본 연구는 핵심간호술 강화프로그램이 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력에 미치는 효과를 융합적으로 검증하여 간호학생의 수행능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 실시하였다. 첫 임상실습을 앞둔 간호학생을 대상으로 7개 핵심간호술(활력징후 측정, 경구투약, 근육주사, 피하주사, 단순도뇨, 배출관장, 비강캐뉼라를 이용한 산소요법)을 선정하여 2015년 1월 19일부터 23일까지 5일간 핵심간호술 강화프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구에 참여한 158명의 자료는 서술적 분석과 짝비교 검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 핵심간호술 강화프로그램 후 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력 점수는 모두 유의하게 증가하였고 자신감과 문제해결능력에서 사전보다 사후 값이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되었다. 또한 총 수행능력과 관련변수들 간에는 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되어 프로그램이 간호학생의 간호술 수행능력 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of preclinical OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation) on knowledge, confidence in their Core fundamental nursing skills and self-efficacy in nursing students. Method. The research design was a one group pretest-posttest design and it was done to assess changes in knowledge, confidence in core fundamental nursing skills and self-efficacy from pre to the post-test which was given after the OSCE. Data were collected from March 5 to April 7, 2016 from 37 nursing students who were taking the 15-hours using OSCE learning module at one Gyeongbuk-do, P-city. This practicum was composed of 4 core fundamental nursing skills and 5 other fundamental nursing skills. The knowledge consisted of a 10-item by researchers and the confidence of core fundamental nursing skills consisted of an 9-item NRS and the self-efficacy consisted of a 17-item 5-point scale and measured in both the pretest and posttest. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS IBM 20.0 program for the frequency, percentage, x2-test, and paired t-test. Rusult. The results showed that although scores of knowledge of OSCE learning module were significanlty increased from 5.22 to 7.03(t=5.30, p<.001). There were significantly increased in scores of confidence in core fundamental nursing skills from 5.13 to 7.27(t=10.01, p<.001), In the sub-scales of each core fundamental nursing skills was scored the highest. otherwise, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy(t=1.42, p=.161). Conclusions. Based on the results, this study suggests that OSCE module development activities for nursing students in nursing education-learning in order to improve nursing skills.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills on clinical stress, critical thinking disposition, and self-confidence in nursing skills of senior nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Participants were recruited from two nursing colleges. The sample consisted of an intervention group (n=33) that participated in the educational program and a control group (n=32). The data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. Data analyses utilized $x^2$-test & t-test. Results: After the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills, senior nursing students had less clinical stress (t=-2.089, p=.041) and more self-confidence (t=1.008, p=.318) in nursing skills. However, it had no effect on critical thinking disposition (t=1.008, p=.318). Conclusion: Reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills is important to the nursing profession. Also, nurses who are self-confident in their nursing skills are less stressed about improving the quality of their work due to the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills. Therefore, it is vital for nursing colleges to reeducate core fundamental nursing skills to their students before graduation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of efficient methods of nursing practice education by evaluating effects of core fundamental nursing skills education on self-efficacy, clinical competence and practice satisfaction in nursing students. Method: The research design was a one group pretest-posttest design and it was done to assess changes in self-efficacy and clinical competence from pre to the post-test which was given after the core fundamental nursing skills education was completed. Data were collected from September 5 to December 20, 2013 from 156 nursing students who were taking the 12-hours core fundamental nursing skills education at one university in Gyeonggi-do. This practicum was composed of 6 core fundamental nursing skills. Results: Self-efficacy and clinical competence scores improved. There was no significant difference in self-efficacy but there was a significant difference of clinical competence. In the subscales of clinical competence, the domain of nursing skill was scored the highest. The score for practice satisfaction was also high. Conclusion: The results indicate that the core fundamental nursing skills education is effective in improving clinical competence and practice satisfaction in nursing students. But new strategies are needed to improve self-efficacy.