뉴베리 수상작 주제 분석을 통한 어린이 독서자료 선정 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selection Efficiency Scheme in Children's Books through Subject Analysis of The Newbery Medal Winner's Books)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 어린이 독서 자료의 선정과정에서 효율성을 달성하기 위한 방안의 하나로 도서의 내용을 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 주제 접근의 필요성을 제안하였다. 주제 접근의 필요성을 보여주기 위해 뉴베리상 수상작 국내 번역본 중에서 소설을 대상으로 내용에 접근할 수 있는 주제를 분석하여 이용 효율성의 예를 제시하였다. 기존의 주제명표목표에서 제시하는 주제 외에 소설의 내용을 파악하기 위해 필요한 요소로서 소설의 장르와 주인공의 성별, 연령을 제안하였다.

영유아 자녀를 둔 아버지의 부모교육에 대한 인식 (Father's Perception of Parent Education with Children Aged 1 through 5 Year-Old)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of parent education programs for fathers with children aged 1 through 5 year-old. One-Hundred forty-four fathers were answered using questionaire designed to elicit their perception of fathering, the details of domain parent education, and parent education program. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to determine the contents of parent education program as perceived by the fathers. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Fathers perceived about parent education as 'The training of living behavior', 'The education about essential method of living manners and the guidance for children.' Also, fathers commented some difficult points of raising children as; 'children' sickness', 'Parents' permission or control', and 'Childrens' stubborness'. Many fathers pointed their shortages; 'to be a model of habit and behavior', 'Lacking of enough experience and imagination to their children', and 'Limiting parent's patience to their children'. 2. On the domain of parent education, six subscales of requisite degree was very high. The highest requisite domains like three questions of 34 subordinate question was; 'to encourage their children their children', knowledge about how to develop children' emotions', 'knowledge of their influence to their children' humanity'. 3. Fathers answered that a parent education was needed in infant period. They choose suitable time and place, from p.m.6 to p.m. 9 on a day and once in a week in the kindergarten. Also, the contents of parent education program were needed in order as follows; 'Communication method with a child', 'Formation of living behavior'. Moreover, 77.6% of fathers wanted to participate in the parent education program.

자기주도적 프로젝트 교사교육 콘텐츠 개발 탐색연구 : 유아교사의 프로젝트 실행과정을 중심으로 (A Study of Developing Key Contents for Self Directed Teacher Education Program with Project : Focused on Project-implementing)

  • This study aims to uncover what kinds of difficulties preschool teachers are now confronted with when they begin to implement project based learning with young children, in order to develop contents for teacher education programs. From July 2012 to February, 2013, 9 teachers participated in implementing projects in preschool classrooms. For data generation and interpretation, observations of class projects, tape-recordings of teacher conferences, and interviews with the teachers were made. The findings were as follows: teachers' uncertainty regarding project itself, teachers themselves, child competence, and its sustainableness were the most critical obstacle to hinder the teachers in implementing self directed projects with young children. The results imply that the teachers' belief in child competence in doing projects is of great significance; their view that it is very difficult for them to do projects without viewing young children a co-constructor of knowledge. Therefore, the key element in developing contents for teacher education programs should include a richer understanding of young children' competence.

서울시 소재 육아종합지원센터에서 제공하는 어린이집 간식 식단의 유형 및 영양소 평가 (Evaluation of Menu Pattern and Nutritional Contents of Snack Menus Provided by Child Care Information Centers in Seoul)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate menu pattern and nutritional contents of snack menus provided by child care information centers in Seoul. Snack menus during March 2013 (morning snack : 125 cases, afternoon snack : 100 cases), including information on portion size, were collected from five child care information centers, after which the number of menu items, menu patterns, and nutritional contents were analyzed. About two-thirds of total snack menus included two menu items. There were significant differences in service time (morning & afternoon snacks). 'Beverage+Food' pattern (66.7%) was the most commonly used; 'Beverage' pattern was significantly higher in morning snacks (10.4%) than in afternoon snacks (1.0%). Morning and afternoon snacks provided 124.5 and 170.6 kcal of energy and 116.4 and 90.9 mg of calcium, respectively, which are 8.9% and 12.2% as well as 19.4%, and 15.2% of children's daily energy and calcium requirements. To improve the quality of food and nutrition offered to children through snacks at child carre centers, a more detailed snack menu plan as well as nutritional guidelines for institutions should be developed.

국내 어린이 중심 과학전시 현황 파악 및 발전방향 모색 (Examining the Current Status Quo of Children's Science Exhibits and Exploring the Direction of Development in Children's Science Museum Exhibition)

