간호대학생의 자기효능감과 임상실습만족도가 진로태도성숙도에 주는 영향 (Affecting Factors of Self-efficacy and Clinical Practice Satisfaction on Career Attitude Maturity in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 임상실습만족도가 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 주는지를 알아보고 간호대학생의 진로상담 및 지도를 위한 방안을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일부 지역의 임상실습을 마친 간호학과 4학년 121명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 Pearson's correlation 및 Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 진로태도성숙도, 자기효능감 및 임상실습만족도는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 연구결과 임상실습만족도는 13.3%(${\beta}=.248$), 자기효능감은 38.6 %(${\beta}=.570$)가 예측요인이었고 총 44.% 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램과 임상실습만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 해외 교환학생 프로그램 참여가 대학생의 진로발달과 어떠한 관계를 갖는지 진로결정 자기효능감을 중심으로 분석하고, 관련 설명 요인을 혼합방법을 사용해 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A대학의 해외 교환학생 프로그램 참여자 258명에 대해 사전 사후 설문조사를 실시하고, 양적 연구 결과를 설명하기 위해 16명을 대상으로 질적 면담을 실시하였다. 양적 및 질적 연구 결과, 진로 관련 성취목표와 현지학생과의 교류가 참여자의 진로발달에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 해외 교환학생 프로그램 참여 후에도 진로 결정 자기효능감이 낮아진 집단도 확인하였다. 이 경우, 귀국 후 참여자가 파견된 국가와 상황이 다른 한국의 직업 시장으로 돌아와, 취직 현실의 벽을 재경험하며 예전의 진로계획으로 돌아가는 질적 연구 결과를 통해 이해할 수 있다. 또 참여자가 교환학생 프로그램을 휴식 및 해외 체험을 위해 참여하여 진로탐색과 연결지어보지 않는 결과로도 이해할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 해외 교환학생 프로그램 운영을 위한 시사점을 논의하고 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

치과기공사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of self-efficacy on job satisfaction of dental technician)

  • Purpose : The purpose of study was to survey self-efficacy and job satisfaction for 500 dental technicians. Methods : The subjects were composed of 500 dental technicians in Daegu Metropolitan city and Gyeong-buk. This study was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences 17.0 for Windows. As for the analysis methods, the study used the frequency analysis, percentage, mean, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis. Results : Self-efficacy of dental technician shows self confidence(M= 3.56), self regulatory efficacy(M=3.48), task difficulty preference(M=3.46). Job satisfaction of dental technician shows affairs satisfaction(M=3.58), colleague satisfaction(M=3.57), promotion satisfaction(M=3.48), salary satisfaction(M=3.56). Self-efficacy which affect on job satisfation was self confidence and self regulatory efficacy. Conclusion : A sense of self-efficacy and degree of job satisfaction are high when the sense of the degree of job satisfaction could be high only through a high sense of self-efficacy. In order to promote dental technician and dental hygienist of self-efficacy and job satisfaction, education and career and monthly salary is required high.

간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향 (Influencing Factors on Career Preparation Behavior of Nursing Freshmen)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동 수준을 높이기 위한 교육 방법과 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료수집은 2021년 10월 18일부터 10월 31일까지 J 도와 G 광역시에 소재한 대학교에서 간호학과 신입생 255명을 대상으로 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 진로 준비 행동은 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감과 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로 준비 행동에 시간 관리 행동이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 총설명력은 18.8%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생을 위한 시간 관리 프로그램을 개발 및 제공하여 신입생부터 시간 관리 능력을 키워나가야겠다.

간호학과 학생의 진로준비행동 영향요인: 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 (Factors influencing career preparation behavior of nursing students: A systemic review and meta-analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to systematically review and conduct meta-analysis on factors affecting career preparation behavior of Korean nursing students. Methods: Related articles published in Korean and English were collected based on search terms and converted into a numerical database. Data extraction, quality assessment and analysis including a systematic review and meta-analysis were completed. Results: The review included 27 studies. There were 25 factors influencing career preparation behavior of Korean nursing students. Factors were categorized into four sub-factors: personal, contextual, cognitive-emotional, and goal-related. In the meta-analysis of 27 articles the total effect size (ESr) was .34. The effect sizes of the four sub-factors were .37 for individual factors, .25 for situation factors, .34 for cognitive and emotional factors, and .41 for target factors. The main factors were .53 for career-related efficacy, .43 for self-leadership, and .43 for career decision level. Conclusion: Nursing students with high career-related efficacy and self-leadership are more likely to demonstrate career preparation behavior. Based on these results, educational institutions for nursing students must improve students' self-leadership and career effectiveness through education so that they can set career goals.

학업을 병행하는 임상간호사의 전문직 자아개념, 자기효능감 및 직무만족도 (Professional Self-concept, Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Clinical Nurse in Schoolwork)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional self-concept, self-efficacy and job satisfaction of clinical nurse in schoolwork. Method: Data was collected from convenient sample of 407 nurses in 3 cities. The questionnaire measured the level of professional self-concept, self-efficacy and job satisfaction of clinical nurse in schoolwork. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, partial correlation. Result: The mean score of professional self-concept was 2.83(${\pm}.34$) self-efficacy was 3.64(${\pm}.31$), job satisfaction was 3.12(${\pm}.38$). There were significant differences on three variables according to age, a clinical career, level of education. There was a significant positive correlation between professional self-concept and self-efficacy, job satisfaction. The self-efficacy was a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction. Conclusions: From the studies reviewed, it can expect the positive effect to improve the self-efficacy, professional self-concept and job satisfaction when the nurses who have continuous education and organizational support. These findings would be important resource to nurse administrators for clinical implication.

