Textile industry has been recognized as an important pollution source due to its consumption of large volumes of water and chemicals. Textile wastewater contains very diverse chemicals in types and composition, among them the presence of dyes is highly visible and undesirable. In spite of these problems, there has not been a proper control for the wastewater because many dyes are difficult to be degraded or decolorized due to their complex structure and synthetic characteristics. This study has been progressed to evaluate more easily the potential decolorization of advanced treatment processes. It has been surveyed with the Y textile complex wastewater treatment plant, the raw wastewater has appeared very difficult biodegradability by 4.7 of $CODcr/BOD_5$ and 1,158.9 degree of color. In view of CODcr fractions, biodegradable COD portion was 46.4%, colloidal COD and real soluble COD was 45.3% and 31.5% each others. From research on unit processes, the degradable coefficient (k) became from 0.065 to $0.125d^{-1}$ by the processes, the decolorization appeared best efficiency by 30.1% (458.4 degree) in pre-ozone process. On the effluent from the biological process, the filterable CODcr became 129.3 mg/L, the biodegradable portion appeared 64.7% (83.6 mg/L), and the fixed dissolved solid (FDS), non-reactivity (NR), appeared very heavy portion by 80.5% (1,659.0 mg/L).

급격한 환경 변화로 인한 기업의 생존을 위해 경영전략의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 경영컨설팅 활용도가 증가됨에 따라 컨설팅 산업도 성장하고 있다. 이에 따라 컨설팅 기업들의 경쟁은 심화되고 있어, 경쟁력 확보는 필수적이다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 기업의 경쟁력 확보 방안을 조직 효과성을 통한 조직 경쟁력 관점으로 확인하고자 하였다. 컨설팅 서비스는 지식서비스분야로써 전문성을 갖춘 인적자원이 핵심기술이기에 이를 수행하는 컨설턴트를 대상으로 실증분석을 진행하였으며, SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 탐색적 요인, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 컨설턴트의 조직효과성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구한바, 컨설턴트의 조직몰입과 조직성과가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 변화하는 환경에 컨설팅 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 내재적 동기부여에 대한 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 컨설팅 기업의 지속적 성장에 관한 조직관리에 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

본 연구는 융 복합 시대에 컨설팅 협업 과정에서 컨설턴트 간 신뢰가 지식공유 활동을 매개로 컨설팅 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 신뢰는 역량기반신뢰와 배려기반신뢰로 각각 나누어 그 영향 정도를 알아보고자 하였다. 현업에서 활동하는 컨설턴트들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회귀분석을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 컨설턴트 간 역량기반신뢰와 배려기반신뢰 모두 지식공유 활동과 컨설팅 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 역량기반신뢰가 높을수록 그 영향 정도는 좀 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 지식공유 활동은 컨설턴트 간 신뢰와 컨설팅 만족도와의 영향 관계를 부분 매개하였다. 융 복합시대에 지식의 형태는 더욱 다양한 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 컨설팅 만족도를 높이기 위해 컨설턴트 스스로 자신의 역량을 제고할 뿐 아니라 지속적인 지식의 축적과 지식공유 활동에 대한 좀 더 구체적인 방안을 연구해볼 필요가 있다.

We have made an effort to build an affluent society since the industrial revolution. But we have just realized that the effort is also spoiling ourselves. Because our wealth has been acquired at the sacrifice of the environment only in which we can live. The amount of carbon dioxide emitted by burning fossil fuels is representing the environment disruption problems. Fortunately our mind ts changing. Many trials are being paid against the increase of carbon dioxide to save our environment. The roll of consulting engineers is to make a keen effort tn each professional field and to appeal the importance of mindtng the environment by giving a clear image of the problems to the public. The aim of the technical development should not be at the convenience of our lives but should be at the decrease of environmental load. That Is a new utopia of technology.nology.

