간호대학생의 자기조절학습, 주의력조절, 양생 (Self-regulated Learning, Attention Control and Yangseng of Nursing Undergraduates)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to demonstrate correlations among self-regulated learning, attention control and Yangseng, to clarify any differences depending on general characteristics and ultimately to understand factors affecting self-regulated learning of undergraduates. Methods: Data were collected for a month from April 1st, 2011. A total of 438 undergraduate nursing students of two universities in Chungbuk and Chungnam were surveyed by using a questionnaire about self-regulated learning, attention control and Yangseng. Results: Self-regulated learning of the subjects showed statistically significant correlations with their attention control (r=.302, p=.001) and Yangseng (r=.292, p=.001). In addition, self-regulated learning could be explained by attention control (${\beta}$=3.648, p=.001), Yangseng (${\beta}$=3.645, p=.001), perceived academic achievement levels (${\beta}$=.124, p=.018), or eating breakfast (${\beta}$=.102, p=.027). In the model, the variables explained self-regulated learning by 19.0%. Conclusion: Nursing instructors should encourage undergraduate nursing students to enhance their attention control so that they can improve their self-regulated learning abilities, which will eventually develop their problem solving skills. In addition, it was shown that self-regulated learning correlates with yangseng including eating a regular breakfast. Maintaining a desirable lifestyle is also essential for students to succeed in self-regulated learning.

  • R본 연구는 스마트 러닝에 기반한 교수학습활동이 지적장애아동의 학습 태도 및 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 향상하는 방법에 대하여 제안한다. 본 연구의 자료분석 방법은 두 집단(실험집단과 통제집단) 사이의 사전 사후 비교를 통해 이루어진 바, 첫째, 학습 태도 측면에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 유의하게 높이 향상되었다. 둘째, 집단의 주의집중을 분석한 결과 통제집단의 주의집중은 실험 초기와 비교하여 통계적으로 현저하게 낮아졌으나, 실험집단의 주의집중은 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 없이 지속되었다. 결론적으로 스마트 러닝에 기반한 교수학습활동이 지적장애아동의 학습 태도와 주의집중에 효과가 있음을 밝혔다.

다감각놀이치료 프로그램이 ADHD 아동의 주의집중력과 학습에 미치는 영향 (Effect of a Multi-Sensory Play Therapy Program on the Attention and Learning of Children with ADHD)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of multi-sensory treatment programs on attention and learning in ADHD children. Methods : The program was provided for 50 minutes twice a week for a total of 12 times over 6 weeks. The FAIR concentration test was used to identify the children's concentration of attention before and after the intervention. The children's learning ability was evaluated using K-ABC. Results : When attention was evaluated using FAIR, there was a significant increase in all dependencies of performance value (P), quality value (Q), and continuity value (C) (p>.05). In addition, when learning ability was evaluated using K-ABC, learning ability in general increased significantly (p>.05). The multi-sensory play therapy program had a positive effect on the children's attention and learning ability and thus it is a positive intervention method for children with ADHD. Conclusion : In addition to providing challenging activities, the program showed that it was possible to elicit the children's interest by engaging a variety of senses at the same time. This is believed to have motivated them internally to engage actively in the program.

Feuerstein의 인지적 중재학습이 영재아의 주의통제와 주의전환에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Feuerstein's Cognitive Mediated Learning for Gifted Children on Attention Control and Attention Shift)

  • 본 연구는 Feuerstein의 인지적 중재학습 경험이 영재아의 주의통제 및 주의전환에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 초등학교 3학년 학생 중 지능검사와 창의성검사를 통해 영재아 40명을 선별하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 20명씩 무선 배정하였다. 실험 집단은 Feuerstein의 도구적 심화 프로그램을 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정한 인지적 중재학습 프로그램에 참여하였다. 연구결과, Feuerstein의 인지적 중재학습은 영재아의 선택적 주의집중, 자기통제력 및 지속적 주의집중 등 주의통제를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주의전환 과제의 수행시간을 단축시킴으로써 영재아의 인지도식과 개념화 향상에도 기여하였다.

ADHD 경향 초등학생의 영어 학습에 멀티미디어 활용 수업이 미치는 효과 (The effects of using multimedia in English classroom on ADHD-prone elementary school students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of multimedia-assisted language learning on vocabulary learning and attention for elementary school students who are ADHD-prone. Among thirty-three students attending a private English academy in Daegu, four students who were prone to develop ADHD were chosen for this study. They were observed in a multimedia-assisted language learning class for four months and they were given a series of tests designed to measure their attention period and vocabulary ability. The results of the study are as follows. First, studying English by using multimedia was effective in improving the attention of those children prone to develop ADHD. Second, studying English through multimedia was effective in improving their vocabulary ability. Based on the findings, some pedagogical suggestions have been made for further study.

