The purpose of this research is to show that elements of learning information's record(learning time and the score of practice test) have a significant effect on the correctness of decision when they are applied to e-Learning based on CAT with SPRT model. Especially, the score of practice test can be used in the real e-learning environment as its effect showed approximately 90% improvement. Therefore, if we apply learning information's record to SPRT in evaluation, we can evaluate the learner's ability more precisely and quickly, contributing to the enhancement of the individualization of learners. If an algorithm with variables from learning information's record can be developed, a better e-Learning evaluation program will be made in the future.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The teaching-learning model of e-learning should be developed. Universities should develop study system modules that can select assortatively by learners according to the e-Learning course and present a new education model of university for the liberal arts course, areas needing an industry-academic cooperation and an lifelong education in university and so on. Also, the one step e-Learning course of four weeks quantities should be administered through developing combination courses that appropriately combine advantages both face-to-face courses and on-line courses to activate the e-Learning.

The purpose of this study is to investigate operating practices of human resources nourishing institutions and analyze the degree of satisfaction to the e-learning learners in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of 70 human resources nourishing institutions and 758 e-learning learners in Busan area for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data was frequency analysis. SPSS for windows programs were applied in the analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, it is found that there is a widespread affirmative perceptions in the fields of both operating practices and satisfaction on e-learning. Second, however, it is also found that more efforts needed to be made in some areas such as method for effective e-learning and the management of programs, and more concerns should be need to the age group of fifty-over. These groups are short of understanding and acceptance of e-learning environment.

The purpose of this study is to develop the components and design strategies of e-learning content for the development of interpersonal competency, one of NCS vocational core competencies. In order to standardize the educational curriculum and content of interpersonal competency, this study has referred to the educational handbook of NCS vocational core competencies that the Human Resources Development Service of Korea has developed. Based on such standardized content, e-learning content components and design strategies were extracted by analyzing related studies and e-learning cases as well as by conducting surveys and interviews with experts and instructors of the field. Applying components and design strategies extracted through those investigations, the e-learning content for the development of interpersonal competency was developed. Its design's validity and educational effect were evaluated by interviews and surveys with students, professors, and experts. The evaluation results show that the e-learning content was appropriately designed and was effective in learning interpersonal competency as one of NCS vocational core competencies.

The utilization of Big data in the field of education has spread around the developed countries. However, in Korea, there are only experimental approaches related to Bigdata, yet for the related researches and services to appear. Therefore, it is the situation that needs to understand the reason for poor use of big data in the e-Learning industry, study and seek out alternatives to solve these problems. The result of this study shows that it was investigated that the high level of understanding of Bigdata has recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data and the more large-scale sales companies have recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data in the e-Learning industry. In conclusion, this study makes a proposal to expand the training and utilization policies of Bigdata relating to different sales scales.

e-러닝의 활용도와 역할이 커져 가면서, 온톨로지(Ontology)나 컨셉맵(Concept Map)을 이용하여 e-러닝의 학습효과를 높이는 방안들이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 e-러닝에 온톨로지나 컨셉맵 개념을 적용한 연구 사례는 미미한 수준이며, 이들간의 연계에 대한 고려 없이 별개의 대상으로 다루어져 왔다. 본 연구는 온톨로지와 컨셉맵의 상호 연관 관계와 각각의 장점들을 분석하여 학습에 있어서 시너지(Synergy)를 가져올 수 있는 새로운 e-러닝 시스템 구축 방안을 제안한다. 제안 시스템에서 온톨로지와 컨셉맵 간의 연계는 컨셉맵 에이전트에 의해 이루어진다. 컨셉맵 에이전트는 학습자의 수준이나 관심영역(주제와 범위)에 맞게 온톨로지로부터 추출한 학습 콘텐츠를 재구성해 준다. 학습자는 제안 시스템의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 자신이 이해하고 있는 지식을 컨셉맵 형태로 표현할 수 있고, 컨셉맵 에이전트에게 요청하여 제공 받은 모범답안 컨셉맵과 자신이 표현한 컨셉맵을 비교하여 학습자가 스스로 자기 평가를 할 수 있다. 본 e-러닝 시스템이 제공하는 이러한 새로운 형태의 학습 환경은 학습자가 학습 지식에 대해 보다 체계적으로 접근하여 효과적으로 학습할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 학습에 있어서 컨셉맵을 이용하므로 학습 형태의 특성상 보다 원천적으로 암기 위주의 학습에서 탈피하여 구성주의적인 학습을 가능하게 한다.

A lot of existence e-learning are connected SCORM and LMS. And u-learning was researching as one of the new trend. But there are few research paper to connect the existing SCORM and LMS. In this paper, we proposed u-learning framework with connect the SCORM and LMS. And we used the mobile equipment transform module and learning object reconstruction module to apply each different characteristics of mobile equipment. Especially, information of the mobile equipment was stored and managed using the meta-data of the equipment.
