시장점유율이 FTA의 환율전가도 영향 및 수출가격경쟁구조에 미친 영향: 국내 주요 수산물 수입시장을 대상으로 (Does the Market Share Matter for the Effects of FTAon ERPT and Price Competition Structure Among Exporting Countries?: Case of Major Fishery Import Markets in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 주요 수입 수산물- 냉동명태, 냉동고등어, 냉동참치 그리고 냉동어란- 시장을 대상으로, 각 수출국이 차지하는 시장점유율에 따라, FTA 발효가 환율전가도에 미친 영향이 어떻게 달라지는 지 살펴 보았다. 이에 더하여 각 수출국이 차지하는 시장점유율이 원화표시 수출가격 환율전가도에 미친 영향 뿐만 아니라, 수출국들의 가격경쟁구조에 미친 영향 역시 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 2010년 1월부터 2019년 12월까지 각 수출국의 원화표시 수산물 수출가격과 각 수산물 수입시장에서 개별 수출국별 교차환율의 월별 자료를 이용하여, 최대우도법(Maximum Likelihood)을 바탕으로, 각 수출국의 원화표시 수출가격함수를 추정하였다. 분석 결과, FTA 발효가 환율전가도에 미친 영향은 수출국인 FTA 회원국이 차지하는 시장점유율과 높은 상관관계에 있음을 발견하였다. 하지만 수출국이 차지하는 시장점유율과 원화표시 수출가격 환율전가도 그리고 다른 경쟁국의 수출가격에 미친 영향 사이에서는 뚜렷한 관계를 파악하기 어려웠다. 본 연구 결과를 통해, 국내 수산업자들은 국내 주요 수산물 수입시장에서 각 수출국들이 차지하는 시장점유율에 따른 환율전가도 차이 및 FTA 발효가 환율전가도에 미친 영향의 차이 그리고 수출국들 사이의 가격경쟁구조를 이해하는 데 중요한 자료가 될 것이라 예상된다. 뿐만 아니라, 각 수산물 수입시장에서 차지하는 시장점유율에 따라, 각 수출국별로 FTA 발효 이후, 환율이 국내 수산업에 미치는 영향에 대응할 수 있는 방안에 관해 생각해 보는 데 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다.

The Moderating Effect of Perceived Alternative Job Opportunities between Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction: Evidence from Developing Countries

  • Purpose - This study examines the relationship between organizational justice and employee job satisfaction and the extent of its moderation by perceived alternative job opportunities. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a cross-sectional study utilizing survey questionnaire data from 220 bank employees, which included scales measuring organizational justice, job satisfaction, and perceived alternative job opportunities. Results - The data is analyzed using correlation and hierarchical regression. Results demonstrated that organizational justice has a direct positive impact on employee job satisfaction further, distributive justice explains more variance in job satisfaction, followed by procedural justice and interactive justice. Perceived alternative job opportunities moderate the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Conclusions - Generally, organizational justice increases bank employees' job satisfaction; however, when they perceived more job opportunities, their job dissatisfaction increased notwithstanding fairness. Therefore, perceived job opportunities moderate the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Retaining skilled employees has become difficult, especially when there is market demand for skilled workers. Human resource (HR) managers should consider market situations before formulating policies; otherwise, they may lose the competitive advantage of skilled employees and workers.

신규점포의 진입전략을 위한 점포선택모형: mother 로짓모형의 적용 (A Store Choice Model for an Entry Strategy of New Stores: An Application of the Mother Logit Model)