  • 본 연구는 어린이를 대상으로 한 과학전시관의 현황을 파악하고 어린이 과학관에서의 교육효과를 높이기 위한 전시 공간연출의 개선방향을 제안하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 어린이과학관 전시물과 전시공간을 전시내용에 따라 크게 3가지 주제로 분류하고, 전시매체와 전시공간을 분석하는 분석틀을 개발하였다. 연구 대상은 국내 어린이를 대상으로 한 전시관 총 7곳을 목적 표집하여 선정하고, 촬영을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석틀에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과, '신체'와 '주변 사물', '자연 현상'을 전시 내용으로 한 전시현황을 분석했을 때, 어린이의 발달수준에 맞지 않는 어려운 내용으로 구성되어 있으며, 전시매체 측면에서는 설명적 매체와 관찰형 매체가 주를 이루고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전시공간 측면에서는 설치물요소와 색상요소에 의존하는 경향이 높으며, 전시 주제에 따른 동선의 흐름이 대체적으로 전시 내용 전체 스토리를 유추하기 어렵다고 할 수 있겠다. 이를 개선하고 어린이 과학관에서의 교육효과를 높이기 위해 전시 연출의 기획단계에서부터 관련 전문가들의 협업을 통해 전반적인 진행이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

면접방식에 따른 유아의 기억 정확성 및 피암시성 (The effect of interview techniques on preschool children's memory accuracy and suggestibility)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of interview techniques on memory accuracy and suggestibility of preschool children. Forty-five preschool children participated in a magic show(target event) and 1 week later, all children received suggestive interview in two conditions(language condition & drawing condition). Another 1 week later, all children's recall contents of the magic show was assessed. During suggestive interview, children in drawing condition show more 'acception' response than children in language condition, and children in the question condition show less 'remember' response than children in drawing condition. In second interview children reported more words, and specially ones in language condition report more suggested words than ones in drawing condition. Finally, children's recalls were more accurate on controled informations of the event than on suggestive.

어린이 극놀이 증강현실감을 위한 아동로봇상호작용 분석 (Analysis on Children Robot Interaction with Dramatic Playes for Better Augmented Reality)

  • 이 연구에서는 인간과로봇상호작용(HRI)에서 유아들을 대상으로 로봇을 활용한 증강현실 극놀이 실험을 통하여 아동들이 느끼는 상호작용 분석을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 극놀이 로봇콘텐츠를 아동들이 상호작용하기에 편하도록 QR 마커의 단점을 개선하여 개발하였다. 또한 로봇을 활용한 증강현실 극놀이에 대해서 로봇 극놀이에 대한 흥미, 로봇분장의 적절성, 로봇이 똑똑해 보이는 정도, 극놀이에 몰입감에 대한 아동의 반응을 분석하여 보았다. 나이가 어릴수록 재미가 높고, 로봇이 똑똑하다고 생각하였고 로봇 사용경험이 없는 아이들이 상대적 흥미가 높고, 로봇분장에 대해서는 로봇사용 경험 있는 아이들이 차이를 인지하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze mothers’ recognition and the current status about educational programs for who have their children. For this purpose, questionaire method was used. The respondents were 400 mothers with children in secondary schools. Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Chi-square. The major findings are as follows: 1. The result of mothers’recognition on parent education is : Most of the mothers of students have difficulty in guiding their children. And mothers usually depend upon mass media as the way to collect information about the education of their children. They want to strengthen their relationship with school through this program. 2 the results from this study on mothers’ recognition on actual conditions of parental participation is : The main reason for mothers’participation is to obtain knowledge to support the education of their children, and to keep the close relationship with school. They had difficulty in attending meetings due to their houseworks and jobs. 3. The types and contents of the mothers’ education program: The contents of education consisted of understanding their children. The period of parent education in secondary school was practiced during the weekdays.

한국어에서의 성인과 유아의 음성 인식 비교 (Comparison of Adult and Child's Speech Recognition of Korean)

  • 현재 한국의 음성 데이터베이스 구축 현황을 살펴보면 유아에 맞춰진 음성 데이터베이스는 구축이 되지 않은 실정이다. 국외 연구를 분석한 결과, 다양한 언어를 기반으로 유아 대상의 음성 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있다. 이는 성인의 음성과 유아의 음성은 언어학적으로 차이가 있기 때문에 유아는 유아에 맞는 음성 데이터베이스가 필요하다. 한국어에서 성인과 유아의 음성 차이를 알아보기 위해, HMM을 이용하여 유아와 성인의 음성인식을 비교하였다. 유아와 성인의 음성인식 비교는 성별, 나이별, 성도 길이 정규화의 적용 유무에 따라 실험한다. 본 논문에서는 한국어에서 유아의 음성을 유아의 음성인식기로 인식했을 때가 성인의 음성인식기로 인식했을 때 보다 월등히 인식률이 높았으며, 성도 길이 정규화의 적용이 인식률 향상에 도움이 되고 있음을 보여준다.

  • In Japan, the children with problem behavior have been called the difficult children. However, the definitions of the difficult children in the medical, health, childcare and education are different. As a result, it is difficult to support for the needs of children. In addition, the difficult children have been influenced by the subjectivity of the teachers. IN-Child (Inclusive Needs Child) is defined by the result of this study. IN-Child means "Child in need of inclusive education by a team, including experts. It does not depend on intellectual and developmental delays due to physical, mental, home environment." We developed the IN-Child record that enables the educational diagnosis of IN-Child. IN-Child record was made to organize and analyze of the items by experts including 3 researchers and 2 teachers. As a result, it was classified into two domains of "cause" and "effect". The domain of "cause" is classified by two domains of "physical" and "mental". The domain of effect is classified by two domains of "daily living" and "learning".
