의생활 윤리소비 교육프로그램이 청소년들의 의생활 윤리소비의식과 일반적인 윤리소비지식 및 윤리소비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Education Program for Ethical Consumption of Clothing on Adolescents' Ethical Consumption Consciousness of Clothing, General Ethical Consumption Knowledge and Behaviors)

  • This study aims to investigate the impacts on adolescents of the application of the education program for ethical consumption related to clothing in terms of their clothing-related ethical consumption consciousness, and in terms of their general ethical consumption knowledge and behaviors. Additionally, the effects of clothing-related ethical consumption consciousness and general ethical consumption knowledge on general ethical consumption behavior were examined. The program for education in ethical consumption related to clothing for adolescents was developed and applied, two surveys for the pre-post test design were conducted with high school female and male students, and a total of 158 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. 1) The results of the factor analysis and the reliability test on ethical consumption consciousness for high school students clearly showed factorial structures including Pro-environmentalism, Animal welfare, Social responsibility, and Recycling. 2) Analysis of the differences in the means of ethical consumption consciousness, knowledge, and behaviors of respondents between pre-test and post-test revealed that posttest means of all research variables after application of the education program were higher than pre-test means. 3) The ethical consumption knowledge had important medicating roles in the relationship between ethical consumption consciousness with regard to clothing and general ethical consumption behaviors. Overall, the study provides empirical evidence to support the notion that there is a need for applying an ethical consumption education program to lead adolescents to consume ethically.

환경교육에서 과학적 지식과 윤리적 가치의 관계 (Thre Relationaship of Scientific Knowledge and Ethical Value in Environmental Education)

  • The objective of this study was to review the meaning and problems of Scientific Knowledge and Ethical Value in Environmental Education. The ultimate goal of environmental education is shaping proenvironmental human behavior. The factors of human behavioral decision making are ideology, value, attitude and behavioral intentions. Ideology is a kind of belief system used by social groups to interpret their social world. The main elements of belief system are knowledge and value. The traditional thinking in education has been that we can change behavior by making human beings more knowledgeable and more valuable. In environmental education, the aim of scientific inquiry is to analysis cause-effect relation of human beings behavior and environmental phenomenon, and ethical education is to change the mind of human beings from zero-sum to positive-sum about the relations between human beings and natural environments. But, there are many problems of knowledge education and value education in environmental education. For example scientific knowledge without ethical value is dangerous to environment protection, and ethical value without scientific knowledge is vague. Therefore, we must recognize that the relationship of ethical value and scientific knowledge is not substitutional but complementary. The teaching-learning methods which can integrate knowledge and value in environmental education are rational decision making model. For this model, we can construct teaching contents with inquiry materials. To earn the benefits of specialization among several subjects in environmental education, social studies can focus on social science knowledge and decision making, science education can focus on pure natural science knowledge and scientific investigation, moral education can focus on problems of ethical value system, home economics can focus on practical action and environmental education(Environments in middle school, Ecology and Environments in high school) can integrate social-national science knowledge and ethical value in broad perspective about human beings and ecosystem. That is the method to protect from law of diminishing marginal utility of learning in environmental education.

윤리소비신념이 친환경 인조피혁 의류제품 태도에 미치는 영향과 지각된 소비자 효율 및 의류환경지식의 매개효과 (Impacts of Ethical Consumption Beliefs on Attitudes toward Eco-Friendly Faux Leather Apparel Products and Mediating Roles of Perceived Consumer Effectiveness and Apparel Environmental Knowledge)

