본 연구는 대규모 조사 자료에 근거한 한국 사회의 문화자본 지형도를 구성하기 위한 기초 연구의 일환으로, 다른 국가들에서 집적된 기존 자료와의 비교가 가능하면서도 동시에 현재 한국 사회에 적합한 질문 문항을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 광범위한 국내의 문화자본 관련 문헌들에 대한 비판적 고찰을 통해 이론적 배경을 확립하고, 주요 문헌과 조사에서 사용한 척도 및 관련 질문지와 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 토대로 질문지에서 다루어야 할 주요 영역과 차원을 선정하고 선정된 각 영역과 차원을 고려하여 한국 사회에 보다 적합한 질문 문항을 개발하기 위해 각 분야별 문헌조사와 전문가 조사, 그리고 대상자 질적 조사를 수행하였다. 이상의 절차를 통해 본 연구는, 문화예술 활동과 음악장르를 주요 영역으로 선정하고 문화의 '고급/대중' 차원과 '소비/생산' 차원, 그리고 한국적 특수성을 고려하여 구체적인 항목을 구성하였다. 그리고 이렇게 구성된 각 항목들에 대해서는 그 동안 문화자본의 보유 정도를 측정함에 있어 기존의 연구들에서 일관성 없이 사용된 문화자본 측정의 세 가지 측면(선호, 참여, 인지)을 통합 보완하여, 각 항목을 좋아하는 정도(선호), 각 항목에 참여하는 정도(참여), 그리고 각 항목이 고급스럽다고 생각하는 정도(인지)와 각 항목이 멋있다고 생각하는 정도(인지)를 묻는 질문 문항을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 문화자본에 관한 기존의 연구들에서 사용된 방대한 양의 질문 문항들을 비판적으로 고찰하고, 이에 한국적 특수성을 고려한 항목들을 추가하여 보다 한국적인 문화자본을 찾아낼 수 있는 큰 틀을 마련하고, 이로써 그 동안 서구 중심적으로 진행되어 왔던 문화자본 논의에 있어서의 비서구적 공백을 메울 수 있는 기반을 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

This study explores the sneakerhead subculture through the lens of subcultural capital, primarily focusing on online community interactions. The analysis utilizes text mining techniques and netnographic research methods to examine textual data extracted from the online sneakerhead community and aims to elucidate manifestations of subcultural capital within the subculture. The findings underscore several key points: Firstly, shared experiences cultivated by the collective consciousness of subcultural capital foster solidarity among members. Secondly, ongoing validation of authenticity and comprehension of sneakers' cultural significance are member requirements. Subsequently, exhibiting greater levels of subcultural capital empowers members, resulting in hierarchical structures both within and beyond the community. Fourthly, resale-driven sneaker commercialization yields positive outcomes, including individual profit and cultural expansion, yet also brings negative consequences, such as market distortion and intra-community conflict. Lastly, the online community fills a pivotal role in dictating subcultural trends, effectively functioning as an institutional network. Given sneakers' enduring status as a fashion phenomenon, further examination of in this realm is warranted.

본 연구에서는 2010년부터 실시된 한국청소년패널조사를 통해 수집된 패널데이터를 사용하여 부모의 관심과 문화자본이 초등학생의 인터넷 사용형태에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 부모의 아동에 대한 관심 정도는 아동의 인터넷 사용형태에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔다. 부모의 관심 정도가 컴퓨터 이용 형태에 차이를 가져온다는 점이다. 게임 및 오락 사용 정도는 부모의 관심에 반비례하여 줄어드는 반면, 학습 및 정보를 찾기 위한 수단으로 사용은 증가한다. 또한 문화자본은 직접 간접적으로 아동의 인터넷 사용 형태에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 문화자본은 외부에서 이루어지는 활동이 주를 이루고 있고, 인터넷 대신 여가 시간을 보내는 방법을 부모로부터 배우고 또래들과의 활동으로 사회관계를 만들어 나가는 과정을 경험하기 때문에 인터넷을 대체활동으로 선택할 필요성이 줄어들기 때문인 것으로 보인다.

This work firstly aims to analyse the balance between tangibles and intangibles as well as among human capital, structural capital and relational capital of evaluation indicators for the research institutes in science and technology sector conducted in 2006, by adopting intellectual capital model. The research question of this work comes from that while the R&D activity can produce both tangibles and intangibles, there have no been methodologies to relevantly measure and rationally judge these, in particular, intangible performance. The result shows that the institute evaluation system in 2006 had given more weight on tangibles and structural capital than intangibles and other intellectual capitals such as human capital and relational capital, in comparison to the past evaluation system, even though, in principle, the current evaluation system has to deal with the intangible research performances as well as tangible ones in economic, social and cultural perspective. Finally, based on these analysis, I will try to suggest some policy directions for overcoming the deficits of indicators in institute evaluation system.

Corporate longevity is an interesting issue from a theoretical point of view. In today's uncertain economic climate, the first priority for a company is survival. The longevity of an organization is basically one of the areas that can classify the sustainability of a company. Known as the cultural heritage of Indonesia, the traditional herbal medicine industry faces challenges of longevity. The word Jamu is a generic expression for traditional herbal medicine in Indonesia. The Jamu industry as Indonesia's cultural heritage must be preserved with good support from a technical, regulatory, and commercial perspective so that Jamu companies do not go into the decline stage. Operational resilience is usually defined as the ability of an organization to adapt rapidly to changing environments. This study aims to identify the effect of operational resilience and human capital on corporate sustainable longevity through innovation performance. The questions are addressed through empirical research of 108 small companies that produce Jamu, traditional herbal medicine in Java, Indonesia. This study was conducted during July-September 2020. Data analysis is carried out with SEM-PLS using SmartPLS software version 3.0 to evaluate the data collected. The results indicated that operational resilience influences corporate sustainable longevity directly and indirectly through innovation performance. However, human capital could not play the antecedent role to corporate sustainable longevity directly or even indirectly through innovation performance. Human capital indicators require deeper exposure in the context of small industries.

