  • 태양전지 어레이(PV-array)로부터 발전되는 DC 전력을 AC로 변환시켜 계통으로 발전시키는 역할을 하는 태양광 발전 시스템용 PCS의 스위칭 회로 Topology로는 일반적으로 3상 풀브리지 회로가 사용된다. 이러한 3상 풀브리지 회로 시스템의 수명예측을 위해 DC link 단의 커패시터의 커패시턴스를 계산하여 커패시턴스의 감소정도를 이용하여 전체 시스템의 수명을 예측하게 된다. 이러한 커패시터의 상태를 추정하기 위해서는 시스템을 정지시킨 후 커패시터를 분리하여 커패시턴스를 측정하는 방법, 특정 주파수의 전류(일반적으로 저주파)를 주입하고 주입한 전류의 주파수에 해당하는 전류 및 전압을 검출하여 capacitance 연산하는 방식등이 이용된다. 시스템을 정지시킨 후 커패시터를 분리하여 커패시턴스를 측정하는 방법은 번거로우며, 전류 주입을 이용한 방식은 불필요한 고조파 전류가 계통으로 침투하는 단점을 가진다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 모듈타입 PCS 이용시 계통으로 고조파 침투가 없는 비침투 커패시턴스 계산 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • Primary dissection of the renal artery is rare. Spontaneous renal artery dissection can be associated with diseases such as medial degeneration, neurofibromatosis, syphilitic arteritis, tuberculosis, polyarteritis nodosa, Marfan syndrome, fibromuscular dysplasia, or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). Among these causes, EDS related renal artery dissection is very rare worldwide and has not been previously reported in Korea. EDS are a group of heritable connective tissue disorders characterized by fragility of the skin and hypermobility of the joints. We describe the case history of a young man who presented with left side flank pain, hypermobility of the hand joints and showed left renal artery dissection on computed tomography and angiography that turned out to be the first complication of vascular type EDS.

Power System is designed through investigation of advanced domestic and international example. IIA Power System Design make instantaneously the Power Distribution Facilities and the SCADA System to construct the airport. and the Airport Power Information System to operate the Power System. It is designed to take efficient and safe Power System including the advanced technology. Power System make the integrated Power Information Database to operate the Main Control Center, analyze the data about the relation of the Power System and Airport operation, and will support the important files in the future.

  • Usually the static scheduling algorithms such as DMS (Deadline Monotonic Scheduling) or RMS(Rate Monotonic Scheduling) are used for CAN scheduling due to its ease with implementation. However, due to their inherently low utilization of network media, some dynamic scheduling approaches have been studied to enhance the utilization. In case of dynamic scheduling algorithms, two considerations are needed. The one is a priority inversion due to rough deadline encoding into stricted arbitration fields of CAN. The other is an arbitration delay due to the non-preemptive feature of CAN. In this paper, an extended algorithm is proposed from an existing EDS(Earliest Deadline Scheduling) approach of CAN scheduling algorithm haying a solution to the priority inversion. In the proposed algorithm, the available bandwidth of network media can be checked dynamically by all nodes. Through the algorithm, arbitration delay causing the miss of their deadline can be avoided in advance. Also non real-time messages can be processed with their bandwidth allocation. The proposed algorithm can achieve full network utilization and enhance aperiodic responsiveness, still guaranteeing the transmission of periodic messages.

  • 변전소와 같은 대규모의 전력설비 뿐만 아니라 통실설비에서도 낙뢰의 침입시와 스위치의 동작시 과전압이 발생 될 수 있는 안전상의 문제와 설비의 보호라는 측면에서 접지계통의 중요성은 아무리 강조하여도 부족하다. 그러나 운전중에는 설비의 누설전류와 불평형전류에 의해 형성된 대지전위의 영향으로 운전중인 전력설비를 대상으로 기존의 접지저항측정방식으로 접지저항 측정이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 접지저항 측정방식과 측정법이 동일하면서도 설비가 운전중인 경우에도 접지저항의 측정이 가능한 방법과 측정 장치를 소개한다. 본 방법은 운전중인 전력설비에서 이미 형성된 대지전위성분을 분석하고 이와 간섭을 일으키지 않는 독립적인 주파수를 선정하는 방식을 채택하고 있다. 또한 이러한 방식의 실증을 위하여 대규모 접지망인 변전소를 대상으로 하여 건설 후 운전전과 운전후의 접지저항 측정을 시도하고 이를 비교하였다. 실증시험결과 대규모접지망의 경우에도 설비가 운휴중인 경우의 접지저항간과 운용중인 경우의 접지저항값이 일치함을 실증하였다. 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 방법과 장치의 경우 운전중인 대규모 접지망의 접지저항 측정이 가능하다는 것을 입증하였다.

  • Although many studies have focused on the biological and toxicological effects of phenol products, in particular, in reproductive tracts, the data about their effects in this estrogenic responsive tissue are much less clear. In addition, the in vitro and in vivo data concerning ED-adverse impacts in other endocrine organs, i.e. pituitary gland, are not understood well either. Thus, a further study is needed for providing a new insight into possible impacts of estrogenic EDs including phenol products in humans and wildlife. A combination of in vitro and in vivo system for examining EDs may bring better understanding into the regulatory mechanisms underlying EDs-induced events. In addition, this information may support for developing optimal screening methods of estrogenic EDs, in particular, phenol products.

