With the introduction of supply chain management concept, the nature of a firm is fundamentally changed. Control is no longer based on direct control of the business processes, but rather based on integration across member organizations in the supply chain. Firms are trying to achieve a competitive edge by managing their supply chain performance to gain advantages in cost and service differentiation. The supply chain elements of a sea port involves ILSP (Inbound Logistics Service Provider) at the input side and OLSP (Outbound Logistics Service Provider) at the output side. The goal of sea port is to satisfy the needs of different parties, both upstream and downstream, in the chain with greater effectiveness and efficiency than it's competitors. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to derive conceptualization of the SCP (Supply Chain Performance) in the sea port from literature review on the previous researches and to tackle their theoretical and practical implications. The paper deals with conceptualizing SCP in sea port using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model. It incorporates both the effectiveness and efficiency aspects of performance measurement. And it also recognizes customer related reasons for measuring performance.
This study was conducted to analyze on the operational cost of logging operations in the whole-tree logging operation system by tower-yarder and swing-yarder, and in the cut-to-length logging operation system by excavator with grapple in order to spread efficient logging operation technique and to establish the logging operation system. In the results of the analysis of operation cost, in case of the whole-tree logging operation system, the operation cost was 2,099 won/$m^3$ in felling by chain saw, 28,286 won/$m^3$ in yarding by tower-yarder, 18,265 won/$m^3$ in yarding by swing-yarder, 18,939 won/$m^3$ in bucking by excavator with grapple and chain saw, 20,484 won/$m^3$ in forwarding and accumulation by wheel type mini-forwarder, 12,701 won/$m^3$ in forwarding and accumulation by excavator with grapple and small forwarding vehicle. In case of the cut-to-length logging operation system, the operation cost was 10,160 won/$m^3$ in felling and bucking by chain saw, 7,567 won/$m^3$ in cut-to-length extraction by excavator with grapple, 6,982 won/$m^3$ in branches and leaves extraction by excavator with grapple, 3,040 won/$m^3$ in the operation road construction by excavator with grapple, 20,484 won/$m^3$ in forwarding and accumulation by wheel type mini-forwarder, 12,701 won/$m^3$ in forwarding and accumulation by excavator with grapple and small forwarding vehicle.
This paper contributes by incorporating works addressing supply chain coordination and investing in setup reduction program. Consider a two-echelon, EOQ-like inventory system consisting of a supplier and a buyer. We assume that both the supplier and the buyer can invest in setup cost reduction programs in order to benefit from small order sizes. However, the costs of investing in setup cost reduction programs are different for the two parties, leading to mismatches in individually optimal setup costs and order cycle times. We propose a supply chain coordination contract that makes use of quantity discount as an incentive transfer scheme for supply chain coordination.
Purpose: Increasing their motivation and job satisfaction, employees in the distribution channel may be better able to interact with consumers and provide a more satisfying experience. Thus, increasing employee engagement in the supply chain necessitates a complex strategy considering the distinctive features of wholesale and retail markets. This study investigates how to boost employees' motivation in the supply chain based on the difference between wholesale and retail market. Research design, data, and methodology: The prior study analysis is a useful tool to take a look at relevant previous works via a significant screening and selecting strategy. The Key words based on the topic of the research have used, such as 'Employee Motivation', 'Supply Chain', 'Wholesale' and 'Retail' worker. Results: The findings of this research strongly indicates that motivating employees is essential for the efficient operation of supply chain activities as they continue to expand and become more complicated. The supply chain's two main segments are the wholesale and retail markets, each with distinct characteristics. Conclusions: This research focused exclusively on the factors that motivate supply chain workers, ignoring job satisfaction, corporate culture, and managerial style, which may affect employee motivation. These factors also have the potential to impact employee motivation and should be considered in subsequent research.

Power dissipated during test application is substantially higher than power dissipated during functional operation which can decrease the reliability and lead to yield loss. This paper presents a new technique for power minimization during test application in full scan sequential circuits. This paper shows freezing of combinational logic parts during scan shift operation in test mode. The freezing technique leads to power to minimization. Significant power reduction in the scan techniques is achieved on ISCAS 89 benchmarks.
The potential security threat is increasing as the supply of ICT products to the defense sector increases with the development of information and communication technology. Attempts to neutralize, such as intelligence gathering and destruction, through attacks on the defense power support system and the intelligence system of the weapons system could pose a fatal threat. Therefore, security measures of supply chain shear system that take into account ICT product production and operation stage to maintenance stage are needed in defense field. In the paper, technical and administrative measures for responding to 12 ICT supply chain security threats at each stage of the defense ICT supply chain life cycle were presented.

Big data in the supply chain mainly comes from four aspects. One is the relevant data inevitably generated in the process of product value transfer of enterprises in the supply chain, such as production equipment quality data, planned procurement data, product data, etc; On the other hand, it is derived from the ERP data of various companies in the supply chain; The third is e-commerce data from the customer, and the last is data from external or manually entered data. A third-party data service center analysis and mining the data to predict and control the inventory in the process of supply chain operation. It brings innovation and change of management technology and way of thinking to the whole supply chain in many aspects, and finally achieves the goal of coordinated inventory and zero inventory of the whole supply chain.
With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) and big data technology, a large amount of data will be generated during the operation of related industries. How to classify the generated data accurately has become the core of research on data mining and processing in IoT industry chain. This study constructs a classification model of IoT industry chain based on improved random forest algorithm and text analysis, aiming to achieve efficient and accurate classification of IoT industry chain big data by improving traditional algorithms. The accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC value size of the traditional Random Forest algorithm and the algorithm used in the paper are compared on different datasets. The experimental results show that the algorithm model used in this paper has better performance on different datasets, and the accuracy and recall performance on four datasets are better than the traditional algorithm, and the accuracy performance on two datasets, P-I Diabetes and Loan Default, is better than the random forest model, and its final data classification results are better. Through the construction of this model, we can accurately classify the massive data generated in the IoT industry chain, thus providing more research value for the data mining and processing technology of the IoT industry chain.
Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the relationship between the corporate value chain and performance of non- financial businesses of South Korean stock market companies. It aims to explore the evidence that can be used to infer the relationship between value chains and corporate performance in the case of firms forming a value chain with other companies with the means of an equity investment or a special business relationship. Design/methodology - Non-financial corporations listed from 2011 to 2017 on the securities market of South Korea are analyzed. The data used for analysis are found for transactions with the related party by year for all the corporations of non-financial industries in the securities market. Multiple analysis attempts are conducted including the relationship between the value chain and productivity, corporate value, risk-adjusted corporate value, and mediation effects of productivity. The empirical model employs sixteen variables including the value chain index which identifies its impact on various aspects of business performances. Findings - The results of this study clearly supports the phenomenon that corporate productivity and value are enhanced when the corporation expands its value chain established with domestic related firms and overseas companies. Such a positive effect is statistically significant even after the possible risk factors that accompany the expansion of value chain were considered, and productivity plays the role as a medicating variable in the effect of the value chain on the corporation values. Originality/value - The findings of this study confirms that domestic companies' expansion of their value chain centered on the related firms overseas that helped them in terms of the maximization of their productivity and corporate values. This study shows that Korean government's policy on expanding the corporate GVC can enhance the productivity and value of firms. The expansion of value chain and its impact on business performance has not been explored thoroughly, although it is getting more and more important in the global trade operation.