베이비부머 세대의 진로자기효능감이 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Career Self-efficacy on Preparations Toward Retirement for Baby Boomer Generation)

  • 2010년 베이비부머(baby boomer)의 맏형격인 1955년생이 정년퇴직하는 것을 시작으로 본격적으로 베이비부머 세대들이 현직에서 물러나고 있다. 베이비부머의 퇴직은 발달된 의학기술과 향상된 생활수준 그리고 주변 생활환경의 개선 등으로 인하여 곧 기대수명이 길어진 노인계층으로 진입하는 것을 의미하므로 매년 낮아지는 출산율과 맞물려 고령 사회로의 진입 속도를 더욱 빠르게 하고 있다. 이에 베이비부머 세대들의 진로자기효능감과 관련하여 은퇴준비를 알아보고자 첫째, 월 평균소득과 현재 직업에 따른 은퇴준비의 차이분석 둘째, 진로자기효능감이 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위한 설문조사는 2012. 1. 17.~2. 16까지 1개월 동안 서울, 경기, 강원, 충남, 경남, 전남, 제주도 등에 직접방문 및 우편발송으로 베이비부머 세대를 대상으로 총 500부의 설문지를 배포하여 443부가 회수되었고 이 중 유효한 400명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 그 결과 월 평균소득에 따른 은퇴준비는 경제적, 신체적 요인에서 유의미한 것으로 확인되었으며, 현재 직업에 따른 은퇴준비는 경제적, 신체적, 사회적 등 모든 요인에서 유의한 결과값이 보여졌다. 진로자기효능감이 은퇴준비에 미치는 영향에서는 경제적 요인이 가장 높은 58%의 영향력을 보이며 자기평가, 목표설정, 직업정보, 문제해결의 모든 요인에서 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다.

치기공과 학생의 진로장벽과 구직효능감 관계에서 직업기초능력의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of the Basic Occupational Ability in the Relationship between Career Barriers and the Job-seeking Efficacy of a Dental Technology Student)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify the mediating effect of the basic occupational ability in relation to the career barrier and job-seeking efficacy of dental technology students. It aims to provide the basic data for NCS-based education and career guidance. Methods: The subject of the questionnaire survey was dental technology students. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. For reliable verification, a significance level of ${\alpha}=.05$ was used and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. Results: The results of the analysis showed that the basic occupational ability had a mediating effect in relation to career barriers and job-seeking efficacy. It was found that the basic occupational ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between job-seeking efficiently and other variables such as difficulty in an interpersonal relationship, lack of self-clarification, conflict with others in important positions, lack of job information, and lack of interest. Conclusion : The results of this study confirmed the importance of the basic occupational ability in improving job-seeking goals, job motivation, job search strength, job skills, and other related areas. If it appears difficult to overcome career barriers such as interpersonal difficulty, lack of self-clarification, conflict with other important people, lack of job information, and lack of interest, then the improvement of the basic occupational ability can be expected to enhance the job-seeking efficiency.

멘토링 기능이 패션 관련 학과 대학생의 학과적응에 미치는 영향 -자기효능감과 멘토역량의 조절효과- (The Influence of Mentoring Function on Department Adaptation of University Students in a Fashion Related Department -The Moderating Role of Self-efficacy and Mentor Competence-)

  • This study examines the influence of mentoring function on major adaptation of university students in a fashion related department and identifies the moderating role of self-efficacy and mentor competence on the effectiveness of a fashion mentoring function. Questionnaire data were gathered from 266 university students in a fashion related department with previous experience in a mentoring program. The results showed that the psychosocial function, sensitivity developmental function, and the fashion career developmental function had a positive impact on the department adaptation (adaptation for professor and adaptation for learning). In addition, there were moderating effects of self-efficacy on the influence of the fashion career developmental function on professor adaptation and the moderating effects of mentor competence on the influence of the sensitivity developmental function on professor adaptation. The results of this study provide various guidelines for professors or administrators of fashion related departments who are interested in mentoring systems.

인문계와 실업계 여고생들의 피임지식과 피임 자기효능감에 관한 비교 (Comparative study on the contraceptive knowledge, self-efficacy according to the career tract of high school female students)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the contraceptive knowledge, self-efficacy according to the career tract of high school female students. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional, correlational design using an exploratory survey methodology through self-reported questionnaires. The questionnaires were administered to 369 high school female students using a convenience sampling. Results: In the experience of sexual behaviors(grasping hand, hugging, petting, deep petting, sexual intercourse), technical female high school students showed more experiences than female high school students. In the contraceptive knowledge, the score of high school students' contraceptive knowledge was higher than technical female high school students. In the contraceptive self-efficacy, there was not a significant difference between the technical female high school students and female high school students. In the female high school students, there were significant differences in the contraceptive knowledge according to grade, academic record, sex education experience and there were significant differences in the contraceptive self-efficacy according to grade, academic record, parents' attitude about acquaintance of the opposite sex. In the technical female high school students, there was not significant difference in the contraceptive knowledge according to demographic, sexual behavior, and contraceptive related characteristics but there were significant differences in the contraceptive self-efficacy according to grade, parents' attitude about acquaintance of the opposite sex, contraceptive education experience at school. There was positive relationship between contraceptive knowledge and contraceptive self-efficacy. Conclusion: Further research is needed to identify the prevalence rate of contraceptive attitude using more reliable variables. A sex education program should be developed for promoting use of contraceptive measure and formation of positive contraceptive attitude among high school female students.