비디오 얼굴인식을 위한 다중 손실 함수 기반 어텐션 심층신경망 학습 제안 (Attention Deep Neural Networks Learning based on Multiple Loss functions for Video Face Recognition)

  • The video face recognition (FR) is one of the most popular researches in the field of computer vision due to a variety of applications. In particular, research using the attention mechanism is being actively conducted. In video face recognition, attention represents where to focus on by using the input value of the whole or a specific region, or which frame to focus on when there are many frames. In this paper, we propose a novel attention based deep learning method. Main novelties of our method are (1) the use of combining two loss functions, namely weighted Softmax loss function and a Triplet loss function and (2) the feasibility of end-to-end learning which includes the feature embedding network and attention weight computation. The feature embedding network has a positive effect on the attention weight computation by using combined loss function and end-to-end learning. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method, extensive and comparative experiments have been carried out to evaluate our method on IJB-A dataset with their standard evaluation protocols. Our proposed method represented better or comparable recognition rate compared to other state-of-the-art video FR methods.

다중분광밴드 위성영상의 작물재배지역 추출을 위한 Attention Gated FC-DenseNet (Attention Gated FC-DenseNet for Extracting Crop Cultivation Area by Multispectral Satellite Imagery)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 농업지역에 대한 작물재배지역의 분류를 위하여 FC-DenseNet 모델에 attention gate를 적용하여 딥러닝 모델의 성능을 향상시키고자 하였다. Attention gate는 특징맵의 공간/분광적 중요도에 따른 가중치를 추가적으로 학습하여 딥러닝 모델의 학습을 용이하게 하고, 모델의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. Attention gate를 FC-DenseNet의 스킵 연결 부분에 추가한 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 양파 및 마늘 지역의 작물분류를 수행하였다. PlanetScope 위성영상을 이용하여 훈련자료를 제작하였으며, 훈련자료의 불균형 문제를 해결하기 위하여 전처리 과정을 적용하였다. 다양한 평가자료를 이용하여 작물재배분류 결과를 평가한 결과, 제안된 딥러닝 모델은 기존의 FC-DenseNet과 비교하여 효과적으로 양파 및 마늘 지역을 분류할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

일부 지역 중학생의 흡연경험에 따른 자기효능감과 학습태도의 관련성 (Relationship between self-efficacy and learning attitude according to smoking experience in the middle school students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and learning attitude according to smoking experience in the middle school students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 608 middle school students in Gyeongnam from July 1 to 23, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, smoking behavior, self-efficacy, and learning attitude. The questionnaire was adapted and modified from Kang, Park, and Koh. The self-efficacy was divided into general efficacy and social efficacy. The learning attitude was divided into attention concentration, learning method, and self learning. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 21.0 program. Results: The nonsmoking students tended to have higher general efficacy and social efficacy than the smokers (p<0.01). The nonsmokers had more attention concentration in learning attitude than the smokers (p<0.001). The learning method (p<0.001) and self learning (p<0.001) showed the same results between the two groups. The smoking experience had the negative correlation with general efficacy (r=-0.164) and social efficacy(r=-0.154). The general efficacy is positively related to social efficacy (r=0.568). The smoking experience had the negative correlation to attention concentration (r=-0.235), learning method (r=-0.211) and self learning (r=-0.148). The attention concentration was positive relation with learning method (r=0.690) and self learning(r=0.662. The learning method had positive relation to self learning (r=0.764). Conclusions: The smoking students tended to have lower self-efficacy and learning attitude, so it is necessary to implement the smoking prevention program in the middle school students.

수학 교수-학습에서 기호와 주의의 역할 (The Function of Signs and Attention in Teaching-Learning of Mathematics)

  • 지난 수십 년 동안, 구성주의의 자장 속에서 많은 수학교육이론은 학습 주체가 자신의 능동적인 구성 작용을 통해 스스로 수학적 의미를 구성하고 정교화 한다고 주장하였다. 하지만 최근 이루어지는 기호학적 접근은 수학적 인지의 수동적이고 집단적인 측면을 강조하며 위와 같은 구성주의의 기조를 문제시하고 있다. 본고에서는 Deleuze의 기호에 대한 논의 그리고 주의에 대한 선행연구의 통찰을 이용하여, 수학 교수-학습 과정을 설명하는 새로운 틀을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 수학적 의미는 기호에 의해 강제적이고 수동적으로 학습 주체 앞에 모호하게 펼쳐진다는 점 그리고 교사와 학생은 그 모호한 의미를 공동으로 전환하며 명료하게 만들어나간다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 관점은 과제와 교사의 역할을 재고하도록 하는 출발점이 된다.

비지역 희소 어텐션 메커니즘을 활용한 초해상화 (Super-Resolution Using NLSA Mechanism)

  • 딥러닝이 발전하면서 초해상화 기술은 단순 보간법(Interpolation)에서 벗어나 딥러닝을 활용해 발전하고 있다. 딥러닝을 사용한 초해상화 기술은 합성곱 신경망(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN) 기반의 연구가 일반적이지만, 최근에는 어텐션(Attention) 메커니즘을 활용한 초해상화 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 어텐션 메커니즘 중 하나인 비지역 희소 어텐션(Non-Local Sparse Attention, NLSA)을 활용한 초해상화 성능 향상 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 NLSA를 함께 활용하면 기존 초해상화 신경망 모델인 IMDN, CARN, OISR-LF-s의 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
