기술이 복잡해지고 기술수명이 짧아지면서 기업의 개방형 협력이 기술경영의 주요 전략으로 작용하고 있다. 그러나 최근 들어 중소기업에 대한 기술공급처로 대두되고 있는 출연(연)의 경우 기술개발과 기업에 대한 일회적 지원에 익숙하다보니 제대로 된 협력을 수행하는 게 쉽지 않다. 게다가 기존의 많은 연구들은 주로 성과 결정요인이 무엇인지를 밝히는데 초점을 맞추어 왔을 뿐, 협력 파트너간의 장기적 관계형성에 필요한 특성이나 결정요인에 관한 연구는 비교적 많이 다루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 출연(연)과 중소기업의 협력이 장기적으로 지속될 수 있도록 유인하는 영향요인이 무엇인지 검증하기 위해 이전 받은 기술의 상용화를 목적으로 개발인력을 중소기업에 파견하는 사업을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기업은 출연(연)과의 협력을 통해 획득한 기술적, 경제적 성과보다 오히려 지원받은 내용의 질과 관계된 인력 및 행정절차의 만족도가 높을 때 장기적 관계지속을 위한 관계의도가 높아지며, 지원성과는 지원요소와 장기적 협력관계 형성사이의 매개요인으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 향후 출연(연)이 중소기업과 보다 효과적으로 협력하기 위해서는 일회적 관계에 기반을 둔 단순 지원의 확대보다는 지원프로세스 및 지원내용의 질적수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 방향으로 개편해 나가야 함을 시사해 준다.

This paper presents the performance evaluation of PV systems installed at Tibet area of China in order to identity the key factors that determines system operation at a severe climate conditions and promote the cooperation of PV technology between Korea and China. The installed systems consist of 100kW on-grid connected PV systems, BOS(balance of systems), data acquisition and transmission equipments. The Korea side supplied the solar cell, BOS like as inverter, control box and monitoring system. And the Chinese side assembled solar module, constructed site and built control house. It has been shown that the average radiation per monthly from Tibet is 1.5 times larger than that from Mokpo. Also, radiation time from Tibet is 2hour higher than that from Korea. The economical analysis has shown that with the current prices, investment in a grid connected PV systems is generally profitable

We investigated the effect of ultrasound on the dewaterability of sewage sludge. Because, dewatering and disposal of waste sludge is a major economical factor in the operation of wastewater treatment plants. Capillary Suction Time(CST) and Specific Resistance to Filtration (SRF) were used to evaluate the sludge dewatering behaviors. From the results of the experiment, it was found that ultrasonic treatment can improve the dewaterability. We discovered that CST and SRF were highly related, according to the correlation coefficient($R^{2}$).

Korea is a small country with extremely high population density. Industrialization of the nation resulted GNP per capita of over 2,000$ in 1986 with an inevitable by-product, high level of pollution in many areas. Forest land is now acknowledged as not only a wood production site but also an origin of much more important intangible values, water and clean air, soil conservation, and recreational and scenic values. Mostly devastated forest land from Korean War has been recovered under the strong afforestation drive from the government. The first Forest Development Plan was mostly reforestation phase and the second Forest Development Plan is foundation establishment phase. The third and later Plans are to enlarge economical forest and to maintain sustatined yield phase. Forestry administration as well as forest research certainly played a great role in successful accomplishment of two Forest Development Plans. For effective planning and accomplishment of the third Forest Development Plan close cooperation among policy makers, forest managers and research workers are mostly required.

Many countries are trying to develope the sustainable energy and environmental protection through a more concrete international cooperation. In this paper, the necessity and technical & economical feasibility on the interconnection of power systems in the South Korea, North Korea and North East Asia Region are emphasized with reference to the interconnection between the integrated power system according to the reunification of Germany and the Western European Power System. The Germany has a similar experience of separation and disconnection of their power system what happened in the Korean peninsula. Particularly the Power Economics And Clean Environment Network that could contribute to the PEACE promotion. Through the PEACE NETWORK PROJECT, the interconnection of power systems in North-Eastern Asia should be discussed in serious.

한국의 공역은 매우 제한적이나 공역사용자들이 많고 특히 군기관의 전용 공역이 많이 설정되어 있고 이 전용 구역을 민간항공기가 사용할 수 기회가 매우 제한적이다. 그러나 항공수요가 계속 증가하므로 공역의 활용도를 높혀 항공수요에 적극적으로 대처하기 위하여 관련 사용자들간의 적극적인 협조가 요구되고 있다. 항로 이외의 대부분이 군기관의 군훈련공역과 제한구역인데, 여기서는 민간항공기에게 이 공역에 대한 활용도를 높히는 방법과 그로 인하여 민간항공에 경제적으로 어느 정도의 혜택이 주어지는지를 보여준다.

Compositional design and optimization of processing parameters are key factors for controlling and improving the properties of SiC-based electroconductive ceramic composites. Compare economic estimation of SiC ceramic heater with sheathe heater are as followings. (1) Temperature rising time of sheath heater is 1.1 times faster than SiC ceramic heater. (2) Heating insulation of SiC ceramic heater is 2.7 times larger than sheath heater. If SiC ceramic heater is one body type of a product application, contact resistance will decrease. I think that temperature initial rising time is faster than now. The more SiC ceramic heater is used for a long time, the more economic benefit is larger in the view point of heat insulation.

This paper deals with the design process of the footbridge over the branch between Singil and Yoido. For the design of a resonable and beautiful footbridge, it is required to consider technical methods and artistic geometry. The design approach to this footbridge is related with both the field of science and art, therefore from starting the process is made in cooperation with engineers and architects. It results in not only reasonable but economical structural master piece to close the gap between a technology-oriented tendency and a artistic inclination toward structural design.

Recently, the lightning damage to human and structure is increasing steadily and many countries try to reduce lightning-caused casualties and economical loss through special disaster management system. The organization of warning system and management system for lightning damage in developed countries were investigated in this paper. The organization of central government for disaster management and cooperation system with local government in USA, Japan, the Britain, and Germany were introduced and the division of roles with meteorological administration were described.
