This study was conducted to explore parenting experiences for mothers of adolescent children. Participants in the study were 7 primary caregivers of children in the first to third grades of middle school in the Seoul area, and in-depth interviews were conducted from September to November 2019. After recording the interviews of each participant, the transcripts of verbal words and documents that were the summary of the interview were collected as data. In this study, the participants' perceptions of experiences and actions were analyzed by Smith & Osborn (2003)'s interpretative phenomenological method, which allows researchers to make meanings. As a result of data analysis, 6 major topics and 25 sub-themes were derived. The results derived from the parenting experiences of mothers of adolescents are largely six types: the implications of spending time with their children, unnatural act, the aesthetics of expression, the way to recharge energy, the mental heritage that they want to leave for their children, and resilience. The research results of this study can be presented so that they can learn the healthy responses and interaction of care-givers in a preventive educational dimension, as it provides both generality and specificity of how mothers should interact with their adolescent children in the field of clinical practice.

Recently, financial companies are promoting chatbot services in line with the reduction of branches and the expansion of non-face-to-face services. However, it is difficult to expand the chatbot services at once in the presence of technical limitations and constraints of internal and external environment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the various situations of chatbot service to preemptively identify problems that can occur in stages and seek solutions. This study conducted interviews with 12 field practitioners and researchers to examine the intentions and behaviors of financial chatbot service users and interpreted them using TPB. The study revealed the characteristics of 'feelings and attitudes' such as convenience or inconvenience from the chatbot experience, 'subjective norms' such as herd behavior or the yearning for empathy of others, and 'behavioral control' according to the recognition of difficulty or convenience of chatbot use process. This study shows that this characteristic can affect the intention and actual behavior of users to use chatbot service continuously. In the future research, it is necessary to empirically study specific intentions and influence factors for actual users.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the application and utility of emergency rescue education and derive limitations, improvements and development directions of university education based on the field experience of 119 emergency medical technician(EMT)s. The research subjects were six new 119 emergency medical technician(EMT)s within three years of starting their first-aid service in the field. After conducting in-depth narrative interviews, the analysis was performed using Colaizzi method. The 82 formulated meanings were derived from significant statements. From formulated meanings, 23 themes, 4 theme clusters, 2 categories were identified. The four theme clusters were 'The effectiveness of university education', 'The limitations of university education', 'The direction of improvement in educational methodology' and 'The direction of improvement in educational contents. University education has been helpful overall, but limitations are observed at the same time, suggesting that it should be developed through the improvement of educational methodologies (i.e. problem-based learning, field case review, education through role-playing, simulation education, strengthening skill ect.) and educational content (i.e. training tailored to the field, education focused on trauma or cardiac arrest, expansion of triage education in disaster management, reinforcement of education on-site safety, education on special patients, diverse guidance and faculty for different perspectives).

Jeong Sun-Ah built up her performance career for twenty years with bold and energetic acting and solidified her status as a leading actress of Korean musical since her debut. To benefit from the value of her experience this study performed an in-depth interview with her, applying the Theory of "Projection" and "Back-projection", which are the psychological principles of acting, and derived "acting(entering the roles)" and "de-acting(leaving the roles)" techniques. As result, Her acting mechanism involved emptying her ego, embodying a persona by projecting the role created by intensive exploration of materials like previous performance, film of the same title, original novel, and script, and then getting the ego back by back-projecting through dynamic activities such as overseas travel and dance. She pre-studied the roles by physically visiting sites that are important to the characters. She was unique in that she pursued a difference by changing vocal trainers for each musical production and undertook more intense physical training than vocal practice to achieve powerful singing performance. In most of her works (75%), she suffered from aftereffects such as depression, narcissism, hysteria, and insomnia due to disorder caused by breaking away from the roles. However, she relied on self-help and alternatives are needed in the future such as reinforcement of expert counselling. Jeong Sun-Ah appeared on an average of 1.6 productions per year, practiced for an average of 1.7 months, and performed for an average of 3.9 months with an average of 100 days of break between productions. Her performance record from this research demonstrates her constant preparation and passion, as well as the know-how of reserving and distributing energy. So, it has a valuable implications for acting education and self-management of actors and actress.

