  • We newly introduce the concept of summable in measure and investigate on some its properties. In addition to this, we consider a size of given series by means of we are giving Lebesgue measure to an associated series.

  • A class of nonlinear Markov processes on the real line is considered, and a functional central limit theorem is proved for the functions of bounded variation on the real line by identifying a broad subset of the range of the generator.

  • In this paper, we obtain the sharp estimates for co-efficients of harmonic, orientation-preserving, univalent mappings defined on ${\Delta}=\{z:{\mid}z{\mid}>1\}$ when harmonic mappings are of bounded variation on ${\mid}z{\mid}=1$.

  • We prove that solutions $u^\epsilon$ for the mixed hyperbolic-elliptic system of conservation laws with the viscosity term are total variation bounded uniformly in $\epsilon$ and that the solution $u^\epsilon$ converges to the solution for the mixed hyperbolic-elliptic Riemann problem as $\epsilon \to 0$.

  • We characterize operators between Banach spaces sending unconditionally weakly p-summable sequences into sequences that lie in the range of a vector measure of bounded variation. Further, we describe operators between Banach spaces taking unconditionally weakly p-summable sequences into sequences that lie in the range of a vector measure.
