중환자실 간호사의 외상후 스트레스와 갈등관리 유형이 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms and Conflict Management Styles on Nursing Performance of Intensive Care Unit)

  • Purpose : This study examined the factors influencing posttraumatic and conflict management styles for nursing performance in intensive care units (ICUs). Methods : In this study, 250 nurses from eight general hospitals in three cities participated. Structured self-report questionnaires were used to collect data on posttraumatic, conflict management styles, and nursing performance. Finally, the data were analyzed by SAS 9.3 program. Results : The mean of total sum scores was 31.29, and the high risk of posttraumatic symptoms was 61.2%. It was noted that nursing performance is significantly correlated with collaboration, compromise, accommodation styles, and intrusion. Collaboration styles (${\beta}=0.39$, p<.001) and hyperarousal (${\beta}=-0.22$, p=.050), ICU experience below 1 year (${\beta}=-0.21$, p=.027) and that of 5-10 years (${\beta}=-0.19$, p=.049), and compromise style (${\beta}=0.16$, p=.049) were found to be the factors influencing nursing performance with 35.9% explanatory power value of regression model. Conclusions : The results of the study reveal that conflict management styles, hyperarousal, and ICU experience are factors predicting the successful performance of ICUs. These findings emphasize the need of developing interventions to reduce stress symptoms and conflicts in ICUs.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 의류상품에 대한 착의경험 정보제공이 트래픽과 판매성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Trial-Experience Information on the Traffic and Sales Performance of Apparel Product Websites)

  • This study suggests a strategy of providing apparel product information from the wearers' perspective on Internet shopping malls, as a way of compensating for the lack of opportunities to try on the actual product. On an actual Internet shopping mall that sells apparel product, the 'trial-experience information' (the experiential information provided by the fit models who tried on the products) was provided for 83 different items from four women's wear brands. The traffic and sales performances (number of visitors, page view, gross sales of goods, conversion rate, and the numbers of customer transactions) of the apparel product websites that contain trial-experience information were compared to the performances of the brand's websites before this information was implemented. The changes in percent contribution of these brands in women's wear category were also noted. The specific results are as follows: First, all the four performance measures as well as the percent contribution of the experiment products in women's wear category increased noticeably throughout the experiment period (11 to $103\%$). Second, when the percent contribution of these brands in women's wear category in terms of traffic and sales performances were compared to the previous year, these measures increased between $497\%\;and\;2851\%$. Third, the amount of customer transactions also increased after the trial-information was provided, yet to a relatively smaller extent $(29.04\%\;to\;55.25\%)$. The findings showed that trial-experience information provided on the Internet shopping malls may reduce customers' risk perception and lead to increased sales of apparel product and improve the site use ratio.

창업마케팅특성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Marketing Characteristic on Business Performance)

  • 우리나라의 신생기업은 5년 후 생존율이 29.6%로 낮아진다. 이는 초기의 창업기업들이 중견기업에 비해 자원이 풍부하지 못하기 때문에 생존율이 낮다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 창업기업의 마케팅특성이 주요 원인으로 부각되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 학습지향성, 마케팅경험, 경쟁지향성 등은 창업기업에 따라 다르게 소유하고 있으며, 특히 창업기업의 경우 마케팅전략에 미치는 영향은 다르게 조사될 수 있다고 판단되어 학습지향성, 마케팅경험, 경쟁지향성이 창업기업의 마케팅전략에 미치는 관계를 검정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기업성과를 측정하여 창업기업의 대표자들에게 창업기업의 생태계에 관련된 내용을 시사하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 표본은 2015년도를 기준으로 창업한지 3년 6개월 이내의 창업기업가들을 대상으로 2015년 11월 20일부터 12월 20일까지 창업 기업 종사자 250명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 데이터클리닝 한 결과 207개의 표본을 대상으로 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 독립변수인 창업기업의 마케팅환경이 매개변수인 마케팅전략에 미치는 영향은 학습지향성, 마케팅경험, 경쟁지향성에 있어 제품전략, 유통 전략, 촉진전략에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매개변수인 마케팅전략이 종속변수인 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 제품전략, 유통전략, 촉진전략은 재무성과와 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 마케팅전략의 매개효과는 학습지향성, 마케팅경험, 경쟁지향성이 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 제품전략과 유통전략이 확실한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 조사되었으며, 학습 지향성과 마케팅경험, 경쟁지향성이 비재무성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 제품전략만이 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 조사되었다. 연구결과의 요약을 종합해보면 창업기업이 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해서 마케팅전략을 펼쳐야 하는데 특히 학습지향성과 마케팅경험이 중요시되며 창업마케팅특성이 기업성과를 높이는데 있어서 제품전략과 유통전략이 재무성과를 높일 수 있다. 그리고 제품전략은 재무성과와 비재무성과를 높인다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 창업기업 마케팅특성을 수행하는데 있어서 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 창업마케팅특성에 따른 마케팅전략을 펼치는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 내부 핵심역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of the High-tech Manufacturing Ventures' External Collaborations on the Management Performance: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Internal Core Competencies)

