  • In this paper, highly efficient dual-band class-F power amplifiers(PAs) for cellular and WLAN bands are suggested and implemented. For the first step, single-band class-F amplifiers at 840MHz, 2.4GHz are designed using commercial E-pHEMT FETs. The performance of two single band PAs are as much as 81.2% of efficiency with the output power of 24.4dBm with 840MHz PA and 93.5% of efficiency with 22.4dBm from the 2.4GHz. For the dual-band class-F PA, the harmonic controlling circuit with ideal SPDT switch was suggested. The length of transmission line is variable by a SPDT switch. As a results, the operation in 840MHz showed the peak efficiency of 60.5% with 23.5dBm, while in 2.4GHz mode the efficiency was 50.9% with the output power of 19.62dBm. Besides, it is shown that the harmonic controller of class-F above 2Ghz could be implemented on the low cost FR-4 substrate.

  • When scouring and contraction finishing at $90^{\circ}C$ using Relaxer or Rotary Washer contraction and weight loss ratio in warp and weft directions were excellent. Also surface state of fabric after drying or sanding treatment was excellent without crease. Low melting polyester fabric showed a complete melting bond by heat setting(P/S) at above $160^{\circ}C$. The alkali hydrolysis reaction of polyester showed the breakpoint in the weight loss behavior test, polyester yarn showed a breakpoint ranging from 25% to 28%. This is due to the difference of the hydrolysis rate between regular polyester and soluble polyester. Initially the soluble polyester was eluted and micro-fibrillized 5 times faster than a regular polyester. At a later time, a regular polyester was reduced weight to impart a proper flexibility and drape property to the fabric. As a result of surface sanding finishing, the surface of interior fabric showed a surface state most stabilized when using Mesh No. 220 in mono 0.2d after elution finishing. When the rotation direction of sanding roller was pro-, pro-, pro-, and retro-direction, a directional effect of tuft was not shown, a writing effect as suede was exhibited and a surface state was even. Sublimation fastness was 3-4 class for polyester and 2-4 class for nylon. Light fastness 3-4 class after lapse of 100 hours and 2-4 class after lapse of 160 hours. Abrasion fastness was 3-4 class on wet and 4-5 class on dry Laundry fastness was 2-4 class. As such, the abrasion fastness is slightly reduced upon wetting and the use thereof for interior is excellent, whereas laundry fastness is slightly lowered.

  • By a change of variables we obtain new $y$-coordinates of elliptic curves. Utilizing these $y$-coordinates as meromorphic modular functions, together with the elliptic modular function, we generate the fields of meromorphic modular functions. Furthermore, by means of the special values of the $y$-coordinates, we construct the ray class fields over imaginary quadratic fields as well as normal bases of these ray class fields.

  • We say operators A, B on Hilbert space satisfy Fuglede-Putnam theorem if AX = X B for some X implies $A^*X=XB^*$. We show that if either (1) A is p-hyponormal and $B^*$ is a class y operator or (2) A is a class y operator and $B^*$ is p-hyponormal, then A, B satisfy Fuglede-Putnam theorem.

  • This study applied the PBL class to the 'Nursing Process and Critical Thinking' courses in the second semester of 2018, and is a primitive research that utilized a single-group, pretest-posttest experimental design in order to examine the effects of the class on Critical Thinking Disposition, Problem Solving Ability, and Professional Self-Concept. Self-report questionnaires were administered to 59 nursing college students in G province. The PBL class consisted of 8 weeks of traditional lectures and 4 weeks of PBL classes. The SPSS/WIN 23.0 program was used for data analysis. Frequency and percentage were used to analyze the general characteristics, and mean, standard deviation and paired t-test were used to analyze the difference between the two groups. As a result, the Critical thinking Disposition of nursing college students was significantly increased(t=4.39, p<.001) after PBL class(3.71±.36) than before PBL class(3.41±.40). The Problem Solving Ability was notably improved(t=3.97, p<.001) after PBL class(3.70±.59) than before PBL class(3.36±.38). The Professional Self-Concept was considerably increased(t=4.84, p<.001) after PBL class(3.22±.50) compared to before PBL class(2.92±.28). Therefore, applying Problem-Based Learning in nursing education to a greater extent is estimated to be effective in increasing the core competencies of nursing college students.