급격하고 복잡한 금융환경 변화에 빠르고 유연하게 대응하기 위해 신협의 경영 각 부문과 경쟁환경 전반에 걸쳐 해결방안 및 관리기법등을 자문하여 줄 경영컨설팅의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 신협에서는 2002년부터 경영컨설팅이 도입되어 수행되고 있으며, 이를 통해 경쟁력 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대하고 있다. 그러나 현재 경영컨설팅을 받은 이후 신협의 경쟁력이 강화되고 그에 따라 경영성과가 제고되었는지에 대한 연관관계를 분석한 결과물이 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 컨설팅에 대한 수진결과가 어떠한 컨설팅 수행요인 등에 의하여 경영성과로 나타나고 있는가를 실증분석을 통하여 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 단위신협이 중앙회의 경영컨설팅을 받은 경우 컨설팅수요자 특성과 컨설팅공급자 특성이 경영성과에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설계하고, 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조합의 경영컨설팅에 대한 신뢰도와 중앙회 컨설턴트의 전문성은 조합의 재무적, 비재무적 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조합의 컨설팅 지원과 활용의지는 조합의 비재무적 경영성과에 영향을 미치나 재무적 경영성과에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중앙회의 컨설팅 수행능력은 조합의 재무적, 비재무적 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 시사점으로는 조합의 경영성과를 향상시키기 위해서 컨설팅 수혜자인 조합은 컨설팅에 적극적인 자세로 참여하고 결과를 수용하여, 경영상 문제해결의 실마리로 삼으려는 노력을 기울여야 한다. 또한 컨설팅 서비스의 공급자인 중앙회는 컨설팅 핵심역량을 포함한 컨설팅 수행개발을 위하여 컨설팅 업무방법 개발, 컨설팅 프로세스 개선, 컨설턴트의 전문성을 위하여 컨설팅 수행을 위한 전담조직 구성, 컨설팅 전문직군제 실시, 전문 컨설턴트 양성 등이 이루어져야 한다. 이들 시사점에 대하여 실천력이 담보될 때 신협의 경영성과로 이어질 것이며, 나아가서 신협의 경쟁력이 제고될 것이다. 이 논문의 결과가 단위신협의 컨설팅 수진에 대한 동기를 부여하고, 컨설팅의 효과성을 제고하며, 나아가서는 신협컨설팅에 대하여 시사점을 제공함으로써 신협의 컨설팅 발전방향 제시 및 신협의 경쟁력을 제고하는데 일조하기를 바란다.

Attempts were made to increase an efficiency of soil contamination investigation systems (SCISs) including Soil Network and Special Soil Contamination Management Facility Sites in Korea. In order to increase low efficiencies resulting from inappropriate SCISs, possible policy suggestions are driven based on the results from problem findings of Korean policy and comparisons of policies on industrialized countries including United States, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Japan. First, functions of Soil Environment Conservation Act (SECA) on liability should be updated and reinforced to initiate a soil contamination investigation process for stakeholders including an owner(s) or a responsible party(ies) of the potentially soil contamination sites positively. Second, appropriate SCISs should be emerged for implementing the Soil Network and Special Soil Contamination Management Facility Sites properly. Stakeholders for the potentially contaminated sites should easily access and raise the soil contamination issues, and soil contamination investigation implemented by liable and profit environment (consulting) companies should be encouraged. Third, the soil contamination reporting system of SECA needs to change legally responsible. Further more, public announcement system showing soil quality of a site which exceeds a certain scale would be considerable. Fourth, liable environment (consulting) companies should legally execute Soil Environment Assessment of SECA.

One of the most important marketing strategies is how to solve customers' complaints. Under developing internet environment, it is possible to use internet multimedia consultant system to do cope with the problem. In this paper, we have realized the customer consulting system which is based on Linux as the operating system. Java is used as a programming language. With the use of the RTP(Real-time Transport protocol), the system provides picture and sound transactions between a consultant and customers in a real-time fashion.

The objective of this study was to compare the rainfall-runoff characteristics in streams of classified urban and rural watershed using land use and population density. EMC (event mean concentration) of BOD, COD, TP and SS increased significantly in urban and rural watershed, but that of TN remained unchanged. Although there were no significant differences in EMC of BOD, COD, TN, TP depending on the watershed characteristics, EMC of BOD and COD significantly increased in the urban watershed, while EMC of TP increased in the rural watershed. In the urban watershed, the first flush time was faster and the first flush effect was stronger in BOD, COD, and TP. However, the difference between cumulative mass and cumulative volume was found to be less than 0.2 in the rural watershed, indicating a weak first flush effect. The discharged masses of BOD (70 %), COD (64 %), and TP (66 %) in the first flush of runoff were higher in urban watershed, while TN (67 %) was higher in rural watershed. The reproducibility of first flush time and the strength of first flush using CV (coefficient of variation) was found to be more reproducible for first flush time in both watersheds. In rural watershed, the CV value of first flush time for TP out of water quality parameters was lower. Whereas the CV values of first flush time for BOD, COD and TP in urban watersheds were similar.

본 연구는 HR 컨설팅을 받은 제조기업 M사의 생산직 종사자를 대상으로 컨설팅을 받은 기업의 조직특성이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 컨설팅 성과는 해당 기업이 HR 컨설팅을 수행하였다는 점을 착안하여 인사제도 개선여부와 조직구성원 인식변화를 중점적으로 확인하기 위해서 HR효과성과 조직몰입의 두 가지 차원의 변수로써 확인 하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성을 나타내는 친밀성, 권한위임, 윤리경영, 의사소통, 공유가치의 모든 하위 변수들이 유의수준 P<.05에서 HR 효과성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이러한 HR 효과성이 높아지면 높아질수록 조직몰입도 긍정적으로 개선된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 조직특성의 모든 하위 변수들이 전체 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 생산직 종사자들에 대한 컨설팅 성과 즉, HR 효과성과 조직몰입을 제고하기 위해서는 기업이 가족과 같은 분위기의 친밀한 조직을 만들어주고, 적절한 권한위임이 되도록 규정과 제도의 정비가 필요하며, 기업이 윤리경영활동을 적극적으로 실천하고, 마지막으로 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 전략적 활동이 필요함을 제언하였다.
