건설 프로젝트의 시공단계에서는 대규모의 인력, 자재 및 장비가 요구된다. 그 중 인력은 프로젝트 건설의 핵심 부분이다. 이러한 인력은 두 그룹으로 나누어진다. 첫 번째는 관리를 담당하는 관리 그룹이고, 두 번째는 시공 작업을 위한 현장 기능인력이다. 최근에는 기능인력 공급 부족으로 인해 건설회사가 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 기능인력에 대한 실증적 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 관련 연구 동향을 조사하고 건설 기능인력의 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 급여 및 보험의 만족도가 다른 항목에 비해 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그 원인을 분석하기 위해 기능인력 관리자와의 심층 면접을 실시하였다. 또한 실제 근무 조건을 분석하기 위해 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 건설 기능인력의 임금 수준과 보험체계가 제조업에 비해 상당히 안정적인 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 건설 기능인력에 대한 인식도의 변화를 통해 우수한 기능인력의 양성을 활성화하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Jeong Woo-tae(?-1809) was a military official who had worked as Byeol-Gan-Yeok in the governmental construction works during the late 18th century through the early 19th century. Byel-Gan-Yeok, literally a special technician, was an official post in the governmental construction works that carries specific technical tasks from the mid 18th century. Over 30 years, Jeong Woo-tae had devoted himself in the construction of various royal tombs, city walls, and palace buildings. He showed superb and various techniques in the works of stone carving and architectural details. After finishing the construction of the tomb of King Jeong-jo's father successfully, he was appointed as a governor of a rural town. Being on duty of the governor, he used to participate in the construction works as a technician. He also made a couple of innovative devices in the field of construction, like a carrying apparatus, Byel-Nok-No. His works secured the setting up of the post of Byel-Gan-Yeok in the governmental construction system in the 19th century. But his technical achievement remained as his own private works rather than developing to the universal growth of the craftsmen's skill. This might be a limitation of the Byel-gan-Yeok's role, whose position was remained in the midway between official and craftsman.

공사금액 1억이상 120억 미만 중·소규모 건설현장은 전문지도기관의 기술지도를 받아야 한다. 최근 기술지도의 계약 주체가 시공자에서 발주자로 변경됨에 따라 예상되는 기술지도 부실을 방지하기 위해 기술지도 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 대상 건설공사를 공사금액에 따라 4개 구간으로 단순화하고, 구간별 기술지도 담당자의 일 지도횟수와 기술지도 담당자의 최소 기술 등급을 제한하고 엔지니어링사업대가를 적용하여 기술지도 1회당 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 제안 방법은 설문에서 도출된 현재 형성된 일반적인 대가와 K2B 분석 결과 등을 잘 반영하므로 기술지도 대가 가인드라인 수립에 적용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

The factors which impact on the productivity of medical organization are technique, manager, raw materials, management style, manpower structure, job construction, and so on. Human resources is the most important factor among them, but the productivity of serice organization can not be measured easily. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of laboratory status, the degree of job cognition, and stress on the productivity of dantal prosthetic products, and to fine out the factors which impact on the productivity. The results were as follows: 1. The job characteristice of crown bridge laboratory part and porcelain laboratory part similar to each other. Also partial denture laboratory part and complete denture laboratory part were similar to each other. But that of orthodontic laboratory part was different from other. 2. the degree of job cognition made significant difference statisfically according to job characteristics of each dental laboratorise. 3. The correlation coefficient between job cognition of dental laboratory technician and workshop environment was.23, but the correlation between job cognition job stress appeared reversely, its coefficient was-.17. 4. The productivity of technician engaged in dental laboratory was much heigher than that of technician engaged in dental clinical laboratory room, and each were different in the degree of job cognition. 5. the most important factors which impact one the performance productivity of dental laboratory technician were the fact whether he married or not and his status.

The purpose of this article is the consolidation of several methods in fabrication of Konus denture. It is different Konus denture from traditional Clasped removable partial denture in the procedures of construction. There are multiple procedures of fabrications of inner and outer crowns in the construction of Konus denture. It is important to fabricate the inner crown, the outer crown and the denture framework in construction of Konus denture. Each procedure should be performed exactly. However, there are many procedures in fabrications of them, and thus, the operator and technician bear trial and error. This article consolidate the multiple methods of fabrications of components of Konus denture. The first method is completion of inner crown, outer crown and denture after one impression taking. The second method is the procedures of cementation of inner crown, impression taking of edentulous area, and completion of outer crown and denture. The third method is the procedures or pick up impression taking of inner crown and completion of outer crown and denture on the inner crown of working cast. Each method is acceptable, but operater and technician should be accustomed with their own systemic procedures and minimize the errors in the construction of denture.

Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Nevertheless, subsidiary work(Working avoid a tendency of advanced technician, Frequent turnover and employment contracts, etc.) management attention of construction is at a lower level. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

건설 산업은 인력 중심형 산업으로 건설현장의 기능 인력이 공사의 품질, 공기, 비용 등 생산성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러나 현재 건설 산업의 상황은 건설현장에서 건설기능 인력의 부족현상을 발생하고 있다. 이에 기존 건설기능 인력의 노령화가 가속되고 신규 기능 인력이 유입되지 않음으로 인해 건설 산업의 기능인력 부족현상과 기능 수준저하가 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 외국인 기능 인력을 활용하는 건설 현장이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 건설 기능 인력과 관련된 문제점에 대한 현황을 파악하고 그 대안을 제시하기 위하여 14개 현장 43명의 현장 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 그 결과 외국인 기능 인력은 목공과 철근공이 많았으며, 기능 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 외국인 기능 인력의 가장 큰 문제점은 언어 소통과 낮은 기능 수준이다. 그리고 노무 생산성과 안전사고 발생률도 내국인 기능 인력에 비해서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 논문은 응답자 의견을 근거로 기능 훈련, 언어 교육, 다문화 교육 등이 문제점 개선을 위해서 효과적이라고 제안하였다.

This research proposed the Direct Construction System for construction corporations as a strategy intended to perform cause analysis of construction technician shortage matter and solve resulting problems, and in view of the outcomes from the application of this system to the projects and workshops, it was verified that unsteady employment, lack of career prospect, and conditions of work environment can be resolved. In addition, from corporations' perspective, it is considered that by clarifying the abovementioned three problems, fundamental complications of construction administration, quality control, safety supervision, and cost management were settled, concluding forthcoming advancement of domestic construction business quality fell far behind developed counties.

A system to efficiently utilize construction information has been in demand as a result of the changing society where information and knowledge leads to added value. Consequently, the government established a comprehensive information network system for construction industries to manage and utilize construction information which is the currently in use. However, this system is oriented toward management and business performance estimation for engineering and does not integrate a management system for design, construction technology, and construction engineering services. Therefore, this study proposes to develop object technology and management system of construction services and its evaluation to provide such information in real time.
