Cyber education has been predicted that it would become the primary education system of 21st century as a way of education focusing on consumers, with the aspect that it seems to be able to satisfy the demand about re-education and lifelong education as the acceleration of fast knowledge accumulation throughout every field of society in the digital era. However, cyber education system has a lot of problems which are for that it lacks of human resources for effective interaction, and it can be disadvantageous to certain type of students with a class environment concentrated on reading and writing and with foundation on computer technology. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that cyber education has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of college education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for cyber education at university.

We prove convergence properties of the global solutions to the cooperative cross-diffusion system with the intra-specific cooperative pressures dominated by the inter-specific competition pressures and the inter-specific cooperative pressures dominated by intra-specific competition pressures. Under these conditions the $W^1_2-bound$ and the time global existence of the solution for the cooperative cross-diffusion system have been obtained in [10]. In the present paper the convergence of the global solution is established for the cooperative cross-diffusion system with large diffusion coefficients.

Based on the constructivist learning environments model and the learner-centered psychological principles, STEAM education program with the theme of eliminating smog was developed. Through the program, senior elementary school students will learn and apply the convergence knowledge of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics such as the human body's respiratory system (S), immune system (S), big data (M, T), computer programming(M), and aduino sensor utilization (E) directly to solve the problem. After expert validity testing, we found that developed program meet the standards of STEAM education program development and can develop creative thinking skills to find and solve problems in students' daily lives. In addition, this study is meaningful in providing a reference example for the development of STEAM education programs that enhance convergence knowledge in the future.

In the new era of the 4th industrial revolution, new jobs using the latest technologies such as big data, cloud, IoT, and AI are increasing. In the field of various industries, talents who can converge IT and industrial fields are needed, but such convergence-type talents are insufficient. This study analyzed the effects of IT convergence startup education on the learning effect and educational performance of trainees preparing for re-employment. A survey was conducted with 160 trainees preparing for reemployment. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the analysis tool SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, first, in the IT convergence startup education of trainees who are preparing for re-employment, it was found that the sub-factors such as education content, instructor, and member satisfaction had a positive effect on the learning effect. Second, in the IT convergence start-up education for employment trainees, it was found that the sub-factors such as education contents, instructors, and the satisfaction of learning members had a significant effect on educational performance. It is expected that this study will serve as a basic data for preparing a start-up support system to revitalize start-ups in the IT convergence field.

As the definition of the vendor-oriented implementation method, which was utilized in adopting an ERP system, has been centered around the project construction business, it was difficult for the EPR adopting organization to systematically prepare ERP projects and have enough deliberative opportunities to change-related policies. Furthermore, this method does not have a fully standardized construction process. Accordingly, by defining an organization that wants to adopt an ERP system as a customer, this paper develops the customer-based ERP construction process framework that assists both customers and developers who construct the system. For this purpose, this paper reviews the previous research and collects the construction processes of the commercial ERP SW vendor and ERP construction cases while proposing the three-layer process framework to construct ERP through the KJ method. The ERP process framework consists of 7 processes, 32 activities, 141 tasks while providing definitions for concepts of each component. Furthermore, the proposed processes and phases were set in order of the recommended execution, while the activities were suggested as an open-ended type so that the application and usability can be increased and polished by reflecting experts' opinions. The contribution of this study is to standardize the ERP project process by transforming the previous supplier-based ERP construction method into the customer-based one while providing important procedure and activity frameworks that apply to diverse ERP solutions per vendor. At the same time, this study provides an theoretical foundation to develop the construction process for the customer -based Cloud ERP. In practice, At the beginning of the ERP system construction project, it provides communication or process tailoring tools for the stakeholder.

This study is conducted with the aim of redefining the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled. The research method consisted of procedures in parallel with literature analysis and expert meetings. As for the contents of the study, a composition system that recognized the problems and solutions of lifelong education for the developmental disabled based on universities was primarily presented. Through this, it was suggested that universities can form an academic foundation for the establishment of a lifelong education support system for the developmental disabled along with the convergence field. In addition, a structural model related to this was presented along with the aspect that universities could develop a curriculum for lifelong education for the developmental disabled according to the school foundation. Also, a composition system was suggested that universities can develop lifelong education curriculum for people with developmental disabilities to lead the cooperation of local related organizations such as welfare centers for the disabled and lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that leadership in the university-based lifelong education support system for developmental disabled can contribute to fostering professional manpower qualifications and establishing cooperation with local related organizations in an integrated composition system.

This paper is to analyze security and technical problem of NEIS and suggest an improving methods about the effective system. Evaluation as learning is important for the learner competency test, and the applicable method is studied. Assessment is the role of diagnosing the current learner's status and facilitating learning through appropriate feedback. The system is insufficient to enable process-oriented evaluation in small educational institute. Focusing on becoming familiar with the AI through experience can end up simply learning how to use the tools or just playing with them rather than achieving ultimate goals of AI education. In a previous study, the experience way of AI education with PLAY model was proposed, but the assessment stage is insufficient. In this paper, we propose ELAS (Experiential K-12 AI education Learning Assessment System) for small educational institute. In order to apply the Assessment factor in in this system, the AI-factor is selected by researching the goals of the current SW education and AI education. The proposed system consists of 4 modules as Assessment-factor agent, Self-assessment agent, Question-bank agent and Assessment -analysis agent. Self-assessment learning is a powerful mechanism for improving learning for students. ELAS is extended with the experiential way of AI education model of previous study, and the teacher designs the assessment through the ELAS system. ELAS enables teachers of small institutes to automate analysis and manage data accumulation following their learning purpose. With this, it is possible to adjust the learning difficulty in curriculum design to make better for your purpose.

Recently, environmental issues have become serious, and Jeju Island is promoting a pilot project of a smart collection system(waste weight-based collection system) at clean houses in Yongdam 1-dong. However, the new system faced an opposition from elderly residents who were not accustomed to using machines or smart devices. In order to solve this problem, it was intended to suggest policies related to this by conducting environmental education and identifying problems with the effect of environmental education awareness through data analysis method. The results showed positive answers in most of the satisfaction and achievement evaluations, but it is also true that most of the residents need to be educated and more information should be given. In order to vitalize education, it is important to increase the number of instructors and support them to increase their expertise. It is also important to take a practical process that strengthens public relations, shares information, and links with the local community to increase the actual participation of local residents. In addition, it is critical to secure a budget from local governments to maintain education and public awareness, and it will be helpful to link with talent donation projects in the region.