  • This study investigated the conceptual constructs of ethical consumption beliefs and their impacts on the consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly faux leather apparel goods. The mediating roles of perceived consumer effectiveness and apparel environmental knowledge were examined in this research. A survey was conducted on female consumers between the ages of 20 and 50; subsequently, 300 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were follows: 1) The results of factor analysis and the reliability test on ethical consumption beliefs clearly showed factorial structures that include Social Responsibility, Eco-friendly Consumption, Animal Welfare, and Individual Enhancement. 2) The results of the mean scores of ethical consumption beliefs showed that respondents tended to consider Social Responsibility more important than the other three factors. Ethical consumption beliefs showed a significantly positive influence on consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly faux leather apparel products; in addition, Social Responsibility had the highest effect on product attitudes among the four factors of ethical consumption beliefs. 3) The perceived consumer effectiveness and environmental knowledge of apparel had important medicating roles in the relation-ship between ethical consumption beliefs and attitudes towards eco-friendly faux leather apparel products. This study highlighted a potential marketability of eco-friendly faux leather apparel products and that ethical consumption beliefs, perceived consumer effectiveness, and apparel environmental knowledge should be promoted among consumers to increase favorable attitudes towards these products.

팀 응집력이 지식은폐에 미치는 영향 : 윤리적 리더십의 조절효과 (Relationship between Team Cohesion and Knowledge Hiding : Moderating Effects of Ethical Leadership)

  • Knowledge is a key resource for organizations to gain and maintain competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important for organizations to motivate employees to share knowledge with each other in order to achieve optimal performance of knowledge resources. Despite the efforts of organizations to share knowledge, knowledge hiding is still prevalent among employees. In this paper, we want to analyze the factors that may cause more general and pervasive knowledge-hiding behavior in organizations through empirical analysis. The results of this study show that, first, the relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding has been verified differently depending on the sub-behavior of knowledge hiding : playing dumb, evasive hiding, and rationalized hiding. Team cohesion has been shown to significantly reduce the playing dumb and evasive hiding. On the other hand, it was shown that team cohesion did not have a significant causal relationship with rationalized hiding. Second, the moderating effect of ethical leadership has been statistically significant in terms of team cohesion and relationships with playing dumb and evasive hiding. In other words, the higher the ethical leadership, the stronger the negative relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this paper and future research directions are discussed.

융복합 간호윤리수업 개발을 위한 학생의 인지양식에 따른 윤리지식, 윤리적 가치관과 수업만족도 비교 (Comparing the Ethical Knowledge, Ethical Values and Class Satisfaction by Students' Cognitive Style to Develope the Convergent Nursing Ethic Class)

  • 본 연구는 인지양식을 고려한 융복합적 간호윤리수업을 개발하기 위하여 간호학생의 인지양식에 따른 윤리지식, 윤리적 가치관과 수업만족도를 비교하기 위한 조사연구이다. 간호대학생 1학년 149명을 대상으로 간호윤리수업을 4주 동안 12시간 시행한 후 2013년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고 잠입도형검사로 인지양식을 파악하였다. 대상자의 62.4%가 장의존형 인지양식으로 나타났다. 인지양식과 윤리지식은 졸업한 고등학교 계열에 따라, 윤리적 가치관은 학과 만족도에 따라, 간호윤리수업 만족도는 간호학과지원동기와 학과 만족도에 따라 차이가 있었다. 간호대학생의 인지양식에 따른 윤리지식, 윤리적 가치관은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 간호윤리수업 만족도는 장의존형 학습자에서 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호학과 전공과목에서 인지양식을 활용한 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

윤리적 의사결정모형 기반 토론식 수업이 윤리 지식, 수업만족도 및 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Debate Classes based on an Ethical Decision-Making Model on Ethical Knowledge, Class Satisfaction, and Ethical Values)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 윤리적 의사결정 역량 강화 방안으로 2013년 3월 4일에서 6월 3일까지 간호대학 4학년 82명을 대상으로 실시한 비동등성 대조군 사전 사후 유사실험연구이다. 토론식 수업을 적용한 실험군과 전통적 강의식 수업을 적용한 대조군 간의 윤리 지식, 수업만족도 및 윤리적 가치관 차이를 확인하였다. 토론식 수업은 공리주의, 의무론에 기초한 3단계 수정모형과 Value-Be-Do 모형을 포함한 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과 수업 후 윤리 지식 점수는 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 윤리적 가치관은 두 군 모두 수업 전 후 차이가 없었다. 두 군은 수업 전 후 협동자관계 영역, 대상자관계 영역에서 의무론적 성향을 보였지만, 인간생명 영역에서 공리주의적 성향을 보였다. 수업만족도는 내용이해와 실무적용 가능성 영역에서 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 결론적으로 본 윤리적 의사결정모형 기반 토론식 수업을 효과적인 간호윤리 의사결정 훈련 방안으로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

