  • The present paper deals with the study of generalized quasi-conformal curvature tensor inside the setting of (𝑘, 𝜇)'-almost Kenmotsu manifold with respect to 𝜂-Ricci soliton. Certain consequences of these curvature tensor on such manifold are likewise displayed. Finally, we illustrate some examples based on this study.

  • The notion of quasi-Einstein metric in theoretical physics and in relation with string theory is equivalent to the notion of Ricci soliton in differential geometry. Quasi-Einstein metrics or Ricci solitons serve also as solution to Ricci flow equation, which is an evolution equation for Riemannian metrics on a Riemannian manifold. Quasi-Einstein metrics are subject of great interest in both mathematics and theoretical physics. In this paper the notion of Ricci 𝜌-soliton as a generalization of Ricci soliton is defined. We are motivated by the Ricci-Bourguignon flow to define this concept. We show that if a 3-dimensional almost Kenmotsu Einstein manifold M is a 𝜌-soliton, then M is a Kenmotsu manifold of constant sectional curvature -1 and the 𝜌-soliton is expanding with λ = 2.

  • In the present paper we prove that in an almost Kenmotsu manifold with generalized $(k,{\mu})^{\prime}-nullity$ distribution the three conditions: (i) the Ricci tensor of $M^{2n+1}$ is of Codazzi type, (ii) the manifold $M^{2n+1}$ satisfies div C = 0, (iii) the manifold $M^{2n+1}$ is locally isometric to $H^{n+1}(-4){\times}R^n$, are equivalent. Also we prove that if the manifold satisfies the cyclic parallel Ricci tensor, then the manifold is locally isometric to $H^{n+1}(-4){\times}\mathbb{R}^n$.

  • In this paper, we are to study the generic submanifold M of a Kenmotsu manifold and consider the integrability condition of the almost complex structure induced on the even-dimensional product manifold $M{\times}R^p{\times}R^1$ where p is the codimension.

  • Let M be an almost Kenmotsu manifold of dimension 2n + 1 having non-vanishing -sectional curvature such that trℓ > -2n - 2. We prove that any second order parallel tensor on M is a constant multiple of the associated metric tensor and obtained some consequences of this. Vector fields keeping curvature tensor invariant are characterized on M.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study a Kenmotsu manifold which is derived from the almost contact Riemannian manifold with some special conditions. In general, we have some relations about semi-symmetric, Ricci semi-symmetric or Weyl semisymmetric conditions in Riemannian manifolds. In this paper, we partially classify the Kenmotsu manifold and consider the manifold admitting a transformation which keeps Riemannian curvature tensor and Ricci tensor invariant.
