(2y)=2f(x+y)+4f(x+z)+4f(x-z)+4f(y+z)+4f(y-z)$, where $x{\bot}y$, $y{\bot}z$, $x{\bot}z$.

Eu3+ 이온이 첨가된 란타넘텅스텐산화물의 분광학 특성 (Property of Optical Spectroscopy on the Lanthanum Tungstate doped Eu3+ Ion)

  • 본 연구는 고상법으로 형광체를 합성하였다. 모체 물질은 $La_2W_3O_{12}$에 활성제로 $Eu^{3+}$이온을 첨가하여 활성제 조성변화에 따른 XRD 분석과 여기 및 방출 스펙트럼 및 온도에 따른 형광 스펙트럼 분석과 수명시간을 측정하였다. $La_2W_3O_{12}:Eu^{3+}$의 1 mol%의 XRD 스펙트럼은 ICSD 카드 (78180)에 보고된 데이터 스펙트럼과 비교하였을 때 XRD 스펙트럼이 잘 일치함을 확인 하였다. $La_2W_3O_{12}$ 형광체에 활성제로 $Eu^{3+}$이온 1 mol%를 첨가한 여기 스펙트럼에서는 286 nm 근처에서 286 nm 넓은 전하전달밴드가 관찰된다. 이 전하전달밴드는 $WO_4$그룹과 $Eu^{3+}$이온의 전하 전달 밴드이며 $O^{2-}-W^{6+}$, $O^{2-}-Eu^{3+}$의 ligand-to-metal 전하 전달 흡수가 이루어진다. 350~500 nm 영역에서는 $Eu^{3+}$의 f-f 전이에 의한 피크가 나타났다. 여기 스펙트럼에서 $Eu^{3+}$$^7F_0{\rightarrow}{^5D_4},{^5D_4},{^5L_6},{^5G_4},{^5D_3},{^5D_2}$ 전이에 해당한다. 방출 스펙트럼은 280, 395 nm로 각각 여기한 결과 $Eu^{3+}$이온의 $^5D_0{\rightarrow}^7F_2$(618nm)에서 강한 피크가 보였다. 희토류 이온이 도핑 되지 않은 $La_2W_3O_{12}$ 형광체를 266 nm로 여기하여 온도에 변화 따른 방출 스펙트럼은 저온에서 상온으로 갈수록 형광의 세기가 약하게 나타났다. 온도에 따른 수명시간은 7 K($114{\mu}s$), 100 K($94{\mu}s$), 200 K($10{\mu}s$), 300 K($0.5{\mu}s$)로 나타났다.

Effect of Genotype and Dietary Protein Level on Growth Performance and Carcass Characteristics of Fattening Pigs in Central Vietnam

  • This study aimed to determine the optimum dietary crude protein level in a typical diet for fattening pigs fed ad libitum under normal climate conditions in Central Vietnam. One hundred and ninety two gilts of Mong Cai local breed (MC), $F_1$ Large White${\times}$Mong Cai and $F_2$ crossbreds of (Landrace${\times}$Mong Cai)${\times}$Large White were used. At the start of the experiment, Mong Cai pigs weighed 12 kg at 11 weeks of age, $F_1$ pigs 12.1 kg at 8 weeks of age and $F_2$ pigs 12.2 kg at 8 weeks of age. Four diets differing in crude protein (CP) content (10.1, 13.1, 16.1 and 18.9% in DM) were formulated from rice bran, corn meal, cassava meal and fish meal. Calculated digestible energy content of the diets ranged from 13.5 to 13.8 MJ per kg DM. Pigs were housed individually in pens of $2.5\;m^2$ each and had ad libitum access to feed in a trough as well as water in bowls. The final weights after a growing period of 150 days were 66, 86 and 96 kg for MC, $F_1$ and $F_2$, respectively. Feed intake of MC pigs was highest at 13.1% CP while $F_1$ and $F_2$ had the highest feed intake at 16.1% CP. The results showed that for MC the maximum gain was obtained at levels between 13 to 16% CP. For the $F_1$ the maximum gain was at dietary protein levels of 16-17%. For $F_2$ the max gain was obtained at CP levels of 16 to 18%. Feed conversion was highest in MC pigs (~4.0) followed by $F_1$ (~3.3) and $F_2$ (~3.1), and within genotypes was lowest at the optimum CP level (p<0.05). Back fat thickness in MC (33.1 mm), $F_1$ (23.0 mm) and $F_2$ (20.5 mm) pigs was different and within genotypes was the lowest at intermediate CP levels. In conclusion, increasing the dietary crude protein contents in practical diets for pigs in Vietnam can increase production on small holder farms. Optimal performance for MC, $F_1$ and $F_2$ pigs is achieved at different dietary crude protein contents.

Electrorefining of CuZr Alloy Using Ba2ZrF8-LiF Electrolyte

  • In the production of zirconium cladding tube, a pickling acid solution is used to remove surface contaminants, which generates tons of pickling acid waste. The waste pickling solution is a valuable resource of Hf-free Zr. Many studies have investigated separating the Hf-free Zr source from the waste pickling acid. The results showed that $Ba_2ZrF_8$ precipitates prepared from the waste pickling acid were useful as an electrolyte for the electrorefining of Zr in molten salt. In the present work, electrorefining was performed in a $Ba_2ZrF_8-LiF$ binary electrolyte to recover Zr from a Hf-free CuZr ingot anode prepared by electroreduction. Before electrorefining, two pretreatments are performed. First, electrolyte melting was carried out to determine the eutectic temperature, and second, the electrolyte was treated to eliminate impurities, mainly hydride. After electrorefining, the cathode deposits were analyzed by $O_2$ gas analyzer and SEM-EDX to explore the possibility of recovering nuclear-grade Zr metal. Moreover, the anode was analyzed by SEM-EDX to determine the Zr dissolution depth.

Acidities of Benzyltetrahydrothiophenium Halides in Water. A Simple Method of Estimation

  • The pKa values of benzyltetrahydrothiophenium halides 1a-f in water have been estimated by measuring the absorbances of the solution in aqueous hydroxide ion solution. Assuming that the ratios of the activity coefficients remains close to unity, the absorbance of the solution can be expressed as A/[SH]o=(εSH+εS-K[OH-])/(1+K[OH-]), where A, [SH]o, K, εSH, and εS- are the absorbance of solution, the initial concentration of 1a-f, the equilibrium constant, and the extinction coefficients for SH and S-, respectively. The εS- and K values that best fit with this equation were calculated by a nonlinear regression analysis with a large number of absorbance data determined at different [OH-] and [SH]o. The pKa values of the SH were then calculated with the relationship Ka=-log K+14. The validity of this method has been demonstrated by the excellent agreements between the experimental and literature pKa values of three organic acids. The pKa values of 1a-f estimated by this method are in the range of 12.5-15.3 and correlate well with the Hammett equation. The large negative deviation for the pKa values of 1e and 1f from the Hammett plot has been attributed to the extra hydrogen bonding between the phenyl group and water molecules attracted by the hydrophilic substituents.