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 전공만족도, 학습열의가 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. J도의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였으며 112명의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 핵심간호술 수행자신감은 연령(F=5.52, p<.001), 간호사 직업 이미지(F=10.2, p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 전공만족도는 핵심간호술 수행자신감(r=.563, <.001)과 정적 상관 관계를 나타냈으며, 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(𝛽=.338 P<.001), 학습열의(𝛽=.195 P=.027)로 확인되었고, 변인들에 의한 설명력은 35%였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행 능력 향상을 위한 교육 개발에 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. D시에 소재한 S대학의 간호대학생 211명을 대상으로 2023년 8월 14일부터 2023년 8월 18일까지 자가 기입식 설문지로 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 R.4.2.2를 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수로 분석하였다. 매개효과는 lavaan package의 sem function, multilevel package의 sobel function을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 핵심간호술 수행자신감, 문제해결능력, 임상수행능력 간의 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 핵심간호술 수행자신감과 임상수행능력의 관계에서 문제해결능력은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 핵심간호술 수행자심감과 문제해결능력을 향상시켜야 한다.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 기관내 흡인실습교육을 중심으로 스마트폰 동영상과 형성적 피드백을 활용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 대상자의 핵심기본간호술 지식, 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 자기효능감, 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호대학 2학년 학생 54명이 모집되었으며, 실험군과 대조군으로 각각 27명씩 구성되었다. 실험군에게는 핵심기본간호술 지도 시 개별적인 형성적 피드백을 제공하였고, 수행과정을 스마트폰 동영상으로 촬영한 교육을 실시하였다. 대조군에게는 일반적 실습교육인 4시간 자율실습을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험군의 핵심기본간호술 지식, 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 자기효능감, 학습동기가 대조군에 비해 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 간호대학에서 핵심기본간호술 교육 시 스마트폰 동영상을 활용한 반복학습과 형성적 피드백을 통한 정교한 학습이 이뤄질 수 있도록 교육현장에서 활발하게 활용되기를 고대한다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the effect of metacognition, communication skills, and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills on clinical competency in nursing students. Methods: A total of 158 students were recruited from two nursing colleges in B metropolitan city. Data were collected by means of self-reported questionnaires from December 3-31, 2018 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0. Results: Metacognition, communication skills, and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills were higher than normal and the relationship between the variables metacognition (r=.69, p=<.001), communication skills (r=.69, p=<.001), and confidence in the performance of core basic nursing skills (r=.59, p=<.001) were highly positively correlated with clinical performance. Factors influencing these three variables accounted for 64.4% of clinical competency. Conclusion: Further research on the development of the curriculum and intervention program, and the verification of the effect are needed.

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로그램이 수행자신감, 임상수행능력 및 핵심간호역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 전후설계 연구이다. 2018년 8월 27일부터 10월 10일까지 6주 동안 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 졸업학년 간호대학생 80명에게 적용하였다. 자가 기입식 설문조사 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 24.0 PC+ 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 그 결과 핵심기본간호술 프로그램을 적용한 이후 수행자신감(t=-10.68, p<.001), 임상수행능력(t=-22.13, p<.001), 핵심간호역량(t=-19.78, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 높아졌다. 이를 통해 졸업학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 프로그램의 교육효과에 긍정적으로 작용함을 알 수 있었으며, 보다 숙련되고 전문적인 간호능력을 향상시키는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Metaverse-based core nursing skill contents (CNSC) developed for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group was sampled with a non-synchronized design. Seventy-two participants (experimental group 34, control group 38) were recruited from May to June 2022 in Gwangju metropolitan city. The CNSC consisted of scenarios of vital sign measurements, and subcutaneous injections (including blood sugar tests). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results: At the completion of the CNSC, statistically differences were found between groups in knowledge of core nursing skills (t=6.20, p<.001), confidence in core nursing skills performance (t=5.71, p<.001), and clinical competency (t=3.32, p=.001). Conclusion: These results indicate that the CNSC developed for undergraduate nursing students is effective in improving knowledge of core nursing skills, confidence in core nursing skills performance, and clinical competency for nursing students.
