청소년의 참여행동이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 -진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Youth Participation Behavior on Career Preparation Behavior -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들의 참여행동이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구수행을 위해 J지역에 거주하고 있는 청소년 1,077명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 활용하여 경로분석 방법을 통해 청소년의 진로준비행동에 대한 참여행동과 진로결정 자기효능감의 직접적인 영향력과 참여행동이 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개하는 간접적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 연구를 통해 청소년의 참여행동과 진로결정 자기효능감의 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향력과 참여행동이 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개하는 간접적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 청소년의 진로준비행동에 있어서 참여행동과 진로결정 자기효능감의 중요성을 다시 확인시켜 주었으며, 특히 청소년의 진로준비행동에 대한 개입에 있어서 참여행동과 진로결정 자기효능감의 관계 구조에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개입이 이루어져야 할 필요가 있음을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 청소년의 참여행동, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동을 증진하기 위한 융복합적 제언을 제시하였다.

일부 치위생과 학생의 자기효능감과 진로태도성숙간의 관련성 (Effect of self-efficacy in dental hygiene students on the career maturity level)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생의 자기효능감과 진로태도성숙간의 관련성을 검증하고, 그 세부요인간의 관련성을 분석하고자 부산, 대구지역의 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이중 435명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제난이도 자기효능감은 진로결정성, 진로독립성, 진로확신성, 진로준비성에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기조절 자기효능감은 진로독립성, 진로확신성, 진로준비성, 진로목적성에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 치위생과 학생의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 진로태도성숙 주요변인은 진로독립성, 진로준비성, 진로확신성이었고, 총 설명력은 28%였다. 따라서, 성공적인 대학생활을 위해서는 치위생과 학생들의 자기효능감을 증진시키고, 진로태도를 성숙하게 할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of career decision self-efficacy on major satisfaction among nursing students, and to examine the moderating effect of professor-student interaction on career decision self-efficacy and major satisfaction. Methods: This study analyzed the data of 307 students among fourth-year university nursing students in A and C cities from May 2017 to July 2017 using the SPSS 24.0 statistics program. Results: There were significantly positive relationships between career decision self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and professor-student interaction. The professor-student interaction showed moderating effects in the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and major satisfaction, with 52.7% of explanatory power. Conclusion: This finding suggests the importance of career decision self-efficacy and the moderating effects of professor-student interaction to increase nursing students' satisfaction in their major. Therefore, it is necessary to make diverse efforts in the field of education to improve students' career decision self-efficacy and professor-student interaction.

지역아동센터 이용 아동·청소년의 문화프로그램 몰입이 진로인식 및 진로발달에 미치는 영향 - 사회적지지에 의해 조절된 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Influence of Cultural Program Commitment on Career Perception & Development of Children and Adolescents Using Local Children Centers' Services - The Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy Moderated by Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 취약계층 아동·청소년이 이용하는 지역아동센터 문화프로그램 몰입이 진로인식과 진로발달에 주는 영향을 사회적 지지에 의해 조절된 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. N시 지역아동센터 22개소에 다니는 190명의 아동청소년을 대상으로 문화프로그램 몰입, 진로인식, 진로발달, 사회적 지지와 자기효능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 통계처리를 위해 SPSS PC+ 25.0의 SPSS MACRO가 사용되었다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 문화프로그램 몰입은 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 진로인식, 진로발달과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 문화프로그램 몰입이 자기효능감을 매개로 진로인식과 진로발달에 영향을 주며, 문화프로그램 몰입이 진로인식과 진로발달에 주는 영향을 매개하는 자기효능감을 사회적지지가 조절하는 것이 검증되었다. 지역아동센터에 다니는 아동·청소년이 지각하는 사회적 지지가 높을수록 자기효능감의 매개효과가 커지고, 문화프로그램몰입이 진로인식과 진로발달에 주는 긍정적 영향이 촉진된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구과제가 논의되었다.

대학생의 가족건강성과 자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 관계 (A Study on the Relation of Family Strength, Self-Efficacy and Career Maturity of College Students)

  • This study analyzes the relation between family strength, self-efficacy and career maturity of college students. The results from the study are based on surveys, using a questionnaire method, undertaken by students from the Jeonnam area. Data was analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program and the statistics used for analysis were t-Test, ANOVA, Correlation and Regression. The study found the following results. First, the family strength of the subjects was above average. Second, family strength, self-efficacy, and career maturity showed differences in terms of gender, major satisfaction, career counselling and major area. Third, the correlation among family strength, self-efficacy, and career maturity were observed positively in almost all sub-categories. Forth, the effects of family strength on self-efficacy and career maturity were significant. Based on these results, it is suggested that family strength should be enhanced to improve self-efficacy and career maturity of college students.