소비자지식의 효과를 고려한 윤리적 제품의 프리미엄 지불의사 및 지불비용 분석-공정무역커피를 대상으로 (A Study of Willingness to Pay Premium and Purchasing Cost of an Ethical Product with Considering the Treatment Effect of Consumer Knowledge)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the consumer responses such as willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost for fair trade coffee as an ethical product while considering the treatment effect of consumer knowledge. First, the levels of consumer knowledge, willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost were presented. Then, the influencing factors on willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost of fair trade coffee were analyzed by applying the treatment effect model. From the results, first, the level of willingness to pay premium was high and consumers having purchasing experience of fair trade coffee spent 9,923 won at once, while less than half of the consumers knew the fair trade coffee. Second, consumer knowledge, ethical judgement, perception of price value, education level and pocket money significantly influenced to willingness to pay premium, while consumer knowledge, information evaluation, importance of fair trade criteria and level of education significantly influenced to purchasing cost for fair trade coffee. Especially, consumer knowledge of fair trade coffee was an important influencing factor for willingness to pay premium and purchasing cost indirectly as well as directly. Thus, this study might provide some useful information for consumers to choose the ethical behavior and the related companies to create effective promoting strategies for ethical products.

최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십이 지식공유와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of the Ethical Leadership of the Top Management upon Sharing of Knowledge and Innovative Behavior: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of the Awareness of Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십과 조직구성원의 지식공유 및 혁신행동의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하여 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 강화할 수 있는 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 또한 이들 변수간의 관계에서 조직구성원들의 조직지원인식의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써, 조직구성원의 혁신행동 강화에 있어서 보다 구체적이고 실효성 있는 방안을 제안할 것이다. 본 연구는 서울 및 전국 소재 중소기업 구성원 337명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십은 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십은 조직구성원의 지식공유에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직구성원의 지식공유는 혁신행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십과 조직구성원의 혁신행동의 관계에서 조직구성원의 지식공유는 유의한 매개효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 다섯째, 조직지원인식은 최고경영자의 윤리적 리더십과 조직구성원의 지식공유 및 혁신행동의 관계에서 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Ethical Confidence of Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 임상간호사 125명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2014년 11월 10일부터 동년 11월 29일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0. 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율 평균, 평균평점과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients 및 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 임상간호사의 제 특성에 따른 윤리적 딜레마 정도는 연령(F=3.14, p=.017)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 윤리적 의사결정 자신감 정도는 교육정도(F=7.36, p<.001), 임상경력(t=-2.31, p=.024), 윤리강령 인지여부(t=3.17, p=.002)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 윤리적 가치관과 정적인 상관관계를 보여 주었다(r=.25, p<.001). 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 윤리적 가치관, 교육정도, 윤리강령 인지여부에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 전체 설명력은 15%였으며, 다른 영향요인 보다 가장 큰 영향력은 윤리적 가치관 (${\beta}=.28$) 으로 나타났다. 따라서 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 윤리적 가치관, 교육정도, 윤리강령에 대한 지식 정도를 향상시켜야 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 따라서 임상간호사의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램의 실행이 필요하다.

  • The new age is characterised by information communication technology, where computers, laptops, mobile gadgets such as palmtops, tablets, mobile phones and the internet have made their way to every sphere of life from our domestic environments such a homes, small retail shops, banks to large industries and the world at large. Over time, so many questions about the ethical use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have emerged on who has access to what technology and the use of it and like every other technological invention. This paper will look at the morality involved in making use of ICT to promote ethical use of data or information in a virtual environment. ICT also possesses both positive and negative impacts; the questions that these impacts raise are what this piece attempts to answer, providing global scrutiny to these ethical issues, situations and questions; and providing recommendations in line with global best practices.
