  • Recently, the role of community in public design has become important. However, the design process often places only emphasis on the 'agreement' of the community. As a result, the process was forced to collect opinions from the community only passively. Also, a process that only focuses on the formation of an agreement is likely to provoke confrontations and conflicts between those who support and oppose it. In the end, persuasion by the opposing residents is more important than decision-making by the whole community. Therefore, it has recently been paying attention to 'decision-making' that values a variety of things, not 'agreement formation'. Because various values of the community are valued and process is more important than result, 'decision-making' is different from 'agreement formation'. South Korea is also paying attention to public design, where community decision-making is central. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a methodology that can support community decision making. In Jeju, the community's decision-making support methodology was devised for urban regeneration. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of this methodology and to reveal its potential and challenge as a decision-supporting methodology.

Development of Creative Convergence Education Program for Engineering College Students

  • Recently, convergence engineering is emerged technology to make a whole new conceptual methodology attractively more than we previously developed the distinct technology for engineering college students particularly. Based on convergence methodology, we utilize the open-source electronic prototyping platform named Arduino enabling users to create interactive electronic objects and the automata that is generally referred to a wooden moving, mechanical device or art of work in order to develop the creative convergence education program. We have confidence that our education program can lead the development of automata and information technology simultaneously and can nurture talented students who have creativity and originality in engineering college.

'창의적문제해결방법론' 교과목의 플립러닝 수업 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Instructional Design of Flipped Learning for 'Creative Problem Solving Methodology' Course)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop instructional design model of flipped learning suitable for engineering education field and to draw out effects and improvements by applying it to actual lessons for engineering college students. Literature review and case studies were conducted to achieve the purpose of the study. For a case study, flipped learning was applied to 'creative problem solving methodology' which is a liberal arts course of engineering college at D university in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the literature review, the PARTNER model was applied and weekly instructional guide was presented by each stage. In addition, the results of analysis on the reflection journal showed that the students were more able to achieve the deepening learning stage through active participation in class than the existing class, and found that they had a more challenging plan after the class.

  • The digital informational era of the 21st century requires the fostering of human resource in the field of software with creativity and personality. This paper deals with the educating method in programming course for non-majors which fosters creativity for problem solving ability and personality using cooperative interaction to build communication ability. We also seek to build a model through DEVS methodology for creative problem solving and analyze the effects of programming education for the cultivation of creativity and personality. Our proposed model is expected to be used as a guide to establish creativity and personality for human resource cultivation in programming education.

  • 플랜트 산업의 대형화, 복잡화 추세에 따라 플랜트 프로젝트의 수행효율을 극대화하기 위해 모듈러 플랜트의 적용비율이 높아지고 있다. 모듈러 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 사업수행 전 단계에 걸친 사업수행 전략 수립 및 이행이 필수적이다. 그러나 국내 건설업체는 플랜트 사업관리기술의 정립이나 적용이 미비한 실정으로 특히 사업관리 기술의 핵심요소로써 원가와 공정의 통합관리 방법을 정립하고 체계화 하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 모듈러 플랜트 프로젝트의 원가와 공정을 통합관리하기 위한 방법론 및 지침서 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 모듈러 공법의 일반적인 사항, 원가·공정관리의 업무절차에 대한 이론적 고찰을 토대로 원가관리 방법론, 공정관리 방법론을 개발하고 원가·공정을 모듈단위로 통합관리 할 수 있는 방법론과 지침서를 개발하였다. 모듈러 플랜트 프로젝트에 특화된 원가·공정 통합관리 방법론 및 지침서의 적용을 통해 프로젝트 관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

현대건축의 '물질조직화' 개념을 활용한 통합설계교육방법론 연구 (A Methodology of Architectural Integrated Design Education based on 'Material Organization')