  • 본 연구는 점포간의 유사성이 존재하는 경우 소비자의 점포 선택문제를 다루었다. 기존 IIA모형은 점포간 유사성을 고려하지 않기 때문에 유사한 서비스를 제공하는 점포간의 경쟁관계를 정확히 파악할 수가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 로짓모형에 대안간의 교차효과(cross-effect)를 포함함으로써 경쟁관계를 파악할 수 있는 mother 로짓모형을 활용하였다. 모형의 입력자료는 컨조인트와 같은 실험설계를 사용하여 구성된 선택세트중 선호하는 점포를 선택하게 하여 수집하였다. 적용 사례로 서울의 한 지역에 신규점포가 진입하는 가상적 상황을 설정하고 mother 로짓모형을 이용하여 소비자의 패스트푸드점 선택행위을 분석하였다. 분석결과 점포간 교차효과가 유의한 것으로 나타나 IIA가정은 기각되었고 mother 로짓모형의 예측력이 IIA모형보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안한 mother 로짓모형은 IIA의 한계점을 극복할 수 있다는 장점과 더불어 대안간의 cannibalization상황을 파악할 수 있기 때문에 점포 선택문제 뿐 아니라 상표선택의 시장구조분석에서도 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • New product development has been a key element fur organizational evolution. The bulk of research about new product strategy has focused solely on new product development function itself. This paper investigates cross-functional elements in new product development. More specifically, we suggest that there must exist a fit between new product strategy and value chain strategy. It means that, in order to support new product development activity, there must exist a relevant value chain strategy. We consider three types of integration - internal integration, customer integration, and supplier integration - as strategic elements of value chain strategy. For the case of new product strategy, we consider market newness and product technology unfamiliarity as strategic elements. We also consider two types of learning characteristic, i.e., \\\"fast-adaptive learning\\\" and \\\"slow-adaptive leaning\\\" as control factor. Learning characteristic represents firms organizational capability related with organizational learning. For example, fur fast-adaptive learning case, the effect of integration appears early in time. System dynamics simulation is employed to verify our research framework. The results exhibit that there must exist cross-functional relationships between value chain strategy and new product strategy in order to shorten total development time.al development time.

Health Conditions Sensitive to Retirement and Job Loss Among Korean Middle-aged and Older Adults

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the association between health condition and leaving the labor market among middle-aged and older adults in South Korea. Methods: Data was obtained from individuals aged 45 years and older participating in the 2006 and 2008 Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing. We used various health measures including chronic diseases, comorbidities, traffic accident injuries, disabilit of instrumental activities of daily living, depressive symptoms, and self-rated health. The odds ratios of job loss, and retirement, versus employment were calculated using multinomial logistic regression by each health measure. Results: In our cross-sectional and longitudinal analysis, health problems related to physical disabilities had the greatest effect on leaving the worksite. A shift in health condition from good to poor in a short period was a predictor of increased risk of unemployment but a persistent pattern of health problems was not associated with unemployment. Women with health problems showed a high probability of retirement, whereas among men, health problems instantly the possibility of both job loss and retirement. Conclusions: Health problems of middle aged and older workers were crucial risk factors for retirement and involuntarily job loss. Especially functional defect and recent health problems strongly and instanty affected employment status.

기업의 경영성과가 유상증자 공시효과에 미치는 영향 (Management Performance and Announcement Effect of Seasoned Equity Offering)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 기업의 유상증자 공시효과는 경영성과에 영향을 받을 수 있다는 증거를 제시하고자 한다. 2000년 1월 1일부터 2007년 12월 31일까지 유상증자를 공시했던 308개의 표본기업들을 당기순이익 혹은 당기순손실에 따라 두 개의 표본 집단으로 분류하여 S.Brown and J.Warner(1985)의 사건연구 방법론에서 고안한 시장모형(ex-post market model)을 활용하여 유상증자 공시효과를 분석하였다. 당기순이익기업의 경우 유상증자공시효과가 긍정적이며 그리고 지속적으로 나타났다. 반면에, 당기순손실기업의 경우 유상증자 공시효과가 일시적으로 긍정적이었으나, 공시일 이후 +25일 전후에서 긍정적인 효과가 사라졌다. 이러한 결과는 통제변수들을 고려한 횡단면회귀분석에서도 일관되게 분석됨에 따라, 경영성과가 유상증자 공시효과에 영향을 미친다는 본 논문의 가설이 지지됨을 알 수 있다.

