As the importance of the beauty to pursue beauty comes to the fore, the market size of hairdressing industry including hair dyeing is getting bigger. In case of continuously applying an oxidative dyeing agent commonly used in hair salons, as hair damage is inevitable, we investigated morphological changes of hair treated with a neutral oxidative dyeing agent. In the experiment results, Between the control and the 6N-7N experimental groups, there was a significant difference in Max. modulus and Tangential modulus according to Max. load, Max. stress, Max. elongation, Break load, Break stress, Break elongation, and strain section. There were the highest values in Max. load, Max. stress, Max. elongation, Break load, Break stress and Break elongation in the control group, and there was no tendency to decrease significantly according to the treatment of the experimental group. Max. modulus and Tangential modulus according to the strain evaluation section did not show a tendency to increase or decrease constantly, although there was a difference between the control and experimental groups. This study attempts to provide basic data for the development of oxidative dyeing agent that minimizes hair damage and to establish the foundation for understanding the correlation between hair designers' oxidative dyeing agent and hair health.

This study evaluated the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of ethanol extracts using three parts of the chives plant: the bulb, the leaf, and the flower. As a result of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging ability, the scavenging activity of the flower extract was higher than that of the bulb and leaf. In addition, as a result of FRAP analysis, antioxidant activity increased in all extracts depending on the extract concentration. The total polyphenol content was high in the following order: flower (11.29±0.37 mgGAE/g) > leaf (6.61±0.14 mgGAE/g) > bulb (5.7±0.67 mgGAE/g) extract. The cytotoxicity of the three extracts against rat macrophage RAW264.7 cells and HaCaT cells, both of which are human cutaneous keratinocyte cell lines, was minimal. NO by LPS was generated as a result of examining the anti-inflammatory activity of each extract through the NO colorimetric analysis method and ELISA. TNF-α secretion was decreased to a significant level in the flower ethanol extract. Therefore, these results indicate that there is a high possibility that the ethanol extract of chives, a natural plant resource, can be used as a cosmetic raw material.

This study investigated differences in perception by 240 males in their teens, 20s, 30s, and 40s residing in Seoul, Incheon, and Gwangju about seven items for male makeup, and analyzed makeup items preferred by men, perception about male makeup users, and relationship between success and appearance, thereby providing basic materials to activate the beauty market for males and developing goods for male users. The result was that most males thought the influence of their appearance on their social success was great and in particular, 23.3% of respondents thought that their appearance affected their success by 50% or higher percentage. The items most preferred by the respondents were concealers, color lotions, and BB creams; 60.8% considered them positive. This showed that basic color cosmetics had already been established as one of the essential goods for men. In contrast, the respondents had slightly negative perception about items like mascaras, eyeliners, and eyeshadows. Overall, those who were young, unmarried, and city dwellers had positive perception about such cosmetics by and large. The above data will be able to be used to develop various makeup goods for male consumers oriented toward success and implement diverse marketing strategies, thereby activating the beauty market for males.

In this study, the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, anti-obesity properties, of Sargassum macrocarpum extracts were identified to assess the availability of Sargassum macrocarpum extracts as cosmetics and foods. To measure antioxidant activity, we conducted TPC, TFC, DPPH, ABTS, NO, FRAP. For polyphenols, 30.81±1.12 mg/g was shown. Flavonoids showed 25.72±0.94 mg/g. The DPPH experiment showed an antioxidant function of 6.746 mg ascorbic acid/g extract, the ABTS experiment showed an antioxidant function of 15.59 mg ascorbic acid/g extract, and the NO experiment showed an antioxidant function of 6.781 mg ascorbic acid/g extract. In FRAP, 1 mg of the Sargassum macrocarpum extract showed a reduction of 4.573±0.097 ㎍ of ascorbic acid. In cytotoxicity experiments, Sargassum macrocarpum extracts showed a cell survival rate of more than 80% at all concentrations, and an inflammatory inhibition of 25.95±0.85%, and an lipid accumulation inhibition of 29.75±2.35%. These results indicate that Sargassum macrocarpum extract is available as an anti-inflammatory cosmetic and anti-obesity inner beauty material. In future studies, it is necessary to study how pure substances containing Sargassum macrocarpum extract affect antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and anti-obesity

