It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications on the settlement of regional labor market of young women through detailed study on the experience of regional labor market in Jeollanam-do Province. For this purpose, this study analyzed the labor mobility experience in the regional labor market of young women, which lacked specific case studies. In this study, we have identified the causes of job changes by dividing the labor mobility of young women into intra-career moves and inter-career moves. For the causes of labor mobility we divided into two aspects: problems in preparation for employment and employment conditions. The inter-career moves included more diverse factors than intra-career moves. In the inter-career moves, problems in preparation for employment were highlighted as the causes of job changes. In the case of moving within the career, young women would leave because of the employment conditions such as the expiration of the employment period, but the turnover appears to be the way of retaining their previous career. On the other hand, in the case of intra-career moves, the strong desire to maintain the career was shown, and at the same time, the possibility of leaving the region was also high. Based on the case study, this study proposed systematic career counseling for career match, and construction of career management system to support continuous career development.

The results of the analysis of the mediation effect of career self-efficacy on the impact of intrinsic motive on planning style showed that goal selection had a complete mediation effect. Given these results, it is necessary that educational institutions and society provide students, even during middle and high school years, with opportunities to discover their aptitudes and interests, and an educational system should be established to pave the way for students to be well prepared for and make decisions about the work they will do.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy, character strength, and gratitude as a factor influencing the happy life of adults. Subjects were 89 adults in university and graduate school. SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS Macro were used for data analysis. Significant correlations were found between career decision-making self-efficacy, character strength, gratitude, and happy life. The direct effect of career decision-making self-efficacy, an independent variable, on happy life, a dependent variable, was not significant. Character strength and gratitude, which are mediators, were significant. Therefore, the indirect effect and the total effects showed significant results. Career decision-making self-efficacy does not directly predict a happy life, but if it mediates character strengths and gratitude, it means that a happy life can be predicted.
