사용의 개인화와 단위구성 시스템 디자인 (Personalization of Use and Unit Construction System Design)

  • 이 논문은 산업적으로 생산되는 제품의 개인화를 위한 디자인 방법과 그 과정을 연구하고, 그 결과로서 단위 구성 시스템 디자인을 제안하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 산업사회에서의 개인화를 밝히고, 시스템적 접근법으로 산업적 생산제품의 사용과정을 분석하여 사용과정의 시스템을 규명하는 것에서 출발하고 있다. 사용과정의 시스템은 산업제품의 기능과 연관되어 있다. 따라서 산업제품의 기술 시스템 이론을 적용하여 사용 과정의 시스템을 구성하는 단위를 정의하고, 그 단위로 구성되는 시스템의 디자인을 열린 시스템으로서 규명한다. 그리고 개인용 컴퓨터를 대상으로 한 단위 구성 시스템의 실천적 구현을 통해 그 타당성과 한계를 밝히고 있다.

  • The major industrialized nations have continued to develop industrialized construction techniques based on automated production processes in factories, and are applying them to a wide range of building. However, the unit modular construction system has had a shorter history of development and application in Korea compared to advanced countries, and consequently, Korean modular builders have a relatively poor technical capacity. So this study is draw a conclusion on the target of priority improvement for idea creation. It study on the enhancement of the functionality of the tool for assemble of Unit Modular that choose the enhancement of the functionality through the analysis of function on the three-level of functional definition and classification, functional arrangement, functional appraisal.

  • The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is difficult to reflect the various site attributed variation in productivity using existing CSPU. The reason is that a criteria which site should be selection for enactment and/or revision of CSPU is not established. This study aims to provide essential data to be used for analyzing the labor factors in a way to secure efficiency and reliability of CSPU.

Evaluating Schedule Uncertainty in Unit-Based Repetitive Building Projects

  • Various risk factors affect construction projects. Due to the uncertainties created by risk factors, actual activity durations frequently deviate from the estimated durations in either favorable or adverse direction. For this reason, evaluation of schedule uncertainty is required to make decisions accurately when managing construction projects. In this regard, this paper presents a new computer simulation model - the Repetitive Schedule Risk Analysis Model (RSRAM) - to evaluate unit-based repetitive building project schedules under uncertainty when activity durations and risk factors are correlated. The proposed model utilizes Monte Carlo Simulation and a Critical Path Method based repetitive scheduling procedure. This new procedure concurrently provides the utilization of resources without interruption and the maintenance of network logic through successive units. Furthermore, it enables assigning variable production rates to the activities from one unit to another and any kind of relationship type with or without lag time. Details of the model are described and an example application is presented. The findings show that the model produces realistic results regarding the extent of uncertainty inherent in the schedule.

공동주택 건설공사의 표준품셈과 실투입 노무량 비교 분석 - 미장, 방수, 조적, 타일공사를 중심으로 - (Comparison between Labor Inputs by Quantity per Unit Method and by Actual Data Method in the Apartment Housing Construction Work - Focusing on Masonry Plaster Waterproofing Tile Labors -)

  • 표준품셈은 우리나라 건설공사에 있어 가장 기본적인 요소이지만, 표준품셈이 공동주택 건설공사에서 실제 투입 되는 노무량과 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 실적공사비방식에 의해 공사비를 산정하는 것이 합리적인 대안이 될 수 있으나 원가계산서상에 각종 경비 등에는 정확한 노무량을 파악하여야 비용이 산출될 것이며 공사 진도 관리를 위해 투입 노무량을 정확히 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 2000년 이후 준공 된 수도권에서 공동주택 건설공사에서 표준품셈과 실투입 노무량을 조사하여 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 실제 투입 노무량은 조적공 1.184인/천매, 미장공 0.048인/$m^2$, 방수공 0.039인/$m^2$, 타일공 0.059인/$m^2$이다. 표준품셈 대비 투입율은 보면 조적공 59.8%, 미장공41.3%, 방수공 31.5%, 타일공 34.3%이다. 방수공의 투입 비율이 가장 낮고 조적공이 비교적 높았다. 따라서 우리나라 공동주택 건설공사의 노무량은 실적공사비를 토대로한 원가계산이 바람직하지만, 공사관리에서 노무량이 주요 변수인 만큼 실제에 근접한 표준품셈을 지속적인 보완이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • Standard production unit system has been used as accumulated standard for the cost estimation of public construction projects. However, it is difficult to estimate reasonable cost due to adaptation of a uniform standard and reflect changes in the technology. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improvement of standard production unit system through the identifying problems and analysing its influence on enactment and/or revision work of standard production unit system.

  • The unit-water content in fresh concrete determines consistency, and play an important role in condensing the structure of concrete and enhancing the durability of concrete. The capacitance measurement method measure quickly unit-water content and is the best way to apply to construction site. In this study, the unit-water content of capacitance measurement method is estimated according to types and replacemment ratio of admixture. and the field application of capacitance measurement method is reviewed.

However, there are complex and time-consuming problems with measurement methods. Therefore, high frequency moisture sensor was used for quick and high measurement, and unit-water content of mortar was evaluated through machine running and deep running based on measurement big data.

  • The unit curtain wall is an exterior finish currently used on the exterior walls of high-rise buildings. Curtain walls used as non-endurance walls are largely classified into stick curtain walls and unit curtain walls, and their use has recently been on the rise to reduce risks at construction sites through factory manufacturing. Accordingly, this study attempted to examine the insulation performance according to the shape of the unit curtain wall profile through insulation simulation.