The extremely isolated uninhabited island at the end of the West Sea in South Korea called "The Gyeokryeolbi Yeoldo" has recently begun to be managed by the government under the influence of public opinion demanding the island to be strictly protected. The island was created 70 million years ago by volcanic activities. So it is older than the birth history of Jeju Island, which is estimated to have been born about a million years ago. This study has focused on providing the basis for imagetelling and storytelling of the Gyeokryeolbi Yeoldo, known for its important value by exploring the cultural resources of the island. For the research, the ethnography including in-depth local interview and on-site investigation have been applied for 3 years from February 2018 to December 2020 in Taean, Chungnam Province, where the island is located. To analyze the cultural resources of this island, the resource classification model has been designed and used, which is modified from Valentine (2001) and Chi-ho Nam (2007). As a result, the "tangible cultural resources (TCR)" including various remains found on the island were mainly symbols of cultural bridge in the history of Korea-China exchange, and the spiritual land of life-saving. Also "intangible cultural resources (ICR)" extracted from the island were focused on the images of life protection, safety, bravery, and romance. Based on this study, the core concept of identity to be applied when refurbishing the island with a prominent cultural placeness( "sense of place") can be proposed as "a cultural ecological island centered on the Circular Yellow Sea that ruminates memories of love."

A brand community refers to a group of people who have a passion and loyalty for the brand, and is attracting attention as an effective marketing strategy to increase brand equity because it actively tends to support and promote the brand without expecting compensation. The objective of this study is to identify factors that are needed for sustainable brand community management. Existing studies on brand community management have mainly been conducted by quantitative methods measuring consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction towards brand community activities, however, this study applied qualitative methods using means-end chains and laddering approaches in order to deeply identify a consumer's desired value on brand community activities. An in-depth interview of 41 members of BTS ARMY, a representative example of brand community, has been conducted and analyzed. The result of this study is as follows. In order to encourage active brand community activities, it is important to provide brand community members with a variety of high-quality brand-related content for a unique aesthetic experience, and a forum where all members can interact and exchange information and ideas to enhance brand value and experience. Finally, to nurture a strong brand community as a partner to co-create brand equity, rather than just a fan community, it is needed to build an environment that fosters opportunities for brand community members to increase self-respect and fulfillment through their brand community activities.
The purpose of this study was to investigate parenting experiences among grandmothers raising their grandchildren from grandmothers' perspective, and a variety of their physical health, psychological and social challenges they were facing in everyday life. In addition, this study explored new issues, changes, and difficulties grandparents and their grandchildren were going through during the COVID-19 pandemic. Seven grandmothers raising their grandchildren without their cohabiting parents participated in an in-depth interview, and the qualitative date were obtained using semi-structured questionnaires. Analyses identified 5 main categories: 1) my emotion, worries, and coping with parenting grandchildren, 2) difficulties and obstacles facing in real life of the parenting, 3) conflicts and coping with growing grandchildren who showed new characters, 4) relationships and emotions among grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, and 5) needs and desires toward social services and support. Sixteen themes and 60 sub-themes were also derived. The majority of grandmothers expressed diverse difficulties in their dail y lives including ambivalent emotions regarding grandchild-rearing(rewards and burden), economic hardships, physical health limitations, and a lack of communications with their grandchildren. Further, findings indicated profound generation conflicts which had been even deepened during school close period in COVID-19 pandemic and had been associated with increased hours of using internet and playing computer games. The top priority of the social service needs among interviewed grandmothers was learning support for their grandchildren. This study is a study to systematize the R&D activities of social enterprises to derive a logical model of the R&D support policy, and aims to systematize the R&D activities based on the R&D demand survey and R&D activity analysis of social enterprises. R&D activities of social enterprises are at an early stage or are not systematic compared to general enterprises, so the process modeling method is used to group detailed activity elements to standardize and systemize them. As a result of the research, social enterprises are aware of the necessity and importance of R&D activities to secure competitiveness of products and services to increase social value, and because of their lack of R&D experience and capabilities, R&D specialized institutes (R&D planning institutes, government-funded research institutes), Universities, etc.) and are expected to improve R&D capabilities. The performance indicators of social enterprise R&D activities are derived in units of input-process-performance indicators through demand survey, activity analysis, and in-depth interview (FGI), and the logical model of R&D support policy is in the areas related to business strategy and performance.