DEA를 활용한 전통시장 지원정책의 효율성과 고객유치 활성화 방안 (The efficiency and attraction of customer of the traditional market supporting policy utilizing DEA)

  • 본 연구에서는 16개 광역자치단체의 전통시장 관련 자료를 바탕으로 전통시장지원정책의 효과성과 효율성을 실증적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 전통시장 지원정책의 목표를 시설개선이 아닌 전통시장의 매출액 및 고객증가라고 할 때 기존의 지원방식은 이러한 지원목표와 상당한 괴리가 있음을 상관분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 또 DEA모형의 효율성 분석을 통해 전통시장지원이 기존의 시설개선사업에서 탈피하여 산출변수와 실질적인 관련성이 높은 사업부문으로의 전환될 경우 어떻게 효율적인 지원이 가능할 것인가에 대해 논의하였다. 매출액증대의 경우에는 고객안내센터, 원산지표시, 자율포장대, 방송시설과 같은 분야의 지원이 보다 효과적이며 방문고객증대의 경우에는 고객안내센터, 방송시설, 방송광고, 경품행사와 같은 분야의 지원이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 구체적인 지원 방안으로 인천지역의 시장 상인과 소비자 실태 조사한 자료를 바탕으로 다양한 상품 개발과 교차 판매, 고객 친화적인 고객정보센터 운영, 상품권 활성화, 시장 정보시스템 구축 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

온라인 후기 탐색이 기존 구매자의 구매 만족도에 미치는 영향의 국가 간 비교연구 (A Cross-Country Comparative Study on the Effect of Online Review Search on Purchase Satisfaction of Existing Buyers)

  • Many prior studies have been conducted that positive reviews increase the intention to purchase. However, there are very few papers that have studied the impact of review search on purchase satisfaction. It is meaningful to study the impact of review search on purchase satisfaction as it can lead the business successfully by inducing repurchase. There is also no study of how review search have different effects on purchase satisfaction among countries. Given the growing number of cross-border e-commerce, we believe that the need for research is high because identifying these differences between countries can have a very important impact on a company's successful overseas expansion. Therefore, in this study, the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction and the national impact were set up as a research model. In order to verify this research model, the survey was distributed to those who experienced online purchase in Korea and China, and a total of 234 copies were collected, including 125 copies in Korea, 109 copies in China, and the research model was verified using Smart-PLS structural equation analysis tools. First, positive review search has been shown to positively affect purchase satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that negative review search also has a positive effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction was different between Korea and China. While Korea is more aggressive in review search than China due to its high tendency to avoid uncertainty, China is less likely to avoid uncertainty than Korea and is more likely to rely on brand familiarity. Therefore, according to the uncertainty avoidance moderation effect the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction was higher in Korea than in China. In this study, Shopping mall managers need to take strategic measures to maximize shopping mall performance by recognizing positive aspects of negative review search on purchase satisfaction. Companies and managers in Korea and China can establish strategies to promote product sales when companies enter the global market.

소프트웨어 사용자 집단에 따른 불법복제 의도에 미치는 요인 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Factors Influencing Software Piracy : Focused on Different Software User Groups)

  • Software piracy is widespread throughout the world. It has negative effects on the software industry and the intellectual property market. Despite various deterrent policies, the phenomenon has been getting severe. The current study investigated the antecedents of software piracy attitudes and intention. In order to identify factors and their relationship, a research model for illegal piracy behavior was developed and empirically examined through a path analysis using structural equation model. Also, this study employed a multiple group structural equation model to investigate differences in structural weights across PC software user group and smartphone application user group. It was revealed that perceived benefit, habit, social factor, self-efficacy had positive effect on attitude toward software piracy, whereas perceived risk had a decreasing influence on attitude. Relationships between piracy attitudes and intentions were significant as well. Furthermore, the cross validation between two groups showed the path coefficients of habit to attitude and attitude to intention were significantly different. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

모바일 금융 서비스와 은산분리에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Mobile Financial Services with Separation of Banking and Commerce in Korea)

  • Mobile financial services with incorporated into IT are actively introduced and being operated worldwide. Meanwhile, a relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital has a close connection with development process of the financial markets and the economic development. If the relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital are right, it will be good opportunity to ensure economic development, positive economic effect and global competitiveness of the financial industry as other developed countries. In order to expand the positive effects of these mobile financial services, a ICT companies, etc. should ease regulations to allow entry to the mobile financial services market. That is, the separation of banking and commerce should be abolished.