Impact of School Career Assistance on Improving Self-efficacy: Moderating Effects of Grit and Regulatory Focus

  • Self-efficacy is a major factor related to performance and needs to be improved in business and education field. This study explains the effectiveness of school career assistance to improve college students' self-efficacy. Furthermore, it demonstrates the moderating effects of grit and regulatory focus (promote and prevention). School career assistance is based on group support, and moderating variables in this paper are individual characteristics. In these group and individual dimensions, if the effectiveness of school career assistance varies depending on individual characteristics, schools will be able to establish self-efficacy improvement strategies more appropriate for individual students. School would understand individual characteristics such as grit and regulatory focus, then could make individual strategy for enhancing self-efficacy and performance. Hence, it is expected that the performance of school and student will improve through the self-efficacy improvement plan presented in this study.

공과계열 대학생의 진로의사결정유형, 진로결정효능감과 진로탐색행동의 관계 (The Relationships among Career Decision Making Types, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Career Exploration Behavior of Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors predicting career exploration behavior of engineering students. Career decision making types(rational type, intuitive type, and dependent type) and career decision making self-efficacy were included as predictors for this study. 249 engineering students in Gyeonggi-do of South Korea participated in this study and 231 data analyzed as final samples through multiple regression and mediation analysis. Results showed as follows: first, rational and intuitive decision making significantly predicted career exploration behavior. Also, career decision making self-efficacy completely mediated between these career decision making types(rational and intuitive) and career exploration behavior. The implication of the findings on practice for career education are discussed in the paper.

일부 보건계열 대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Identity by Health Science College Students on Job Preparation Behavior)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to evaluate the influential factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity by health science college students on their job preparation beaviors. Methods: The total 714 questionnaires were distributed to juniors and seniors of health science college, and the result was statistically analyzed through IBM SPSS statistics 20.0. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of job preparation behavior between male students and female students, and while seniors showed highly active job preparation behaviors, those who had high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, and outgoing personality had highly active job preparation behaviors. 2. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, outgoing personality, and high expected salaries showed high career decision-making self-efficacy level. 3. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement and highly outgoing personality showed high level of career identity. 4. Subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were collection of job information, goal setting, planning, and self-assessment, and all of them showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. 5. Among subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, "self-understanding" and understanding of job information showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. Conclusion: For improvement on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of health science college students, individual support, psychological support, educational support and other supports regarding job employment to provide wide paths and methods for job preparation behaviors are essential, and through various job employment education program and graded counseling, job preparation behaviors shall be promoted as a great strategy.

공과대학생의 학업지속과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 공학효능감과 결과기대, 흥미간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Engineering Self-Efficacy, Outcome Expectations, Interests, Learning Persistence and Career Preparation Behavior of Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate structural relationships among engineering self-efficacy, outcome expectation, interest, learning persistence, and career preparation behavior of engineering students. Participants (n=428) completed measures of engineering self-efficacy, outcome expectations, interests, learning persistence, and career preparation behavior. Results from structural equation modeling analysis were found to support the proposed model which included learning persistence and career preparation behavior, influence from engineering self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and interests. In addition, major persistence intention and career preparation behavior of engineering college students are influenced by the direct and indirect effects on engineering self-efficacy, interest, and outcome expectations. The implications of the findings on practice for Korean engineering college students are discussed.

남자 간호대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 병역의무계획이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Career Decision Making Self-efficacy and Military Duty Planning on Career Preparation Behavior among Male Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate factors influencing career preparation behavior among male nursing students in South Korea. Methods: Data were collected from May 25 to June 17, 2018 and a total of 158 male nursing students participated in this study. Career decision making self-efficacy, military duty planning, and career preparation behavior were measured using a structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 for windows. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in career preparation behavior of participants according to entrance motivation and desired career after graduation. There were statistically significant correlations between career decision making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior (r=.65, p<.001), and between military duty planning and career preparation behavior (r=.45, p<.001). The influential factors for career preparation behavior were career decision making self-efficacy (${\beta}=.64$, p<.001), and military duty planning (${\beta}=.42$, p<.001). These factors accounted for 42% of the variance in career preparation behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that to improve career preparation behavior for male nursing students, it is necessary to enhance career decision making self-efficacy and military duty planning.