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명에 따른 산업구조 변화로 첨단산업 육성에 대한 필요성이 커지고 첨단제조 분야에서의 부가가치 창출이 높은 것으로 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. 그러나 급변하는 경제 환경속에서 첨단제조 벤처기업은 내부 핵심자원과 경험 부족으로 경쟁 우위를 확보하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게 되면서, 내부 경쟁력을 강화하고 비(非) 핵심 분야를 보완하기 위하여 다양한 경험과 기술력, 풍부한 자원을 보유하고 있는 외부 기업 또는 기관과의 협력활동을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자원기반이론과 거래비용이론을 바탕으로 첨단제조 벤처기업의 외부적 협력활동 경험이 내부 핵심역량과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위하여 중소벤처기업부에서 1999년부터 편제하고 있는 벤처기업정밀실태조사의 2020년 자료를 활용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 외부적 협력활동 경험은 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량과 비재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 재무적 경영성과에는 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외부적 협력활동 경험은 내부 핵심역량을 매개하여 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 첨단제조 벤처기업의 내부 핵심역량은 비재무적 경영성과와 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 비재무적 경영성과는 다시 재무적 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외부적 협력활동 경험은 개발·제조·마케팅 역량 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 경영성과에는 내부 핵심역량을 구성하는 개별 요인이 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 특히, 개발·마케팅 역량은 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 제조 역량은 재무적 성과에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 중고제품 구매에 관한 지각된 위험과 구매의도: 온/오프 중고품 구매경험의 조절효과 (Examining the Moderating Role of Purchase Experience in the Relationship between Perceived Risk and Purchase Intention of Online Used Goods)

  • In the ever-increasing online secondhand product market, the perceived risk of online used products purchase was identified as a factor influencing consumer purchase intention. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between the perceived risk of online secondhand purchase and purchase intention was presented with somewhat different results for each sub-risk factor. First of all, a significant negative causal relationship between physical risk, time loss risk, psychological risk, social risk and online used product purchase intention was verified. On the other hand, financial risk and functional risk did not show a statistically significant relationship with online used products purchase intention. Second, as a result of research on the moderating effect of purchasing experience, offline purchasing experience of used products and online purchasing experience were verified differently. First of all, the moderating effect of the online purchase experience of used products was significant only in the relationship between psychological and social risks on the intention to purchase used products online. The experience of purchasing used products online is believed to reduce uncertainty about the surrounding response to purchasing used products online and weaken the intention to purchase used products online by reducing tension and concerns about purchasing them. Other risks, such as financial risk, performance risk, physical risk, time loss risk, and online purchase experience of used products, were verified to have no significant effect on online used products purchase intention. In addition, the offline purchase experience of used products did not verify a significant moderating effect on the effect of all perceived risks on online used product purchase intention.