This study was conducted to prepare a countermeasure for turnover due to the effect of education satisfaction at franchise stores on turnover factors through the medium of education requirements. In the method of collecting data, 237 copies of the questionnaire method were used as the final data. The results are first, the analysis of educational requirements in general characteristics shows that academic background (F=5.655, p<).01), Analysis of the factors for turnover shows that position (t=-2.809, p<).Significant differences were shown in 01. Second, educational satisfaction is the educational requirement (r=-.16, p<).The correlation between 05) and turnover factors (r=-.18) is significant, and the educational requirement is turnover factors (r=.53, p<).It is shown to be a significant static correlation with 01. Third, designers (B=.25), t=2.332, p<.05) and educational requirements (B=.88, t=9.313, p<).001) has been shown to have significant static effects. Fourth, the educational requirements for educational satisfaction and turnover factors are significant (β=.52, p<).We can see that it is fully mediated by 001.Therefore, it is believed that it will be possible to investigate quarterly satisfaction and demand after communication and training with workers at direct stores, and reduce turnover through various curriculum education.

As interest in "beauty" increases due to the improvement of a high cultural level, job stress and emotional labor caused by nail workers working are gradually increasing, and it is judged that it should be solved in the beauty industry. This study investigated the effect of working stress and emotional labor on turnover intention of nail workers, and the survey tool was a questionnaire for 250 nail industry workers in Daejeon and Chungcheong. The SPSS 21.0 statistical program was used to analyze the collected data, and the research results showed that job stress and emotional labor of nail workers had a statistically significant correlation with turnover intention, indicating that there was a correlation between general job stress and emotional labor. Therefore, it is considered very important for research in this field to analyze the impact of job stress and emotional labor on turnover of nail industry workers and to provide basic data necessary for the development of this field, job satisfaction improvement, and work stress response. In order to establish the nail field as a part of the growing beauty industry, it is expected that there will be better research results if the turnover rate is reduced and compared and analyzed to improve job satisfaction through analysis of the causes of job stress and emotional labor of nail industry workers.

This study is a comparative study before and after a single group to identify the effect of convergence class operation on the self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction of nursing students in the social-tailored curriculum. The survey was conducted on 79 nursing students from C University. Self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction level have been improved since application before applying convergence class. Through this study, we hope to open and operate various curricula in nursing colleges that meet the needs of the community, provide students with various opportunities, cultivate self-directed learning skills, problem-solving skills, and major satisfaction so that learners can solve problems themselves in order to maximize their effects, and develop various contents in the university.

In this paper, we investigates the basis of the theological aesthetics and the Bible as the standard of human value standards on the basis of this theological aesthetics. In another approach, unique designs of plants and animals were described in terms of aesthetics. These descriptions were then employed to design and create things, recognised for their beauty as well as practicable applications. From this point of view, we can deduce the relevance of God, the created world, and theological aesthetics. We review the implications of human engineering and the art of convergence and engineering theology. We discussed why the need for a tool of theological aesthetics in convergence engineering is important. We will need more discussion in terms of technological progress in which theological aesthetics is embodied in order to develop more healthy, moral and ethical convergent engineering skills in our society and to provide a better and healthier life for mankind.

The age of digital content mainstream consumers in the era of smart technology is expanding compared to the past. Consumers are taking a leading role in the production and distribution of contents in various forms. At the center of this is a post-modern social structure and space that break down the boundaries among Personal Digital Device, contents, production and consumption as a medium. Content rejects the existence of the same thing in the world. The tendency of the main consumer segment and the provision of post modern storytelling that penetrates it creates a huge industry group with various forms of contents. In order to carry out this study, with analyzing examples of movies, games, and advertisements, we found the fact that the center of content creation for individuals made their unique style, excluding generality. As a result of this research, the relationship between the user-driven digital contents and post modern storytelling have been revised the awareness about the possibility of various convergence in the field of contents production.

The purpose of this study is to develop students' creativity and artistic sensitivity by developing a convergence education program that links various subjects, including mathematics, science, and art based on design. Design is done in almost every human activity that pursues beauty and implements cultural value through patterns and images. We have developed three programs for elementary school students and two programs for middle school students, taking into consideration the achievement standards and curriculum content appropriate for the 2015 revised curriculum. It was assessed by a panel of five educational experts during the development and demonstration courses to evaluate the feasibility of the development program. The development program can enhance the design literacy and design sense of elementary and junior high school students and can be used convergent educational contents that can be applied in the free-semester system activities of junior high school. Through this program, adolescents who will lead the future design society will be able to acquire the sense of design, literacy, and design ability as design consumers and producers.