미디어 환경 및 문화 콘텐츠 소비가 변화하며 한류 현상 역시 시기별로 주목받는 콘텐츠의 유형과 장르가 변화하는 현실에서 이러한 한류의 변화된 흐름을 탐구해볼 시점이다. 더욱이 기존의 한류 연구들이 독립적인 개별 장르 현상만을 분석하거나 동아시아 국가에 집중해온 경향, 또한 한국 사회 입장을 중심으로 연구가 진행되어온 경향이 있는 가운데, 본 연구는 상대적으로 관심이 부족했던 비영어권 유럽 사회에서 한류 현상을 통해 수용자 자신이 처한 현실에서 실질적으로 갖는 사회적 의미에 대해 살펴보았다. 문화자본과 사회자본의 상호전환 관점에 기대어 분석한 결과, 한류 내러티브와 비-내러티브 모두 사회신뢰와 자국인 신뢰에는 부적인 영향이 있었지만 한국인 신뢰에 대해서는 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 대조적으로, 케이팝 대중음악은 사회신뢰와 자국인 신뢰뿐 아니라, 사회교류 활동 참여 및 연계적/결속적 관계망 모두에 정적인 영향을 미치는 경향이 있었다. 한류의 콘텐츠 유형/장르에 따른 문화소비는 사회자본과 한국에 대한 문화간 커뮤니케이션에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 「2019 국민문화예술활동조사」 자료를 사용하여 1인가구의 문화예술 소비에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 기존 연구를 바탕으로 문화자본, 경제자본, 건강 인식, 거주지역 등을 문화예술 소비의 선행요인으로 설정하였으며, 1인가구 1,755명의 문화예술관람, 문화예술교육, 인구통계학적 자료를 추출하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 문화예술 관람 횟수가 '0'인 응답자가 다수라는 자료의 특수성을 고려하여 영과잉음이항 모형을 적용하였다. 1인가구의 학력은 순수 및 대중예술 관람 가능성과 횟수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 유·아동기 및 청소년기 문화예술 교육, 소득, 건강 인식, 거주지역은 문화예술 유형별 소비 가능성과 소비량에 선별적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 여기에는 다양한 경험을 적극적으로 추구하는 1인가구의 고유한 특성이 작용한 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 1인가구에 집중하여 문화예술 소비의 결정변수를 파악함으로 관련 연구의 발전에 기여하고, 관련 시장을 활성화하기 위한 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제공한다. 끝으로 심리사회적 변수 도입 등 후속 연구를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년 185명을 대상으로 그들의 사회적 자본과 문화변용스트레스 수준을 측정하고 이것이 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자들의 사회적 자본수준을 측정한 결과 그 평균이 2.24(SD=.32)로 나타나 보통수준보다 낮은 것으로 조사되었으며, 그들의 문화변용스트레스는 2.54(SD=.58)로 나타나 보통수준보다 조금 더 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 학교적응 수준은 2.26(SD=.39)로 조사되어 보통수준보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년, 학업수준, 경제수준, 동거부모 형태, 모 한국어 능력 등에 따라 학교적응은 집단별로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 사회적 자본의 네트워크(${\beta}$=.225), 모 한국어 능력(${\beta}$=.195), 문화변용스트레스(${\beta}$=-.175), 사회적 자본의 대인신뢰(${\beta}$=.171) 및 규범(${\beta}$=.161), 동거부모 형태(${\beta}$=.156), 학업수준(${\beta}$=.151), 경제수준(${\beta}$=.145) 등의 순서로 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 정보통신의 적극적으로 활용으로 다양한 집단의 참여와 교류를 유도하고 대인간의 신뢰구축 및 네트워크 형성을 도모하며, 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 이용하여 다문화수용성을 제고하는 등의 방안을 제언하였다.

Globalization and the development of technology have turned creativity into a necessity. Numerous countries consider creativity to be the major model of economic development. In this era of the knowledge-based economy, creativity is becoming a catalyst for the development of millions of people around the world. Irina Bokova, the former Director General of UNESCO, has stated that the cultural and creative industries have a capital of 2 250 billion US dollars, almost 30 million jobs worldwide in the economies of advanced countries and developing countries (Cultural Times, 2015). Copyright is a branch of intellectual property with a wider scope, forasmuch as it applies to every product of literary, scientific and artistic works in all forms of expression, relating to certain levels of originality.

This study aims to examine the structural relationships among leisure activity, psychological capital, and quality of life in rural healing tourists. Data were collected from 407 workers who had experience in rural healing tourism through an online survey. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used for frequency, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modelling analysis. The results of structural equation modelling indicate participation in leisure activities had a positive effect on psychological capital. Psychological capital had a positive effect on quality of life. The results of this study suggest that leisure activities play an important role in improving workers' psychological capital. Through rural healing tourism, various outdoor activities, cultural activities, and social interaction with people using rural resources can help improve the psychological capital of workers.