창업보육기업의 창업자 특성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influence to Business performance of business incubator company via CEO's Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 창업자의 특성이 창업기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 창업보육기업의 핵심 성공요인이 무엇인가를 분석하는데 연구의 초점을 두고 있다. 창업자의 특성은 주로 심리적 특성 등을 중심으로 이루어진 선행연구와 달리 창업자의 심리적 특성 이외에 행위적 특성과 경력 특성이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 창업보육센터의 입주기업을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과 창업자의 심리적 특성 특히 성취욕구와 위험 감수 능력이 높을수록 기업 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업자 창업 경험이 풍부할수록 기업 성과가 높은 것을 나타났다. 본 연구의 한계는 표본이 주로 충남지역에 집중되어 있어 향후 연구는 포괄적인 범위에서 연구 대상을 설정하고 아울러 기업 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 독립변수를 고려한 장기간의 광범위한 추가 연구가 요망된다.

일부 특수학교 교사의 구강보건교육 유무에 따른 구강건강관리 조사 (Survey on the Oral Health Care according to the Oral Health Education Experience of the Special School Teachers)

  • Objectives: This study aims to find status of the oral health care, the oral health education program utilization and the oral health guidance according to the experience status of oral health education of special school teachers. Methods: The study subjects were 133 teachers at special schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk and Jeonbuk regions. Results: 32.8% of the male and 67.2% of the female teachers have the oral health education experience. Barriers for the dental treatment to teachers with the education experience show in the order as 'disabled children's noncooperation' 49.2%, 'economic reasons' 37.7% and 'medical institution's rejection' 6.6% and, to teachers without the education experience, 'disabled children's noncooperation' 45.8%, 'economic reasons' 19.4% and 'not emergency situation' 13.9%(p<0.01). Regarding the necessity of arranged institution to manage the oral health, 91.8% of teachers with the oral health education answer as 'necessary'(p<0.05). Regarding the barriers on the performance of oral health program 27.9%, the majority of teachers with the education experience answer as 'insufficient administrative & financial support' and 36.1%, the majority of teachers without the education experience answer as 'insufficient understanding and expertise on the oral health education'. 86.9% of the teachers with the education experience and 62.5% of the teachers without the education experience are found to 'guide students on the oral health'(p<0.01). Conclusions: It was considered that various oral health education programs positively influential to the oral health care and education for disabled children should be developed according to the status of oral health education experience of special school teachers.

정상 상황과 비정상 상황에서 조종사의 수행을 예측하는 요인 (Factors predicting pilots' performance in routine and non-routine situations)

  • This study aimed to provide empirical evidence about expert performance approach in aviation field and the results suggested that the amount of experience(e.g. total flight hour) is necessary but not sufficient index of a pilot's expertise or superior performance. 43 pilots participated and completed a spatial span task and SA (situation awareness) tasks. To explore the factors predicting the performance in routine and non-routine situations, discriminant analysis was conducted. The results of discriminant analysis indicated that different variables are related with the performance in routine and non-routine situation. The factors predicting performance in routine situation were the spatial span scores and total flight hours. On the other hand, the factors predicting performance in non-routine situation were age and the qualification for instrument flying. In real world, total flight time which represents the quantity of experience has been frequently used to predict flight abilities and as an important index of expertise. The results of this study suggest that these kinds of factors have to be used cautiously to predict the performance in abnormal situation.

심리적 문화체험이 직무성과에 미치는 영향연구 - 화장품판매조직 내부고객을 위한 문화마케팅사례 - (Study on the Influence of Psychological Culture Experiences on Job Performance - Culture Marketing Case of a Cosmetic Sales Organization for Internal Customers -)

  • The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker's loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group's job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

간호업무매뉴얼이 신규간호사의 간호업무 수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Nursing Practice Manual on Nursing Performance of Newly Graduated Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the effects of a manual booklet as an aid to clinical performance in newly graduated nurses. Methods: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The study was performed from June 14 to September 17, 2010 with an experimental group (n=23) and a control group (n=22) using a questionnaire with 45 new nurses who graduated from nursing colleges in 2010, and had less than 12 months work experience at a general hospital in B city. A pocketable nursing-work manual booklet was provided for the experimental group nurses so that they could use it as a reference in the work place. Results: Scores on performance of nursing work showed a significant difference between the experimental group and control group (t=-5.257, p=.001). Conclusion: Results of the present study indicate that a manual booklet of nursing work is very helpful in improving the clinical performance of new nurses. New nurses, who have some knowledge of nursing learned at school but have less clinical experience, can be helped effectively with a practical manual booklet for improving their work performance.
