This paper was conducted to improve existing festival apps that present information in a one-dimensional and unengaging manner by analyzing the factors for festival quality factor from satisfaction evaluation items in culture and tourism festival evaluation reports as well as international and domestic studies. An exploratory factor analysis generated a KMO value of 0.821. After eliminating factors with factor loadings lower than the standard value, the factors of accessibility, promotion and information, contents of events, festival products, food, and amenities were extracted. Reliability was gauged using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$(Alpha), which was calculated to be 0.816. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the p value in the chi-square test was 0.289 while CMIN/DF was 1.100. The fit indices of GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, and IFI were all higher than the 0.9 mark while RMSEA was 0.018.

Advances in IT technology and modernization of AtoN(Aids to Navigation) facility has increased the unmanned operation of AtoN. However, in AtoN facilities, accessibility is low and it is not able to perform maintenance on the bad weather at the time. In connection with this, in this paper, by applying the protocol of the enhanced dual LED marine lantern, we implemented the short-range monitoring system for a mobile terminal. System implemented in this paper can be carried out confirm the operation status, inspection or control of the dual LED marine lantern at a short distance. Also, it is possible to reduce maintenance costs and prevent accidents during inspection of AtoN. At the same time, it enables the operation test easily without disassembling the product, effective AtoN operation is possible. We tested the system that has been implemented using prototype of the LED marine lantern and confirmed state informations and controlled the behavior of the system in real time.

The purpose of the study was to induce meaning of the UX design from users' interview. The study covers interviews from 20 untact finance application users in their twenties in written form. It aims to examine previous studies on UX design and to overcome their shortcomings by categorizing usability qualities focusing on verbs used in the interview. The followings are the result: Usability of UX design can be summarized into Unity, Trust, Persistency, Recognition and Approachability of the information to the 20 users in their twenties. As for the data earned from interviews focusing on verbs, usability included Security, Familiarity, Accessibility, Convenience of Operation and Visibility. Each of the qualities fell into related categories such as Security, Information, Brand and Design. In conclusion, analysis based on verb choices led to better understanding of the user-based experience compared to using objective means in previous studies and can be a suggestion to make up for errors in the former evaluation process.

Today, the utilization of communication devices is being increased including information terminals, cell phones, handheld personal digital assistants (PDA) caused by the development of information and communication technology. The development of information and services is speeding up, whereas most communication devices have provided a inefficient hierarchical menu and sequential searching structure. In this study, the Adaptive User Interface is applied to the Bus Information Terminal(BIT) which is one of communication equipment installed in the bus stop. It will be based on analysis of unspecified individuals' preferences and user's directly personalization in the BIT prototype. We expect the results of this study to be possible to provide users with efficient and convenient information acquisition and contribute to the development of public transport use by improving the accessibility and usability of BIT.

Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

The rapid innovation of information and communication technology and its sharp falling prices have brought about the expansion of the Internet, integrating the world as one space under converged space and time. This rapid expansion of the Internet and its application in the economy have spurred the emergence of the digital economy. The Internet has influenced strongly on the changes of not only economic activities but also political, social and cultural activities. In this context, a rapidly increasing Internet expansion renders the rhetoric about the death of distance and about the meaningless of geographical place. However, the development and expansion of Internet induces a growing digital divide among nations and also a spatial inequality in a nation as the supply of the Internet has concentrated towards demand-affluent large cities. A large gap of digital access has been occurred between high income and low income countries according to a measurement of the international digital access index. In a national level, the Internet backbone has been built around large cities which favor a large amount of the Internet demand, and the affordable accessibility of these cities for the Internet services has influenced strongly on the agglomeration of Internet related industries, further inducing the construction and investment of the Internet backbone into large cities as cumulative causation effects. As a result, the expansion of the Internet affects immensely on the changes of spatial structure in a nation resulting in the new spatial phenomena such as centralization, concentration and splintering in the digitalized space-economy.

The exponential increase of digital contents brought about the e-Challenge crisis to the librarians. How can all the e-resources be managed effectively? How can we detect all the broken links? How can we assist the users to the right resources? This paper concentrates on building CLICK(Cooperative Link Center in KOREA) as a knowledge compass by collecting diverse science & technology information and creating tight coupled links between information resources for reference linking and providing users with the optimal route for the resource per user. If the publishers, Abstract & Index DB, Searching Portal, Electronic Libraries, Full-text DB and Aggregator can be linked by using a standardized way through a CLICK, the service channels can be diversified. Users can select the channels without rein under according to a use purpose and conditions.

The efficiency and quality of healthcare services rely heavily on the secure protection and transparent management of individuals' medical information, which is becoming increasingly important in the digital age. To address this issue, we propose a distributed identity management (DID) and electronic medical record (EMR) integration system based on Hyperledger Indy, which aims to ensure the ownership of medical information to individuals and increase the accessibility and utilization of medical information. The system will allow individuals to manage their own medical information and share it transparently when necessary, which will improve the efficiency of healthcare services. In addition, the system will securely protect and transparently manage medical information, increasing the transparency of medical services and strengthening individuals' control over their medical information. Thus, the system will contribute significantly to improving the quality of medical services, protecting individuals' medical information, and improving the efficiency of medical services.

The issue about the safety management of gas related work has been studied toward a direction to utilize IoT system recently. For this purpose, the matters of user's demand has been deduced through the literature survey, field survey, and professional consultation, by studying the characteristics of worker, work, and work site. In summary, these are the demands for mobile App, 1)a clear arrangement of contents, 2)a design with high readability, 3)a design with low death, 4) securing of user's accessibility, 5)an effective information transmission plan in the work section where it is impossible to operate the mobile device, 6)an activation of alarm function at the section of high working error, 7)a fast two-way transmission and receipt of safety inspection matter needed at work, 8)a selection of images and contents that can guide the situation to the worker in case of accident, 9)an alarm function for the degree of danger in an area of worker's location. Based on these, a basic design of safety application for gas related work has been proposed, that can secure the user accessibility.

The purpose of this study was to induce continuing health screening of the examinees of the health promotion centers by identifying reason of health screening, selection factors of health promotion center, satisfaction level for health promotion center and revisit intention for the examinees who have utilized the health promotion centers of hospitals in Busan and also understanding the examinees' preferences. This study has been conducted from 2, 22.~4, 5. 2013 with the 892 examinees who had utilized the 10 medical institutes in Busan. And the frequency, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, logistic regression was analysed. The summary of the study results is as follows. In terms of health screening type, those with office worker physical examination, those with revisit had the highest frequency whereas the group with no disease and the group of being healthy for subjective health condition had the highest frequency. As for the determination factors of health promotion center, accessibility, partnership work, acquaintance recommendation was found to be the highest and followed. And as for the satisfaction level of health promotion center, satisfaction level for accessibility and medical check-up was found to be the highest with 3.59 points, and followed by satisfaction level for brand name, facility, the economic cost. Finally, as for the revisit intention had the highest frequency. Based on the study results above it would be necessary to establish a reasonable price structure in revitalizing promotion and improving health program.
