성년후견법률에 나타난 의사결정능력의 개념에 관한 연구 - 영국 정신능력법(Mental Capacity Act, 2005)을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Concepts of Legal Competence Concerning Adults Guardianship Acts)

  • 본 연구는 그동안의 국내의 성년후견제도 도입에 관한 논의에서 간과되었던 의사결정능력과 관련한 주요 쟁점과 의사결정능력의 개념적 구성요소 및 평가와 판정절차에 관한 쟁점을 검토하였다. 이에 근거하여 모범적인 성년후견법률의 하나로 인정받는 영국의 정신능력법(Mental Capacity Act, 2005)이 의사결정능력의 개념과 평가절차를 어떻게 규정하고 있는지 분석하였다. 정신능력법은 의사결정능력을 의사결정대상과 환경, 시간적 맥락에 의존적인 개념으로 규정하고 있었다. 정신능력법의 의사결정능력 평가 및 판정절차는 본인의 의사결정능력을 최대한 규명하기 위한 환경적 지원의 제공, 의사결정능력의 변화가능성에 대한 고려, 의사결정의 중요성에 따른 의사결정능력 평가의 위계적 접근 등이 특징적이다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 우리나라 성년후견법률 도입과 관련한 함의를 제시하였다.

일 대학병원 간호사의 실무능력과 실무교육 요구도 (A Study on Clinical Competence and Education Needs of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify clinical competence and education needs of hospital nurses. Method: A questionnaire was used for data collection which was done form July 1 to July 30, 2005. The respondents were 165 staff nurses in a university hospital. The study instrument were clinical education need scale and Lee(2002)'s clinical competence scale. The data were analyzed using percentages, means, t-test, ANOVA with SPSS-WIN 10.0 program. Result: The results of this study are summarized as follows: The total mean score for clinical competence was 2.57 and education need was 3.30 on a 4 point scale. There was a significant difference in clinical competence according to individual factors of age, marital status, preceptorship experience, present ward, job satisfaction, and total clinical experience. also there was a significant difference in education needs according to preceptorship experience and present ward. Conclusions: Conducting a education needs and clinical competence assessment can provide valuable information that will plan education program and improve staff competence.

협력적 문제해결 중심 교수모델에 기반 한 학생 인성 역량 평가 도구 개발 (The Development of Assessment Tool on Student's Character Competence based on Collaborative Problem-Solving Instruction Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 과학교육에 협력적 문제해결 중심 교수모델 적용에서 학생의 인성 역량을 평가하는 평가 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 문헌 분석을 통해 개방성, 공감, 관용, 배려, 성실, 자기조절, 정직, 책임, 협력의 9개 인성 역량 구성요인을 추출하였다. 기존 인성 역량 관련 척도를 바탕으로 전문가 협의를 통해 협력적 문제해결 중심 교수모델에 기반 한 학생 인성 역량 평가 문항을 개발하였다. 전문가 집단을 대상으로 88개의 예비문항에 대한 1차 조사를 하였고, 예비조사 결과를 바탕으로 문항을 수정 보완하였다. 재구성된 문항의 타당도를 확인하고자 중 고등학교 과학교사 71명을 대상으로 2차 내용타당도 조사를 하였고, 해당 문항의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 평정자간 신뢰도를 산출하였다. 평가 문항의 내용타당도 및 평정자간 신뢰도는 전반적으로 양호한 수준으로 나타났고 분석 결과를 토대로 53문항을 최종적으로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 평가 도구는 협력적 문제해결 중심 교수모델을 통한 학생의 인성 역량 변화를 알아보고 과학교육에서 학생 인성 역량을 평가하는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

IPA 기법을 활용한 전문건설업체 종사자의 직무별 역량요인 분석 (Analysis of Competence Factors Assessment for Specialty Contractors' Employees using IPA)

  • 최근 분리발주 활성화와 같이 지속적인 건설산업의 정책적 환경변화 속에서 실질적인 공사업무를 담당하고 있는 전문건설업체 종사자는 종합건설업체와 유사한 업무를 수행하고 있음에도 불구하고 상대적으로 낮은 역량수준을 보유하고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 전문건설업체 종사자의 업무수행에 필요한 역량요인의 중요도와 현재역량 수준을 분석하여 향후 개선이 필요한 역량항목을 도출하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전문건설업체의 대표, 현장소장, 공사담당, 공무담당, 자재/노무담당, 안전담당 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 각 직무별 필요역량요인에 대한 중요도 및 현재역량 수준을 파악하였으며, IPA 기법을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 전문건설업체 종사자의 직무별 역량강화를 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

또래지위에 따른 아동의 자아지각 (Children's Peer Status and Self-Perception)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate children's self-perceptions of social competence in three different levels of peer status and to determine the degree of congruence between children's perceptions and teachers' ratings of social competence. The subjects were 46 bpys and 44 girls identified as popular neglected and rejected by peers in preschool and in first and second grades. A sociometric test was used to identify children's peer status. Children's self-perceptions were assessed by the social Competence Scale for Young Children and teachers' assessment of children's competence was collected by a rating scale. The data were analyzed by 3-way ANOVA 2-way MANOVA for repeated measures and pearson product-moment correlations. The results showed that children's self-perceptions of social competence were generally positive and not significantly different by peer status and grade level in three of the four domains. For the maternal acceptance domain the degree of acceptance perceived by neglected group decreased with grade while those of popular children increased. The degree of congruence between children's perceptions and teachers' ratings were different by peer status. Popular children's estimation of their social competence was more congruent with teachers but neglected and rejected children overestimated their competence.

