We present an identity on moments of a compound random variable by using an auxiliary counting random variable. Based on this identity, we develop a new recurrence formula for obtaining the raw and central moments of any order for a given compound random variable.

In this paper, we provide Sawyer type conditions on a pair of weights so that the dyadic paraproduct π_b is bounded from L²(u) into L²(v). The conditions can be obtained by checking the boundedness of the dyadic paraproduct on a collection of test functions.

The aim of this research note is to derive the well known Kummer's second theorem by transforming the integrals which represent some generalized hypergeometric functions. This theorem can also be shown by combining two known Bailey's and Preece's identities for the product of generalized hypergeometric series.

In this paper, we have the extended result of Bunce's theorem. And we show that if T is an irreducible p-hyponormal operator such that T*T-TT* is compact, then ${\sigma}_{ap}(T)={\sigma}_e(T)$ and ${\sigma}_p({\phi}(T))={\sigma}_e({\phi}(T))$.

This article deals with the teacher training for a minor in mathematics. We investigate the drawbacks of the teacher training which is enforced to resolve the overabundant teachers. And we claim that theachers must get a master's degree in a graduate school of education if they get a secondary teaching certificate.

The noncommutative extension of the complex numbers for the four dimensional real space is a quaternion. R. Fueter, C. A. Deavours and A. Subdery have developed a theory of quaternion analysis. M. Naser and K. N$\hat{o}$no have given several results for integral formulas of hyperholomorphic functions in Clifford analysis. We research the properties of hyperholomorphic functions on $\mathbb{C}^2{\times}\mathbb{C}^2$.

The approximate solvability of a generalized system for relaxed cocoercive extended general variational inequalities is studied by using the project operator technique. The results presented in this paper are more general and include many previously known results as special cases.

The aim of this paper is to prove a common fixed point theorem in normed linear spaces for discontinuous, occasionally weakly biased mappings without assuming completeness of the space. We give an example to illustrare our theorem. We also give an application of our theorem to best approximation theory. Our theorem improve the results of Gregus [9], Jungck [12], Pathak, Cho and Kang [22], Sharma and Deshpande [26]-[28].
