CRM 시스템 특성과 성과간의 관련성 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships between System Characteristics and Performance of Customer Relationship Management)

  • 본 연구는 고객관계관리(CRM) 시스템을 구축한 기업들을 대상으로 CRM 시스템의 특성이 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한, 이러한 CRM 시스템 특성과 성과간의 관련성이 기업이 속한 산업의 유형에 따라 달라지는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 국내의 고객관계간리 시스템을 구축한 기업들을 대상으로 설문지를 의뢰하였으며 최종적으로 206개의 표본을 대상으로 실증적 통계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 기업들은 CRM을 도입하는데 있어서 여러 가지 CRM 시스템 특성 중에서 시스템 확장성을 제외한 시스템 통합성과 시스템 사용 용이성 요인이 CRM 추진성과에 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 국내 기업들을 대상으로 CRM 시스템의 특성과 CRM 성과간의 관련성이 기업이 속한 산업의 유형에 따라 차이가 있는가를 분석한 결과, 대상 기업의 CRM 시스템 특성이 추진성과에 미치는 영향은 기업이 속한 산업의 유형에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • Most of searching systems used by shopping-mall provide too much information for user requirements or fail to provide appropriate items reflecting customer's preference. This paper aims to design and implement the product searching systems based on customer preference which will enable efficient product selection in the internet shopping-mall. The proposed system consists of user/provider interface, searching and model agent, data management system, and model management system. Especially, we construct the searching pattern database to support fast search using association mining method. And this system includes the customer-oriented decision model which shows the highly preferred products. Input weight value per attribute and preference level should be needed to compute priority grade of preference.

  • A company's sustainable growth is a very important goal, and for this purpose, the company's business model is changing into a convergence of products and services. The purpose of PS-Offering is to maintain a long-term relationship with customers, and customer experience management is necessary for this. This study presents a service design methodology that can support customer experience management of the PS-Offering business model. The experience management portfolio analysis methodology consists of four steps: 1. Deriving service encounter through customer journey maps; 2. Identify the service structure of each service encounter in three forms (FFC, FSC, FSE). 3. Analyze the customer's emotional variables, that is, customer experience, at each service encounter, Finally, 4. After plotting the level of customer experience at the service encounter, the analysis is conducted with a customer experience management portfolio that seeks future strategic plans for this. The methodology presented in this study will help in the service design of the service encounter unit centered on customer experience. And it will improve the financial performance of the company by raising the service level of the business model.

  • The issue of customer-centric enterprise focusing on realizing customer needs has recently received considerable attention in the corporate world. However, little research has yet been reported on developing Information Systems (IS) supporting the customer-centric enterprises. This research proposes an integrated approach of IS development that supports organizations aiming to become customer-centric enterprises using various customer profiles. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach unifying goal modeling, business process modeling, and information systems modeling. The approach is expected to be seamlessly linked with the object-oriented systems development approach. Finally, we apply this approach to the real case of a securities company in Japan.

  • Expectation and interest about e-CRM are rising for more efficient customer management in on-line including electronic commerce. The decision-making tree can be used usefully as the data mining technology for e-CRM. In this paper, the representative decision making techniques, CART, C4.5, CHAID analyzed the differences in personalization point of view with actuality customer data through an experiment. With these analysis data, it is proposed a new decision-making tree system that has big advantage in personalization techniques. Through new system, it can get following advantage. First, it can form superior model more qualitatively in personalization by adding individual's weight value. Second it can supply information personalized more to customer. Third, it can have high position about customer's loyalty than other site of similar types of business. Fourth, it can reduce expense that cost marketing and decision-making. Fifth, it becomes possible that know that customer through smooth communication with customer who use personalized service wants and make from goods or service's quality to more worth thing.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 재고관리에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Inventory Management Using the Dataminning)

  • A company establishes a sale strategy through the inventory to set the purchasing requisite of the customer in a global company environment. And a sale company can become the reason of a sale opportunity loss because of a customer satisfaction rate if it does not have the all thing to want a purchasing company in a business-to-business. This paper analyzes the association relation of the goods which the customer orders. And we use a datamining technique for an association analysis of goods. The result of such analysis enhances the ability to get the orders of customer and may minimize a sale opportunity loss. We present a case of the 'D' company inventory management system, in order to verify the effect of the proposal system.

  • This research has seven factors such as top management leadership, belt system operation, implementation of systematic methods, adequate project performance measurement, customer focus performance, quality performance and business performance. Those are critical to correct implementation of Six Sigma. I set seven hypotheses which represented the relationships among the seven factors, gathered questionnaires and analyzed the data. Top management leadership affected positively the adequate project performance measurement and the belt system operation, The belt system operation affected the implementation of systematic methods positively and it also affected the adequate project performance measurement. It affected positively the customer focus performance, the quality performance and the business performance, respectively.

  • 최근 서비스 산업이 발전하면서 고객들이 보다 편하게 택시를 사용하기 위해 콜택시 서비스를 일반적으로 사용하고 있지만, 기업 입장에서 콜 센터를 구축하기 위해서는 막대한 비용이 소비된다. 본 논문은 기존에 사용되는 단말기 방식의 콜 시스템이 아닌 핸드폰을 사용해 콜 센터 구축에 소비되는 비용을 최소화했다. 그리고 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)를 이용해 택시 콜 센터의 고객관리, 업소관리, 기사관리, 주문관리, 정산관리 등의 업무를 보다 효율적으로 통합 관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 적용해 설계 및 구축했다. CTI를 보다 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 장치로써 현재 상용화 되어 있는 CID(Caller Identify Display)를 이용해 고객의 발신 번호를 PC에서 받아 실시간으로 고객의 정보를 Database에서 검색했다. 이 시스템은 저렴한 비용으로 구축이 가능하고, 효율적인 고객관리 기능으로 고객 서비스를 개선할 수 있다.

  • This study prepared a foundation to provide high-quality services in a stable and effective way to meet the customer expectations, by building up and establishing an ISO 20000 certified IT service management system and protecting the information assets from various threats through effective system operation that meets the requirements of international standards, in order to ensure the reliability and stability of NDSL public services provided by KISTI Information Service Center and to enhance the customer satisfaction.

  • This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.