A Study of Academic Achievement and Core Competence according to University Admission Types in Nursing Students

  • In this paper, we propose to investigate the differences of academic achievement and core competence according to university admission types. Research subjects were 159 nursing students in G city. The tool used in this study was Collegiate Students Essential Skills Assessment developed by the KW University. The 6 areas measured with the tool are: humanities, Humanism, self-directedness, creative competence, practice competence and global competence. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe' test and pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN 18.0 Program. There were significant differences in core competence according to university admission types. But There were significant differences in academic achievement according to university admission types. And significant positive correlation between academic achievement and core competece was not founded. But significant positive correlation of 6 core competencies were founded. Based on the result of this study, it is possible to serve basic data for establishing better university admission type.

일 간호대학생의 문화적 역량과 공감능력과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between Cultural Competence and Empathy of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between cultural competence and empathy of nursing students who can provide appropriate health care to their patients in the future. Methods: All the participants (N=364) were nursing students and completed a survey of the Caffrey Cultural Competence in Health Scale (CCCHS), Cultural Competence Assessment (CCA), and Interpersonal Reactions Index (IRI). Results: The mean of cultural competence and empathy of participants were 2.8 and 3.7, respectively. The cultural competence score in male students was higher than the score of female students (p=.044). In addition, the cultural competence score of nursing students who had an experience with foreigners was higher than the score of students who had not (p=.017). However, the cultural competence score of nursing students who did not take a multicultural education was higher than the score of students who took it. The empathy score of female students was higher than the score of male students (p=.003). The empathy score of students who had a multicultural education was higher than the score of students who did not take it (p=.008). Conclusion: The findings suggest that nursing students need to enhance cultural competence and empathy.

Bilingualism and Development of Social Competence of English Language Learners: A Review

  • To help define future research direction and enhance educational service for children from Asian and Latino immigrant backgrounds, this review examines research investigating social competence with reference to host and heritage language skills. A targeted search obtained 14 peer-reviewed studies published from 1994 to 2014 focusing on children aged from birth to 12 years. Social competence is mainly measured by four dimensions: externalizing behaviours, internalizing behaviours, social skills and relationships with others. The evidence suggests that English proficiency levels are positively associated with social skills and parent-child relationships are of higher quality when parent-child heritage language difference is minimal. However the findings are mixed regarding how English levels are associated with externalizing, internalizing behaviours and relationships with others and how heritage language levels are associated with social competence. This review makes a set of recommendations for future research including assessment of participants' language proficiency with language tests and examination of emotional factors in the relationship between English and social competence. The implications of the findings are also discussed for educators.

예체능 방과후 교육프로그램의 질과 아동의 정서조절 및 사회적 능력 (The Quality of After-School Programs Focused on Artistic-Physical Activities and Children′s Emotional Regulation and Social Competence)

  • This study investigated the quality of after-school programs focused on artistic-physical activities, children's emotional regulation and social competence. The subjects were 224 elementary school children (1st through 6th grades) and 41 teachers. The measures were questionnaire(after-school activities), Assessment Profile for Early Childhood Programs(school-age), the Emotional Regulation Scale. and the Social Competency Scale. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's a, frequency, percentile, mean, and t-test. The results indicated that emotional regulation and, social competence were significantly different according to the quality of after-school programs: Children in a higher group of curriculum quality and interaction with teacher had better emotional regulation than did children in a lower group. Children in a higher group of curriculum quality and scheduling had better social competence(leadership and competence) than did children in a lower group.

중등 예비교사와 현직교사의 수학과 평가문항 개발에 대한 자기인식 연구 (A Study of Self-Perception on Designing in Mathematical Assessment Items of on Pre-Service and In-Service Teachers' in Secondary School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수학교사의 평가 전문성 기준에서 평가도구의 개발과 관련된 세부 내용 중 평가문항 개발에 대한 역량을 탐색하는 것으로 중등학교 예비교사와 현직교사의 평가문항에 대한 자기인식의 차이는 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 평가문항 개발에 대한 자기인식 검사 도구는 수학 평가문항 개발에 대한 교사의 신념과 수학 평가문항 개발에 대한 교사의 자기평가로 구성되었다. 예비교사는 사범대학 재학생들을 대상으로, 현직교사는 중 고등학교에 재직교사를 대상으로 수학과 평가문항 개발에 대한 자기인식 검사를 실시하였다. 수학교사의 평가문항 개발에 대한 자기인식 검사를 위해 총 310명의 중등 예비교사와 현직교사의 응답결과를 분석하였다.
