In this study, the physiological activity effect of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract on antioxidant activity, whitening, and anti-inflammatory activity was checked, and the possibility of its use as a functional material was checked. The purpose of this study was to confirm the antioxidant activity through DPPH radical scavenging activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract, whitening activity effect through melanin production inhibition ability for melanin cell B16F10 melanoma cell, and anti-inflammatory activity effect through NO production inhibition ability for macrophage RAW 264.7 cell. As a result of the study, the concentration-dependent DPPH radical scavenging activity of the trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract was confirmed, and DPPH radical scavenging activity similar to that of the positive control Ascorbic acid was confirmed. It was confirmed that the melanin production inhibitory activity induced by 100 nM 𝛼-MSH and the NO production inhibitory ability induced by LPS 1 ㎍/mL were significantly suppressed. Accordingly, it is considered that the trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract may be used as a functional material having antioxidant, whitening, and anti-inflammatory effects.

In this study, four types of retinol, retinyl palmitate, adenocin, and polytoxylate-dretinamide, which are the ingredients of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety Notice, included in the study. also we looked at trends in research on Sciadopitys verticillata, Prunella vulgaris, Celosia cristata L., Brazilin, Persicaria hydropiper, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Forsythiae Fructus, Lithospermum root, Rheum undulatum L. and Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma a natural material that has the efficacy of antioxidant aging. The anti-aging study so far has been found to be centered mainly on collagen production and elastase synthesis inhibition mechanisms. However, given that the aging process of the skin is caused by various ageing processes, it is believed that anti-aging studies using safe and effective natural materials that can help the skin age with various mechanisms should be conducted.

We tried to check the antioxidant activity and toxicity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts in skin cells, and check the possibility of their use as a functional material that can be effectively used on the skin. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid content, which are indicators of antioxidant activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts, were confirmed, and cytotoxicity was confirmed using Neutral red assay in the skin. As a result of the study, the content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids increased concentration-dependent. High survival rates in fibroblast HDF cells were identified, and cell survival rates were significantly lowered from 5 ㎍/mL in melanocytes B16F10 melanoma cells and inflammation-related macrophages RAW 264.7 cells. He results of this study are believed to be available as basic data for antioxidant activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts and skin cells.

In this study, it is intended to provide basic research data on hair loss and problematic scalp that is expanding to lower age groups and women. When using Company B's hair ampoule containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol daily for women in their 20s with problematic scalp, the effect on the scalp and hair after 4 weeks was investigated. As a result of this study, when using Company B's ampoule containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol, the subjects showed improvement effects such as relieving inflammation, reducing scalp fever and erythema, reducing itching and hair loss, and increasing hair thickness. In addition, it was confirmed that the scalp self-diagnosis of the subjects showed improvement effects on scalp satisfaction, scalp vitality and elasticity, heat generation, scalp pulling after cleaning, and itching. Through these research results, it is believed that products containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol will help improve problematic scalp and hair.

This study compared antioxidant activity through DPPH radical scavenging activity of broccoli extract, low temperature (5℃ or less), and high temperature (50℃ or higher) storage conditions. As a result of the experiment, high DPPH radical scavenging activity of 95.5% was confirmed at 1% concentration of broccoli extract, and antioxidant power was maintained at a high level even under storage conditions due to temperature changes. Even cream containing 5% broccoli extract has been confirmed to maintain safety and stability in both preparation stability, discoloration and odor change, pH, and primary adhesion tests. Through these studies, it has been confirmed that broccoli extract is a safe and effective cosmetic material for the skin through high antioxidant activity and antioxidant power maintenance due to temperature changes.