  • 스마트워터그리드와 같은 첨단 정보통신기술을 활용한 물 관리 기술의 도입으로 수도운영사업에서도 누수와 같은 이상사건인지 목적의 효율적 빅 데이터 분석기법의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 국내외적으로 누수인지를 위한 다양한 연구기법, 범위, 계측항목, 샘플링 주기 등이 제시된 바 있으나, 이상감지시스템(Event Detection System, EDS)은 대상지역 특정적 특성을 가지고 있어 범용적인 모델을 구축하는 데는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 소블럭 단위의 유량자료 분석을 통한 이상감지시스템의 적용가능여부를 판별하고 적합 모델구축자료 방안을 제시하는 K-EDS 모델을 개발하였다. 모델분석의 절차는 자료획득, 자료 전처리, 탐색적 자료해석, 그리고 각 기법 평가로 진행된다. 개발된 모델을 다양한 특성을 가지는 실제 지방상수도시스템에 적용하여 분석하였으며, 최종적으로 모델적용 가능성과 영향인자 등을 도출하였다. 개발된 모델은 소블럭별 현장계측자료 기반의 이상감지모델 적용 적합도 판별에 활용될 수 있으며, 향후 누수 인지 및 누수지속시간 감소를 위한 SW로 개발이 가능하다.

  • Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is an inherited disorder of collagen biosynthesis and structure, characterized by skin hyperextensibility, joint hypermobility, aberrant scars, and tissue friability. Besides the skin, skeleton (joint) and vessels, other organs such as the eyes and the intestine can be affected in this syndrome. Accordingly, interdisciplinary cooperation is necessary for a successful treatment. Three basic surgical problems are arising due to an EDS: decreased the strength of the tissue causes making the wound dehiscence, increased bleeding tendency due to the blood vessel fragility, and delayed wound healing period. Surgery patients with an EDS require an experienced surgeon in treating EDS patients; the treatment process requires careful tissue handling and a long postoperative care. A surgeon should also recognize whether the patient shows a resistance to local anesthetics and a high risk of hematoma formation. This report describes a patient with a wide open wound on the foot dorsum and delayed wound healing after the primary approximation of the wound margins.

Surface Characteristics of Porous Ti-6Al-4V Implants Fabricated by Electro-Discharge-Sintering in a Low Vacuum Atmosphere (저진공 분위기 전기방전소결에 의해 제조된 다공성 Ti-6Al-4V 임플란트의 표면특성 연구)

  • A single electro-discharge-sintering (EDS) pulse (1.0 kJ/0.7 g), from a $300{\mu}F$ capacitor, was applied to atomized spherical Ti-6Al-4V powder in a low vacuum to produce porous-surfaced implant compacts. A solid core surrounded by a porous layer was formed by a discharge in the middle of the compact. XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) was used to study the surface characteristics of the implant material. C, O, and Ti were the main constituents, with smaller amounts of Al, V, and N. The implant surface was lightly oxidized and was primarily in the form of $TiO_2$ with a small amount of metallic Ti. A lightly etched EDS implant sample showed the surface form of metallic Ti, indicating that EDS breaks down the oxide film of the as-received Ti-6Al-4V powder during the discharge process. The EDS Ti-6Al-4V implant surface also contained small amounts of aluminum oxide in addition to $TiO_2$. However, V detected in the EDS Ti-6Al-4V implant surface, did not contribute to the formation of the oxide film..

Phase Transformation of Ti-Ni-Zr Icosahedral Phase and Fabrication of Porous Ti and W Compacts using Electro-Discharge Sintering (전기방전소결을 이용한 Ti-Ni-Zr 준 결정상의 상변화 연구와 Ti, W 다공체 제작)

  • Electro-Discharge Sintering (EDS) employs a high-voltage/high-current-density pulse of electrical energy, discharged from a capacitor bank, to instantaneously consolidate powders. In the present study, a single pulse of 0.57-1.1 kJ/0.45 g-atomized spherical $Ti_{52}Zr_{28}Ni_{20}$ powders in size range of 10~30 and $30\sim50{\mu}m$ consisting of ${\beta}$-(Ti, Zr) and icosahedral phases were applied to examine the structural evolution of icosahedral phase during EDS. Structural investigation reveals that high electrical input energy facilitates complete decomposition of icosahedral phase into C14 laves and ${\beta}$-(Ti, Zr) phases. Moreover, critical input energy inducing decomposition of the icosahedral phase during EDS depends on the size of the powder. Porous Ti and W compacts have been fabricated by EDS using rectangular and spherical powders upon various input energy at a constant capacitance of $450{\mu}F$ in order to verify influence of powder shape on microstructure of porous compacts. Besides, generated heat (${\Delta}H$) during EDS, which is measured by an oscilloscope, is closely correlated with powder size.
