  • In the present study, we consider some curvature properties of generalized B-curvature tensor on Kenmotsu manifold. Here first we describe certain vanishing properties of generalized B curvature tensor on Kenmostu manifold. Later we formulate generalized B pseudo-symmetric condition on Kenmotsu manifold. Moreover, we also characterize generalized B ϕ-recurrent Kenmotsu manifold.

  • In this paper, we consider the existence of nonconstant warping functions on a warped product manifold M = B × f2 F, where B is a q(> 2)-dimensional base manifold with a nonconstant scalar curvature SB(x) and F is a 3- dimensional fiber Einstein manifold and discuss that the resulting warped product manifold is an Einstein manifold, using the existence of the solution of some partial differential equation.

  • The object of the present paper is to introduce a type of non-flat Riemannian manifold, called a weakly cyclic generalized B-symmetric manifold (W CGBS)n. We obtain a sufficient condition for a weakly cyclic generalized B-symmetric manifold to be a generalized quasi Einstein manifold. Next we consider conformally flat weakly cyclic generalized B-symmetric manifolds. Then we study Einstein (W CGBS)n (n > 2). Finally, it is shown that the semi-symmetry and Weyl semi-symmetry are equivalent in such a manifold.

  • In this paper, we study nonconstant warping functions on an Einstein warped product manifold $M=B{\times}_{f^2}F$ with a warped product metric $g=g_B+f(t)^2g_F$. And we consider a 2-dimensional base manifold B with a metric $g_B=dt^2+(f^{\prime}(t))^2du^2$. As a result, we prove the following: if M is an Einstein warped product manifold with a 2-dimensional base, then there exist generally nonconstant warping functions f(t).

  • We prove that a (k, $\mu$)-manifold with vanishing EBochner curvature tensor is a Sasakian manifold. Several interesting corollaries of this result are drawn. Non-Sasakian (k, $\mu$)manifolds with C-Bochner curvature tensor B satisfying B $(\xi,\;X)\;\cdot$ S = 0, where S is the Ricci tensor, are classified. N(K)-contact metric manifolds $M^{2n+1}$, satisfying B $(\xi,\;X)\;\cdot$ R = 0 or B $(\xi,\;X)\;\cdot$ B = 0 are classified and studied.

  • Given a Riemannian manifold (M, $\alpha$) with an almost Hermitian structure f and a non-vanishing covariant vector field b, consider the generalized Randers metric $L\;=\;{\alpha}+{\beta}$, where $\beta$ is a special singular Riemannian metric defined by b and f. This metric L is called an (a, b, f)-metric. We compute the inverse and the determinant of the fundamental tensor ($g_{ij}$) of an (a, b, f)-metric. Then we determine the maximal domain D of $TM{\backslash}O$ for an (a, b, f)-manifold where a y-local Finsler structure L is defined. And then we show that any (a, b, f)-manifold is quasi-C-reducible and find a condition under which an (a, b, f)-manifold is C-reducible.

  • In this paper, we firstly construct a Hsu-B manifold and give some basic results related to it. Then, we address a semi-symmetric metric F-connection on the Hsu-B manifold and obtain the curvature tensor fields of such connection, and study properties of its curvature tensor and torsion tensor fields.

  • An almost contact metric manifold is called a quasi contact metric manifold if the corresponding almost Hermitian cone is a quasi Kähler manifold, which was introduced by Y. Tashiro [9] as a contact O*-manifold. In this paper, we show that a quasi contact metric manifold with Killing characteristic vector field is a K-contact manifold. This provides an extension of the definition of K-contact manifold.

  • Existing non-manifold data structures which use the ordered topological representation method, are designed based on a "Model" which is the highest topological entity. Their non-manifold information is always included in edges and vertices even if they are in the manifold situation. Thus they require large storage spaces than manifold data structures. The proposed data structure reduces its storage space by removing unnecessary information stored in edges and vertices. Topological information is classified into manifold and non-manifold information. The main non-manifold information is radial cycles and disk cycles. The proposed data structure always stores manifold information. For the non-manifold situation, the edge stores radial cycles, and the vertex stores disk cycles. The storage space can be reduced in the later stage of CAD design when the ratio of non-manifold to manifold entities is small.