Medicinal plants containing wellness-fusion-complex compound are increasingly being pursued as suitable alternative sources of various biological properties. In this study, inhibitory effect of Quintinia acutifolia, which is a New Zealand plant, on P388 murine lymphocytic leukemia cells using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)- 2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide] assay. Based on $^1H-NMR$, $^{13}C-NMR$ spectral data and other spectral analysis, 2,3,2'',3''-tetrahydroochanaflavone (1) and 2'',3''-dihydroochana-flavone (3) inhibited the leukemia cells were purified from the plants. 2,3,2'',3''-tetrahydroochanaflavone (1) and 2'',3''-dihydroochana-flavone (3) are biflavonoids possessing two basic flavonoids and actively inhibited growth of P388 murine lymphocytic leukemia cells with a 50% inhibitory concentration ($IC_{50}$) of $8.2{\mu}g/mL$ and $3.1{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. Specially, 2'',3''-dihydroochana-flavone (3) possessed unconjugated flavonone system, which isn't consist of a pair with B ring of 2,3,2'',3''-tetrahydroochanaflavone (1). Therefore, the two compounds could be considered as a candidate for development of anticancer drugs and need to much studies in the future.

This study examines the trends of the domestic age-friendly industry, examines the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of aging cosmetics, and analyzes the research trends of raw materials other than the notices, and prepares data for the aged-friendly industry to quickly cope with changes in the cosmetics industry environment and aging people. I wanted to. In addition to the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, research trends on the development of ingredients for anti-aging cosmetics are examined, and the anti-aging effects of each ingredient are examined. Through this, 'aging' and 'cosmetics', 'Anti-Aging', 'Anti-Aging', etc. In order to lead the development of anti-aging cosmetics related to the aging industry, research activities on products that are effective in preventing aging by strengthening the skin in addition to the four ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety are constantly being conducted. In the functional cosmetics field notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, it is believed that various basic research activities should be conducted so that research on anti-aging can be scientifically supported rather than a single research.

This study proposes the requirements for students in colleges majoring in fashion at two-year colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to perform behaviors in preparation for a further career more effectively by identifying the impact of social support on the career decision-making self-efficacy, and behaviors preparing a further career. The results of this study are described below. In accordance with the analysis on the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and behaviors preparing a further career, and the social support, the social support had a positive impact on the career decision-making self-efficacy and a negative impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. Moreover, the career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. In accordance with the analysis, social support from family members or relevant third parties is required for improving the behavior of students majoring fashion in colleges to prepare a further career. To this end, the quantity or scope of social support is not the main issue, but the meticulous approach to fit each student's need for making students recognize such social support. It is important for students in colleges to enhance career decision-making self-efficacy by accurately identifying their abilities, values or desires.

For the study, 366 copies of questionnaire were distributed among and collected from Korean women in their 20s to 60s between April and May 2016. To investigate the utility of anti-oxidant beers that contain extracts of natural substance respectively, the anti-oxidantive activity were measured and preference for anti-oxidant craft beers was surveyed among the subjects. The result suggested that the subjects had positive perception toward drinking, Korean adult women highly prefer beer among different types of alcoholic beverage, and the form of drinking changed according to the stamina, mood, situation, place, and company. Also, natural substance extracts showed high levels of antioxidant effects and, in the survey on preference for craft beers, the aronia group scored higher than other groups. The findings in this study suggest, for Korean adult women, beer with anti-oxidant ingredients can be beneficial for skin and overall health. This study sought to find out the need for NCS education, Education awareness, and class satisfaction among professors and learners of nail art classes based on NCS. From April 21, 2017, to May 31, 2017, the questionnaire of 70 professors and 290 learners using NCS education located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was finally analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Analysis result, Professionals have a sense of self-efficiency (r=.466, p<.01), and appropriateness (r=.474, p<.01) has been confirmed. The learners identified static (+) relationships in the necessity of education (r=.338, p<.01), recognition (r=.193, p<.01), and self-efficiency (r=.586, p<.01), and appropriateness (r=.609, p<.01). Through this study, it is believed that NCS education necessity, Education awareness, and class satisfaction of professors and learners can be utilized as basic data.