  • 본 논문은 통합설계교육 방법론에 대한 연구로서 1990년대 물질조직화의 개념으로 작업하였던 건축가들 중 특히 FOA에 집중하여 건축관과 설계방법론을 고찰하고 이를 적용한 수업사례를 중심으로 통합설계교육 방법론으로서의 가능성을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. FOA의 설계방법론은 프로토타입에서 출발하여 건물을 구성하는 요소를 물질로서 다루고 다이어그램의 위상학적 변환의 과정으로 이들을 조정하고 통합하여 하나의 건물로 일관성 있게 조직화하는 방법이다. 이를 실제 본인이 지도하였던 통합설계스튜디오의 설계방법론으로 적용하여 학생들의 설계과제를 진행하고 이를 분석하였다. 통합설계스튜디오는 대지의 문화적, 역사적 맥락의 이해를 바탕으로 한 설계개념의 추출에서 시작하여, 기본법규사항과 무장애 설계에 대한 이해와 적용을 거쳐, 필요한 기술적 요소들을 적용하고 조정하면서 상세설계까지 발전시키는 것을 교육목표로 삼아 진행되었으며, 학생들은 물질조직화의 방법으로 여러 관련 이론과목에서 배운 지식들을 통합한 설계안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이 과정에서 학생들은 구조, 대지의 역사, 극장 시야각 등을 주요 물질 요소로 삼아 형태를 형성하며 학습한 지식과 설계안을 일관성 있게 통합할 수 있음을 보여주었으며, 이에 FOA의 물질조직화를 기반으로 한 설계방법론은 통합설계방법론으로서의 의의를 갖는다고 판단된다.

Q방법론을 활용한 여자 간호대학생의 분노표현 양상 탐색 (Exploration of Anger Expression Patterns of Female Nursing Students using Q Methodology)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify subjective perception types on anger expression among female nursing students and to investigate characteristics according to the subjective perception types. In order to achieve this purpose, the study used Q-methodology. There were 30 study participants and they completed the Q-sort activity, rating each statement relative to the others using 32 Q statements. The data were analyzed using the QUANL PC program. There were three types of forms extracted from anger expressions among female nursing students; a type on 'embracive soothing', a type on 'reasonable expression', and a type on 'ambivalence over emotional expression'. The commonality of the three types were: talking about their anger emotions with others, asking for help in religion and pushing their opponent. Therefore, Adequate strategies based on anger expression types need to be developed to resolve anger among female nursing students.

  • Home economics education professional knowledge consists of empirical interpretive critical science component. Thus it is imperative that the alternative research perspectives be used to gain certain knowledge for the profession of home economics education. In human inquiry and education there is a growing concern that the dominant research paradigm positivist natural science model is inadequate to address the phenomena constructed by persons. However, Home economics education has not examined and almost utilized alternative research perspectives. This review will probe research logic and resecrach methodology of qualitative inquiry within home economics education and highlight the shift from positivism to post-positivism.

  • Distance Learning Education has been adopted as an alternative educational method to actively face the changing educational field. Fashion design education essentially requires not only a theoretical but also a practical process in which feedback comes through personal interactions between an instructor and a student. Hence, the existing WBI system exemplifies its limitations by applying only a one-way methodology that limit interactions based only on the theoretical texts. The objective of this study was to reveal the effects of an originally designed Distance Education program factoring in a teaching-learning methodology that addresses the practical demands of a fashion design program. So It analyzed the pre-existing conditions through a questionnaire survey of 472 students and 60 fashion design instructors to determine how the traditional fashion design education is different from other programs and which method is being applied. then, It designed and applied an original web-based distance educational system specifically incorporating the needs of the fashion design curriculum based on the data collected from the survey questionnaire.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가에 대한 예비체육교사의 인식을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인간 내면의 감정, 의견, 인식 등을 탐색할 수 있는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 분석결과 3가지 유형이 탐색되었고, 각 유형은 전문시설지원요구형과 전문기술지도요구형 그리고 평가방법개선요구형으로 명명되었다. 결론으로, 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가를 준비하는데 있어 예비체육교사들은 전문시설의 지원과 전문기술을 지도받을 수 있는 기회의 제공 그리고 평가 방법과 절차에 대한 구체적인 사전 안내 등을 희망하는 것으로 해석되었다.
